I keep going back and I really can't answer why. Having kfc use to be a treat. Now its eating chicken on a salt lick. My favorite chicken place was called the hat. They made a chicken called, jungle style chicken. It was a 1/2 chicken deep fried served with a load of fries and yellow peppers. So good and so artery harding. There's tge difference. Good chicken read more

From terrible customer service, missing food items, having to wait like 20 mins to receive our food.. getting home to find no utensils, sauces, napkins, and didn't even get our drink.. I also loved the burnt Mac n cheese.. very annoying for the prices of KFC. This KFC is terrible! Whoever is working tonight to better please. read more

This afternoon we got a 10 piece dinner of Kentucky fried Chicken at the Caldwell location. It was way below standard. The young lady at the window was rude. My wife is hard of hearing, your employee got upset with her. We ordered original all dark meat and when we got home found it to be Extra Crispy with some white meat mixed in. For many years I have enjoy your chicken. This is the second and final bad meal we have had there. I see on Yelp you have 1 1/2 stars, personal I think that rating is high it should be in negatives.. read more

Absolutely the worst place in the valley! They sent the wrong order and then refused to send the correct order. When Talking with them on the phone, they didn't even know what meat they had available and kept telling me they were out of the food I received...WHAT?! You're telling me you were out of what I have in front of me? Whatever, I know intelligence can be difficult for some. I told them I would have the order they sent and simply exchange it for the correct order if they would send the correct order... nope, that isn't an option. They gave no resolution other than I would have to go to their store and exchange it. What is the point of paying for delivery?!What do you do when you don't have a vehicle and live 4 miles from their excuse of a store, walk there?! It's no wonder they have a 1.5 rating. Probably be in the negatives if you could go lower than one star. read more

Guess I should have looked at the reviews 1st. Worst KFC experience I've ever had. Placed a drive-thru order for 2 2 piece combos. Specifically asked for one with all white meat (paid extra) and slaw, one with no changes, 2 diet sodas and a large mac and cheese. When I arrived home there were no drinks, and both meals we the same, my upgraded box was just the regular breast & wing. The potatoes and gravy were watery (instant potatoes) and totally flavorless. My 1st and last at this location. KFC is my normal go to for chicken. read more

Ordered Door Dash, 5 thighs and a mashed potatoes and gravy. Delivery was fast, opened the box of thighs and it was 5 drumsticks. The sticker on the bag literally said "5 thighs, Bag double checked for accuracy". Had to drive to the KFC to get the thighs. Lady said "Tee hee hee....We're sorry... ‍ " Yeah. You got that right lady. You and your whole team are sorry. It takes a pre-school level education to fill orders at KFC. Do better. read more

KFC once had one of the most delicious menus of all fast food companies; sadly, not so any longer. Two of us stopped for a 'bucket meal'$32+; no white breast meat; canned corn, not corn on the cob;`runny coe slaw.` read more

Grew up on KFC and used to love it. Hadn't eaten there in quite some time. Don't ever plan to return to the Caldwell location (Ustick/Caldwell Blvd). My food was cold, chicken tasted old (almost musty-like). Employees were INCREDIBLY lazy and certainly lacked customer service training. Trash cans were overflowing. I dined in and am a very slow eater. I had time to observe numerous groups come and go and NOT ONCE did a table ever get wiped down/sanitized in my hour long stay. Makes you wonder about the environment your food is being prepared in! No wonder they're currently giving away buckets of chicken. Might I recommend the deli at your local supermarket (?). read more

Love the place. It's so awesome and delicious. So worth the wait. Come on down and enjoy it.

