The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets.
