Guess I should have looked at the reviews 1st. Worst KFC experience I've ever had. Placed a drive-thru order for 2 2 piece combos. Specifically asked for one with all white meat (paid extra) and slaw, one with no changes, 2 diet sodas and a large mac and cheese. When I arrived home there were no drinks, and both meals we the same, my upgraded box was just the regular breast & wing. The potatoes and gravy were watery (instant potatoes) and totally flavorless. Ordered Door Dash, 5 thighs and a mashed potatoes and gravy. Delivery was fast, opened the box of thighs and it was 5 drumsticks. Grew up on KFC and used to love it. Hadn't eaten there in quite some time. Don't ever plan to return to the Caldwell location (Ustick/Caldwell Blvd). My food was cold, chicken tasted old (almost musty-like). Employees were INCREDIBLY lazy and certainly lacked customer service training. Trash cans were overflowing. I dined in and am a very slow eater. I had time to observe numerous groups come and go and NOT ONCE did a table ever get wiped down/sanitized in my hour long stay. I placed an online order last night, which is promoting a 10 piece saucy nugget free with any $10 or more online order. I use the app to place my order. I did not receive a free 10 piece nugget instead I was charged for a 10 piece nugget combo. The manager at the store I went to was unable to correct the mistake and told me to call corporate. I called corporate this morning. Spoke with a charming woman by the name of Ann who basically told me I'm shit out of luck, but she will forward my complaint to somebody else who will contact me. in terms of compensating me for the addition to my order that I did not order, again was told that basically that's not gonna happen. When I asked Ann if I as a customer actually meant anything to the company she flat out told me NO. And when I questioned that, she repeated the answer. in addition, my $70 order was deleted off of the app from last night until this morning, therefore no rewards points. read more

Every time I go here it only gets worse! My chicken was either overcooked or had been sitting out because every piece was dry. Didn't get any napkins, my order of corn was almost cool, barely warm and my fruit punch drink was blah, the dispenser needed some syrup. While I ate, was a woman came in with her child and stood at the counter for several minutes, nobody bother to wait on her. She finally left without ordering. This place needs a manager OR, get rid of the one they have now and hire someone who takes pride in their job. This is one of the worse KFCs I've ever been to. Usually, they are great. Drive thru. My husband and I got home and opened up our individual dinner boxes from KFC Caldwell. The worst Chicken dinners possible!!! The Chicken Wings were so old and dried out, Chicken Breasts was so greasy. Cold Slaw was like soup and the Potatoes had a teaspoon of gravy. Called store talked to the manager to let them know how bad are dinners were. The only thing she would say " Bring it back, we will make it right. That's a hour drive for me. We had coleslaw and potato's for our sides. When we got home ALL our chicken was crispy and the coleslaw was dry. Will never visit this location again. Witnessed an employee slap an order on the counter for pick-up when a piece of chicken fell from the basket and landed on the counter. She then retrieved a pair of tongs, picked up the rogue piece and placed it back in the basket atop two other pieces of chicken. WHAT? That didn't just happen. I must be hallucinating I'd hoped. Nope, she did it. Another customer who was placing an order said something to her and the blue-haired employee flashed a "what do you mean" expression and then with the speed of a tortoise, picked up the one dropped piece to replace it. At that point, that same customer told her that all three were now tainted because they were touched by the piece that dropped and needed to be replaced as well. Another surprise for the employee. All I can say is, wow! I ate my meal with considerable reservation and hope I don't come to regret it. We have gone to KFC a lot in the past. Unfortunately, it has went down hill fast! The chicken is VERY greasy, the biscuits are dry and the cole slaw (which I used to LOVE) doesn't even taste the same anymore. The people that work there do not seem to care if they get the order right. They just sort of "slop" it onto the dish. Initially I was very excited to get some chicken tenders only to be throughly disappointed. Me and my mom orders the Tender &a Fry meal to open the box to find very small tenders. These tenders were so small they were no bigger than my middle finger and pointer finder combined. At least we had very processed mashed potatoes to look forward to right? Wrong! We order a large mashed potato only to discover that they were in a small tub hardly big enough for the both of us. The only good thing about this meal was my medium root bear and frys. The frys were the best I've ever had (besides 5 guys and Freddy's). But unlike the frys the workers were bored and tired possibly overworked. The menu is very expensive also. The breading was all off the chicken when I got home, customer service was lackluster, and as at every KFC location I've ever been to, the soda syrup/carbonation mixture is horribly off making it completely undrinkable. Went on a long hiatus from KFC since Popeyes was brought to town and I doubt I will ever go back to KFC again. I have complained to this location about various issues with previous orders and clearly, nothing has changed. Orderred a pot pie for my wife.... unavailable. Orderred a 4 piece chicken... unavailable (right? Chicken unavailable from a chicken based restaurant?). Backup order, 6 piece chicken strip.... only got 3. Daughter's kids meal.... missing fries. The only thing that this location got right was the card swipe and handing my card back to me. Either way, I will go back to Popeyes across the street from here on out. Went here on 3/1/2017 had a coupon for buy one get one free pot pies. As usual they didn't have them. So decided on 2 fill up boxes. Ordered the chicken strip one. She asked what to drink? I said oh those come with drinks? She said yes. I said I didn't want the drinks. So while waiting in line in the car I decided a root beer sounded good. Got to the window and told the very nice young man I had changed my mind and would like a small root beer. He looked at the register and said I'll get you one on me.
