Listen Waffle House is where it's at in the late night run! It was a good visit, service was fast, and food was good! Hash browns must be smothered, covered, and peppered. Like no complaints outta me. We got our order to-go and all of condiments was in the bag. Another plus for me. I love when everything is packaged just right. Our hotel was right across the street so super convenient. read more

It's a waffle house. Good food at an affordable price. We came here for father's day, and I think the rest of the dads I saw here had the same idea. You know none of us wanted to overpay for the same food dressed up with nice ambience. I can't believe the lady that served us has been working there for 40+years. If you read some of the articles on this fabled institution, you'll see why it's been around for so long. I marveled at the efficiency of the kitchen. Dishwasher, prep, etc all out in plain view. I really enjoyed my breakfast, specifically the grits. I read more

Ahh Waffle House. Best place to go when hungover. This visit I had hashbrowns with ham and cheese, also known as covered and chunked. And a side of bacon. Delish!! Service was great. read more

Nice food and good appearance. The service is Fast and courteous. Definitely I will return.

To be honest I don't EVER review fast food restaurants because it's more of the same. They usually suck in every location. This Waffle House though is the exception. Don't get me wrong, I LOOOOVE Waffle House but some locations are just nasty. This one is just the exception. It's always very clean and there's two ladies that doesn't matter what time it is they always have a smile on their faces. The food here is always fresh and well presented & the waffles are ALWAYS crispy. Definitely my favorite Waffle House. Definitivamente el mejor Waffle House read more

This Waffle House is close to me. That's the main reason why I go here. Waffle House is just one of those places you go to in the middle of the night because McDonald's is completely out of the question. Not from here so I don't feel the same love for it as most so you're not going to get those Lies from me lol When I do have to eat here, I get the all star. I do not eat hashbrowns from Waffle House but I will eat the grits, waffles, eggs and bacon. Real simple. This location is kinda slow like most locations but not the slowest. On the weekends it's packed and the cops are always sitting in this parking lot... just FYI. read more

Friendly staff. Fast service. We both ordered the All Star Special breakfast with a waffle; one blueberry, one pecan. Food was good, except over easy eggs were too runny, egg whites not cooked even slightly. We sat by a window seat on the left. Table and placemat was sticky. Told waitress, she didn't do a thing about it. Was attentive, but I had to clean my own table and just didn't use their menu placemat. read more

First time eating at this location. It's a lot more spacious than the other locations. I ordered the usual veggie omelette with hash browns. I always request egg white. I was very specific about egg whites and low and behold they bring full yoke! So the cook says he never heard of it??! . The mgr told him to hold the yoke and ham. The hash brown s were cold and I honestly believe they were the same hash browns on the previous order. Other than that it was ok. I'll come back if I'm in the area. The waitress was very friendly but she got my order wrong:). read more

Waited for a good 15 minutes and someone else came in and got served before I even got seated. Decided to just leave since they apparently didn't care about me. Granted it was two people working the whole place so I don't really blame them if they were overwhelmed. Blame probably lies on corporate for even bothering to open a location with two workers. read more

I will not try this location again late night. I've noticed at a lot of places down here, when they are short staffed, everyone becomes so flustered they cannot function! It's really sad, when I came in the guy who took my order (forgot to initially call it in) was talking to another employee begging them to come in b/c they needed help, someone had called out. So I was made to suffer, the waffle wasn't done and it was cold. The tiny portion of hash brown and bacon didn't make up for it at all. Do better..... read more

When you are in the mood for breakfast and don't feel like cooking, this is the place to come. Do not look for a remarkable breakfast but your average filling grits, eggs, waffle and hashbrowns. I have eaten just about everything on the menu and it all taste the same. The best thing about this location is that they will prepare the food in the manner in which you desire once communicated to them. Try it out. . . they're everywhere!!! read more

Was really craving Waffle House but When I walked in there were no tables so I quietly sat down and waiting for someone to leave. Couple minutes later a family left and a table was open. My mom and I were not even acknowledged and they took their sweet time cleaning that table we were the only ones waiting for a table. She cleared off the table little by little for a span of 10 minutes before she could even finish cleaning the table we decided to leave if I could give 0 stars I would, please learn some customer service. read more

