A hand is holding a large clear plastic cup filled with a light brown iced beverage, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. The cup has a black circular label with the Wonka & Choco logo. The background shows a cafe interior with pink floral decorations, a window, and a person sitting at a table. The setting suggests a dessert or coffee shop environment.

This dessert bar kept showing up in my IG feed and so we made plans to check them out this past weekend. We ordered: Strawberry Banana Crepe ($12.50) with Nutella drizzle. This is a classic combo, and you really can't go wrong ordering this. The strawberries and bananas were fresh and not too over ripe. The crepe was nice and thin. On top of that, the presentation was on pointe. Lotus Shake ($11) had crushed Lotus cookies, vanilla ice cream, milk, and whipped cream. It tasted exactly like the Lotus Cookies and was really delicious. Our favorite from what we ordered that day. Mini Pancakes ($12.49) comes in 5 or 10 pieces and with your choice of topping (Belgium chocolate, Nutella, White Chocolate, Pistachio, etc.) We got the 10 pieces with Nutella and inhaled this in 3 minutes. Mini pancakes were so cute but probably not worth it for the price IMO. I would recommend getting the regular (sized) pancakes instead and you'll get more bang for your buck. Otherwise, it was delicious. It had a lot of Nutella drizzle on top (almost too much). Overall, everything tasted delicious. Chocoholics will love this place. For me, it would be a once in a while splurge.

Wonka & Choco is out of business. The store is vacant. Website needs to be updated. They had good products but a poor location.

The menu…read morefeatures an array of decadent treats including crepes, waffles, croffles, bubble waffles, milkshakes, milk tea, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Everything is rich, indulgent, and made to satisfy your sugar cravings. We tried the Banana Nutella Crepe ($11), Oreo Lover Bubble Waffle ($11), and a Hazelnut Frap ($6.99). Both the crepe and bubble waffle came topped with whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was definitely over the top and decadent. Honestly, my Asian taste buds were a bit overwhelmed. I tend to lean more towards lighter desserts. While it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I know plenty of friends who would absolutely love it. The standout for me was the super friendly staff member who prepared everything with care. Plus, with everything on the menu priced under $12, it's a pretty good value. We even received two coupons for free items, Bonus: they're open every day until midnight--perfect for those late-night dessert cravings

Our server kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The calamari and shrimp ceviche were both delicious - the calamari was well battered and the ceviche was fresh. My entree, chicken baraki, was a large portion (had to take it home) and it was delicious. The drinks looked amazing but we didn't try any this time - definitely on our next visit! The spot is somewhat busy but not super noisy, which I liked. Parking is street parking and it does get busy in this area. Overall, a great spot with cool drinks and good food!

They gave us two glasses and a picture of mimosas. Everything was really good. As an appetizer we ordered the focaccia grilled cheese bites. The vodka sauce dip was so amazing. Honestly, that was hands-down, the best thing. For our main, I ordered the Mediterranean Benedict. They made the Benedict. Perfect, I love the prosciutto with it. It does come on top of a focaccia bread. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sweet potato fry squares. I'm not crazy about sweet potatoes and I didn't read the menu to see to get something else. Also, the Greek churro was so good with the feta whip. This is definitely a really cute place. Everyone who works there is so kind and polite. It is definitely worth a stop in for brunch.

My friend and I visited Momo Ashi on Bell Blvd on a Thursday evening. It wasn't crowded at all so my friend and I asked the staff member for her recommendations and took our time looking at the menu. After ordering, we sat at one of the tables. There are high tops and regular tables. The staff member was friendly and our food and drinks didn't take too long to come out. I ordered the brown sugar pearls with fresh milk ($5.80) and two mini wamochi (earl grey and matcha redbeans) ($2.90). The brown sugar pearls with fresh milk reminded me of Tiger Sugar brown sugar boba milk tea. It was sweet and the boba was fresh. The wamochi came out hot, fresh, and it was very soft. It had some flavor, but didn't really taste like earl grey. The matcha redbeans one had more flavor. The menu also offered onigiri, toast, and other Asian-inspired snacks. There is cute cat decor around the store. It was a nice place for my friend and I to catch up.

The shop had cute decor decorated by cartoon pictures of puppies and kittens. We got an order of build your own wamochi. We got the ube waffle, sesame ice cream, and Oreo toppings. It was $7.40 with a15% discount. For the price it seems kind of small. It was half a waffle with two scoops of ice cream. That said the waffle was pretty good: warm and crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The sesame ice cream had good sesame flavor and blended well with the waffle. The Oreo topping added another layer of texture. Glad we tried it.