The worst KFC I've been to. Everytime I come thru here I try to get all breast meat in a family 8 pack meal. They never have any chicken and whats worse they refuse to cook anymore. What kind of restaurant refuses to cook more food??!! They literally just came to the car to inform me they don't even have 8 pieces of original recipe chicken, would i take 1/2 and 1/2. Really??!!! How bout COOK some MORE chicken??!!! Whose running this place and how have they not been fired??? My 2 year old could do a better job. read more

I placed an online order last night, which is promoting a 10 piece saucy nugget free with any $10 or more online order. I use the app to place my order. I did not receive a free 10 piece nugget instead I was charged for a 10 piece nugget combo. The manager at the store I went to was unable to correct the mistake and told me to call corporate. I called corporate this morning. Spoke with a charming woman by the name of Ann who basically told me I'm shit out of luck, but she will forward my complaint to somebody else who will contact me. in terms of compensating me for the addition to my order that I did not order, again was told that basically that's not gonna happen. When I asked Ann if I as a customer actually meant anything to the company she flat out told me NO. And when I questioned that, she repeated the answer. in addition, my $70 order was deleted off of the app from last night until this morning, therefore no rewards points. read more

KFC is Always Good , love there food it's getting A little pricey though but so is everything else

The juicy chicken with that nice crunch that echoed through the room. The chicken is soft and the texture is unmatched in vibrancy and complexity. My tastebuds were alienated to the experience of properly fried chicken, until I experienced the secret reciped conceptualized by the Colonel Sanders. The root beer floats come with a silky, creamy flow that encapsulates the true meaning of a float. And the customer service, unmatched. No other business could embody the Romantism of the mid renaissance like the people at KFC. They make the customer feel special, making us the central thought of the KFC heart. I would never betray my KFC for they make me their light of day so I could make them my world. I love you. read more

KFC - Famous Bowl minus the gravy - Fast Food Near Me - Caldwell, Idaho

Every time I go here it only gets worse! My chicken was either overcooked or had been sitting out because every piece was dry. Didn't get any napkins, my order of corn was almost cool, barely warm and my fruit punch drink was blah, the dispenser needed some syrup. While I ate, was a woman came in with her child and stood at the counter for several minutes, nobody bother to wait on her. She finally left without ordering. This place needs a manager OR, get rid of the one they have now and hire someone who takes pride in their job. This is one of the worse KFCs I've ever been to. Usually, they are great. I won't be giving this one another chance! read more

Very poor service. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window the order they confirmed wasn't my order and they had to retake it. One I got the order home I noticed that they did not give me the requested butter and honey I asked for and the coleslaw was missing the dressing and was drier than the Sahara Desert. read more

Nuggets were severely over-cooked or left under the heat lamp for days, no dipping sauces, rude kid acted like he didn't care. Nick, the manager?, stepped up and was friendly and helpful. The replacement nuggets were half fresh and half not-so-fresh. Should have read reviews first as this place seems to have the same problems for about a decade, likely franchise owner is the problem. Won't be coming back. read more

Ordered a breast and wing, original recipe meal. Got a (very dried up) crispy meal; no biscuit, 4 tiny broken wings, and a really damaged breast with missing meat, concentrated gravy in the mashed potatoes, and a honey packet. Receipt says otherwise... This location has been disappointing, low quality and lack of customer service. They could make an effort and put quality back into their work and food, it's a choice. read more

I would give them 0 star they don't deserve any stars at all. We got our order from the drive thru and our chicken is burnt!! Nothing in our meals taste any good. It was so overcooked and burnt!! Nasty food. We will not come back ever again!! Wasted of $$ on overpriced food!! read more

KFC - Burnt 3 pc. Chicken Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Caldwell, Idaho

Great food.Service was fast and friendly.Definitely a clean store.Highly recommended anyone looking for good chicken to try this location!

