I first heard of this place because a friend brought some items for a get together and I really enjoyed what they brought over. So the other day I decided to visit to pick up some items. The shop is really small and really easy to miss. The food: Spinach Swirl- I am not 100% sure if this is the item I enjoyed the most but it's a pastry that is spun in a circle kinda looks like those sausages from a street fair. To me this taste like a Spanakopita but in a round form. I don't normally love feta since it's too much of a sharp flavor, but this was amazing. The phyllo dough was nice and flakey but the thing I enjoyed the most was how un-oily and un-greasy it was. I highly recommend this. read more

I just moved to the area and this place has been on my radar from the Yelp reviews. This is a small to-go little bakery that would be easy to pass by. Finally stopped in today for Spinach Pie. I believe it was the owner who was there and he was very nice. The Spinach Pie is absolutely delicious, huge piece and great price. I may try some other pies from here, but for now..Spinach pie is where it's at and I highly, highly recommend stopping in! It's a great spot when you need something quick, easy and affordable. Outstanding! I was hosting a Greek-themed dinner and called and asked that a full tray of portokalopita be made as well as some bougasta. Both were so fresh and delicious! And the portokalopita was made the proper way with phyllo not flour. It was moist and well-saturated and fragrant with orange. My husband also picked up some spinach pie which was delicious. And everything was so reasonable! We'll definitely be using F&S again. ! read more

I placed an order via too good to go append was told to pickup between 200pm and 2:30pm and it looked like the location had been closed. I called the number I found online and they said that the location at 154th st has been closed for years yet on yelp it shows open. read more

We use them constantly at our Church for many of our events. Their stuff is absolutely delicious.

I pass by this place everyday to drop my son off from school. It's a small bakery and people are there working before 7am, making the dough. I finally came inside and was greeted by sweet people. I ordered the spinach pie slice and it was fantastic. I also got the kourambiethes and that too was awesome. Their menu is short but that just makes them great at specializing on their select items. Love this place!!!!!!! I had Jimmy and his crew cater a major party we had with over 75 people and their stuff was a hit. Their spinach and cheese pies were amazing and the various desserts they catered were beyond delicious. Jimmy was awesome to deal with, I told him how many people we were having, he helped me with my order to make sure we had enough for everyone and not one thing was left over. Each time I bring someone a bougatsa from F&S pies their immediate reaction is "where did you get this and how can I get more?!" I am also a huge fan of their spanakopita, tiropitas and the melomakarona cookies. It can be difficult to find spanakopita that my Greek thia approves of but this one got rave reviews. I remember the very first time I walk in I only had $3 and I thought I was gonna leave empty handed but to my surprise the sweet grandpa gave me SIX mini pies!! I normally despise spinach in all forms.. but this place has me wanting more every time. This place is the only reason I go for a walk on my day off now haha.
