I first have to say that it's obvious the team is working hard to push out orders. With only three people in the kitchen and handling orders, they were in a constant rotation of cooking, serving and appeasing customers. So much so, that we were delayed 5 minutes for them to finish cooking and serving before we could even order. The menu is no where near where you order, so memorize your order. It's also a little confusing that there's an upper and lower menu; one is above at normal eye level and one is below waist level. Because we didn't properly scan for all menus, we had no idea there were burritos, smothered fries and other goodies we would have preferred. The location is sparsely designed with a motorcycle theme, yet feels too open. They were blasting classic rock tunes (which they mute for phone orders) on a little boom box, which brings another "element" to the dining experience. I ordered the regular plate with birria de pollo, refried beans with chorizo and chipotle, and fries. The menu states that you get a piece of bread too, but it was not explained until I asked for the bread, that you only get bread if you order a side of pasta. Food came out very quickly. The birria was heaped on a plate, blanketed with freshly chopped onions with cilantro and 2 limes with 4 hot corn tortillas wrapped in foil. I strongly suggest grabbing their pico de gallo and medium red salsa from the condiment bar - both were incredibly flavorful, fresh and obviously homemade. The tortillas were steamy hot, which I appreciated. The birria chicken was a lot drier than I had hoped, though the birria sauce luckily added moisture. There wasn't a lot of birria flavor though. The refried beans were smooth and satisfying, but I didn't pick up any chorizo or chipotle flavors, which left me brokenhearted. Fries were great, though some were unseasoned and not as crispy as I would have liked. We came with two other friends who complained about dry chicken and lukewarm food. The only compliment from the table is that the flautas were good. No one wants to go back but I wouldn't mind trying again as the burrito and birria fries looked scrumptious whilst being walked to another table. I think they need more time to figure out pacing, temperature settings for precooked items and a way to keep that rotisserie chicken moist. I really wanted to love this place.

Food is OK. Our three boys loved the chicken nuggets and I got the nachos which were so so. Somewhat friendly service but nothing special. Probably won't come back

Food was incredible. Best Mexican food around. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I got the taco salad and the shell was perfectly fluffy and crispy. They stuff the food to the brim and you get your money's worth. I love the motorcycle theme in the restaurant. Quick service you order your food and they make it fresh in front of you. Also they have refried beans fried with chorizo and I've never seen that before

I recently went here with my brother and I was completely amazed with the experience. I've been trying birria all around town and this is by far the absolute best I've ever had! I had the birria quesadilla. First off it was giant! Loaded with meat and cheese and the most delicious flavor. For the low the price you get a huge portion. I could only finish half! I'd say you get twice the amount of food then you would get at another restaurant for the same price. The staff was very friendly and helpful for any questions I had about the menu. So in summary, huge portions, great prices, nice atmosphere and the best Beria I've ever had! I've already been back a couple more times and it's my new favorite restaurant. Can't wait to try more in the menu. Definitely go check it out! And thank you Beto for being so friendly. You are an incredible chef!

Food was super dry ! waited all week so i could come in on "Taco Tuesday " for a deal that i saw them promoting on facebook, only for them to say the price they said wasn't true and i had to pay 20$ for 6 tacos. chicken ended up being super dry and hard to where my jaw hurt chewing. on top of that a bone was in my taco. i wont be returning.

This place is great! I originally thought it was another hot chicken joint, but it's a great Mexican food place. We loved the food and will definitely be back!

Service was not good. Not enough protein like the pictures and super greasy. The best item was fries.

Visited there yesterday. Our waitress, Joanna greeted us with the usual 'How are you' , when we…read moreasked her back she said she was tired. We immediately felt guilty to even order any drinks and just asked for water, my daughter said she didn't want anything and to save herself the burden, and we also stated we were ready to order. So as to save her an extra trip. We received our food but had no utensils so as our food cooled she brought us utensils. Side note , her other table didn't wait and retrieved their own. While eating our meal a bus person was cleaning a nearby table and knocked the pepper shaker to the floor. She picked it up and placed it back on the table. When I informed our waitress of this she said she would speak to her about it. I thought she would replace the pepper shaker. NOPE! She walked right past it. I don't even know if she spoke to the bus person. If this is how the front of the house is run, I don't want to imagine what goes on in the kitchen. We did not finish our meals nor take any leftovers. We love the Cracker Barrel and have enjoyed decades and multiple generations of meals, celebrating occasions and milestones. Just to note, we have visited a lot of different locations for these events. Cracker Barrel is our go to because it has something for everyone. But if this is the standard they now have, we will have to find another go to place.
