There is something wrong with this location! Either with the management or employees, but something is definitely wrong here. I have been a happy Wingstop customer for years, all over the country. Never have I had a store make so many mistakes on my orders, nationwide. Every single time I order from this location, they miss something...Dips, fries, chicken, you name it. I have not had one order from this store delivered without an issue, not once in 2+ years. Of course the only thing they can do is have you come pick up the missing food, like I didn't order delivery for the convenience. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. How do you order a dry rub then get your UNDERCOOKED wings in a puddle of something. Both the traditional and boneless wings had maybe a drop of seasoning. I have to put my wings in an air fryer to get them cooked a little bit and then add some type of seasoning just to make them a little better. I understand being busy, I get it. But it shouldn't be too much asking for my wings to be covered in the sauce. read more

Absolutely awful. Dry, stringy, withered wings soaked in oily. Even the sauces are terrible and absolutely drenched in oil. How does this place stay open? As someone who works in service , I'm patient when it comes to wait times. But when an employee values flirting with other customers over doing their job, I can get impatient. I was going to order on the phone, but I they never answered even when I was on the phone on hold for half an hour. I got there and I was greeted by this rude young girl with bright eye lashes I tried ordering but she told me they didn't accept cash which was something they could've told me over the phone if they responded. Wing stop is one those places that's pretty consistent everywhere unless you get a really sketchy location- this one in Nampa is great! We've ordered online & over the phone and orders are always made fresh, ready when they say they'll be ready, and the workers are friendly and efficient. An extra wing once in a while doesn't hurt either!! Love their ranch (some of the best ranch I've had) and Parmesan garlic wings. Boneless wings are 70 cents on Monday & Tuesday! read more

One year ago, Wingstop messed up my order and then offered me a $3.00 gift card and that I would have to pick up, They were rude and there was no apology . We decided it was time to give them another try. I Ordered a 20 piece meal that was supposed to come with fries. No fries! This is a smaller location than I've been to in other states and I'm assuming it's geared toward take out and delivery services. They do have three two person tables and one table slightly bigger. It's your typical Wingstop as far as the food goes but the thing that gives this place five stars is the service. Victoria was amazing from the start of our order until we left the restaurant. She was happy to answer questions while we were ordering and made us feel welcome. Then when we had a slight issue with our food she immediately took care of it and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. She was friendly and smiled and was totally willing to fix the issue without hesitation. Even when we were done she thanked us and told us if we ever have any problems don't feel bad about bringing it to their attention. We love this location! read more

I ordered 6 wings and tots. The food was so greasy, that I was literally using napkins to soak up and remove the extra grease from my food. My tots were NOt golden brown but more like deep dark brown color that was over cooked. It was so bad that, that I could NOT even finish my meal and I literally had a pan of grease that I pour out into the trash. I usually go to the Wing Stop on 12th in Nampa but decided to try the restaurant next to the Karcher Mall in Nampa. Trust me, I will not be going back again.