Drive thru. My husband and I got home and opened up our individual dinner boxes from KFC Caldwell. The worst Chicken dinners possible!!! The Chicken Wings were so old and dried out, Chicken Breasts was so greasy. Cold Slaw was like soup and the Potatoes had a teaspoon of gravy. Called store talked to the manager to let them know how bad are dinners were. The only thing she would say " Bring it back, we will make it right. That's a hour drive for me. I told her no thanks, was not worth my time or gas money to return food, that should not have been served in the first place. She was not even concerned that they had served food that wasn't fit for my dogs!!!! read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered an 8pc meal original. The drive thru attendant said they were out of original breast. I told him crispy breast would be fine. We had coleslaw and potato's for our sides. When we got home ALL our chicken was crispy and the coleslaw was dry. When we called the store the manager that answered the phone just wanted to argue and didn't even care that we did not get what we ordered. Worst managment/customer service EVER! Wish I didn't have to select a star at all. read more

Location: great location, easy to get to, and a cute dining room. Customer service: not even bad customer service, but none whatsoever? The cashier that took our order didn't greet us, didn't ask what size drinks we wanted, and just called our food number and walked away. Food: this is a kfc/a&w combination. I ordered a burger and fries. Cheese wasn't melted, bun was soggy, party was 'eh'. The chicken littles we ordered were smashed under our burgers. Only giving one star because I have to so let's just say it's because the dining area is nice. I'll only come back if I have a drunk hankering for cheese curds one day. read more

Will never visit this location again. Witnessed an employee slap an order on the counter for pick-up when a piece of chicken fell from the basket and landed on the counter. She then retrieved a pair of tongs, picked up the rogue piece and placed it back in the basket atop two other pieces of chicken. WHAT? That didn't just happen. I must be hallucinating I'd hoped. Nope, she did it. Another customer who was placing an order said something to her and the blue-haired employee flashed a "what do you mean" expression and then with the speed of a tortoise, picked up the one dropped piece to replace it. At that point, that same customer told her that all three were now tainted because they were touched by the piece that dropped and needed to be replaced as well. Another surprise for the employee. All I can say is, wow! I ate my meal with considerable reservation and hope I don't come to regret it. It will be a very long time before I have any craving for those once beloved twelve-herbs-and-spices. This is not only disturbing, it is frightening. read more

Terrible speed, no customer service. Should give them one star if I could. Rebeka should be fired as a manager because she can't manage period. read more

We have gone to KFC a lot in the past. Unfortunately, it has went down hill fast! The chicken is VERY greasy, the biscuits are dry and the cole slaw (which I used to LOVE) doesn't even taste the same anymore. The people that work there do not seem to care if they get the order right. They just sort of "slop" it onto the dish. We have decided not to go back to KFC...at least the one in Caldwell for a long time. Greasy fried chicken is NOT very appetizing. read more

I can't give this place no stars because there's no hero's working here. 4 people standing around inside the drive-up window and they still can't manage to get an order right. no forks butter or honey. Checked the bag but you can't check everything since its all loose. read more

Initially I was very excited to get some chicken tenders only to be throughly disappointed. Me and my mom orders the Tender &a Fry meal to open the box to find very small tenders. These tenders were so small they were no bigger than my middle finger and pointer finder combined. At least we had very processed mashed potatoes to look forward to right? Wrong! We order a large mashed potato only to discover that they were in a small tub hardly big enough for the both of us. The only good thing about this meal was my medium root bear and frys. The frys were the best I've ever had (besides 5 guys and Freddy's). But unlike the frys the workers were bored and tired possibly overworked. The menu is very expensive also. If you want an affordable meal just go to mcdonalds... read more

Overpriced greasy slop. The breading was all off the chicken when I got home, customer service was lackluster, and as at every KFC location I've ever been to, the soda syrup/carbonation mixture is horribly off making it completely undrinkable. Went on a long hiatus from KFC since Popeyes was brought to town and I doubt I will ever go back to KFC again. I have complained to this location about various issues with previous orders and clearly, nothing has changed. Orderred a pot pie for my wife.... unavailable. Orderred a 4 piece chicken... unavailable (right? Chicken unavailable from a chicken based restaurant?). Backup order, 6 piece chicken strip.... only got 3. Daughter's kids meal.... missing fries. The only thing that this location got right was the card swipe and handing my card back to me. Either way, I will go back to Popeyes across the street from here on out. They have never screwed up my order. read more