This place is great! Reviews are all over the board and I just don't get it. Went in on a Tuesday at 6:30pm and was greeted by a friendly crew who provided super service throughout the meal. Got an All Star Special for only $7.00: waffle, two eggs with grits or hash browns, toast, and breakfast meat (bacon, ham or sausage)! Food arrived promptly with hot eggs as ordered; everything tasted delicious. I came in to try some of that famous southern hospitality (I am from the west), enjoyed a wonderful, iconic WAFFLE HOUSE experience and left well-fed and happy for the visit. read more

Food served up hot and within timely fashion, even during peak morning hours. Our server was friendly and attentive. No one's order was messed up, and we all enjoyed our meals. No one got sick. I came, I experienced...No need for a repeat. I don't understand why this place has four and five star reviews. When I went yesterday morning, there were more servers than patrons, but most of the tables were dirty. After asking someone to wipe a table down for us, there was a brief verbal altercation between the employee that cleaned the table and the one that should have cleaned it. The staff was loud, full of drama queens and LOTS of cursing! I was shocked! The food was so-so. I went home and got sick almost immediately afterward, so I won't be going back. read more

I'm more of an IHOP person, but whenever I crave a little beef (because I don't buy it when I shop for my house), the Waffle House is where I go. However, this was my first time visiting get the location on Pleasant Hill, and I have nothing to complain about! The food was seasoned to perfection (unusual for Waffle House). I think I will become a regular at this location. Although my wait was longer than I like (it was worth it), they were packed and I see why. Hope my second visit is as good as the first. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Came in at 11pm on a Saturday night. The place was well-staffed. There were as many employees as customers at the time. Wife ordered hash browns extra extra well. Actually said "burn em to a crisp". Her food came out first, and sent the hash browns back. They came back the next time and looked exactly the same. Meanwhile, I waited on my complex order of the two egg breakfast. When it came the grits were not even edible. Thought I'd eat the eggs anyway, but while scooping my first bite I saw a hair in them! That's a deal breaker for me. I'm sorry but there's no excuse. No one even came by the apologize o even offer an explanation. This place is a joke. Miss the places that actually valued their customers. read more

Chemical cleaner in my orange juice, eggs that were over cooked, and hash browns bland with a tiny piece of cheese. Service was fast and the waitress smiled, BUT when I pointed out my orange juice tasted like commercial cleaner, she told me it's ALL THE ORANGE JUICE and would I like something different. I got a lemonade that again tasted like chemical cleaner. I didn't drink much of either drinks and after 20 minutes my throat was on fire. I love most waffle houses but avoid this one like the plague! Second time in a row I got bad food from this waffle house. OMG I forgot to mention the waffle was good! :) Huess it's hard to screw up a waffle. read more

Came here with friends hoping for food with time to spare of a whole hour, but we still haven't received our food after about 35 minutes. The person who took our order seemed nice, but always replied that the food was cooking. We're now barely having time to spare, but we still haven't gotten the food we ordered and it wasn't even that much. Other Waffle Houses have given food quicker. I'm here hungry after not eating for 12 hours, and all I smell and see is food. Other people who've gotten here after us have gotten their food way before us. My friends and I didn't come to sit here for 40 minutes hungry to not get our food on time. The service here is horrible from our point of view although many other customers seem to be receiving great service. This is was the closest Waffle House, but we don't see ourselves going here ever again. We'd rather pay more for a Lyft to a further Waffle House with better service. Update: As we were about to leave, a different waitress who was nicer asked us what we were waiting for and checked on our food. It turns out our food wasn't even cooking, so she re-asked our orders, but we had to leave. We didn't end up paying for the drinks, and we left. She didn't notice use until a while though and seemed to feel really bad. We still don't think we'll be coming back. read more

I would give no stars if I could . Nasty; slow service, rude workers - especially late at night. Smh

just disappointed cause it's 24/7 and the workers say they are closed like i just want a waffle man.

I previously had a bad experience here on my birthday were everyone in my group had something wrong with their order; I didn't even get all of my order. We wanted to leave but the waitress would not bring us our check so I ended up just walking out. However, this was 3 years ago so I figured I'd give them another chance today. I walked in and sat down for 10 minutes and no one came up to take my order.
