This is our go to for when we are traveling home later and the entire airport shuts down. This location is close enough to the airport that we do not feel like we are dying as we get there. The service is always good, the restaurant is clean and the food is just right for after a long flight. read more

Food tastes good but I truly leave this place violently ill every single time. It's a worse gamble than Taco Bell. You'll fight for your life. My brother was puking in the streets before we even made it to the car. Nobody wears gloves and everyone's sweating in your food. Waffles are a 10/10 tho. read more

This Waffle House has recently completed a remodel. It's located right off I-77 near where it crosses I-485, so it's accessible by both easily. I'm back to update my 51st review from nearly 8.5 years ago. Inside, the place is very clean and new, but has the same layout as normal. At 7:00 AM, the staff was raucous and loud, but they seemed to be having a good time. None of the other patrons seemed to mind. One dirty table and the spot I took at the counter needed a good wipe down. I got my waffles to go. At home, they were cooked properly, wrapped properly and had the appropriate syrup, butter and plasticware. read more

The good: close to honme & not always packed like others. The bad: Call and wanted to have pick up order. The lady who answer the phone picked up and started yelling and then hung up on me twice and after calling numerous time again it went straight to voice mail. I'm thinking, welll maybe their busy and I'll stop by anyways.. After getting off the exit, I look over and it's dead.. no cars or anything. Crappy rude disrespectful and the worst discriminatory against Hispanics. My husband and his workers went to have lunch. 6 total. They sat at the bar and one worker yelled at them to get off that they could not sit there. It was against their rules. A nice Caucasian lady stood up for them and yelled back at the man. Whew! What A 'Terrible', Unprofessional, Immorale and Bordeline 'Inhumane' Experience At This Location...Upon entering door, the 'woman' manager was Yelling, yes yelling, at one of the staff. Other than parents disciplining their children, I have 'Never' seen this up close and personal at a business establishment. She grilled her words repeatedly loud and clear of employee being the slowest. Unbelieveable... . Point, even if employee was having the worst night ever, there is a ethical manner of handling such. An employee should not have to loose their dignity during the process. There were several customers dining there. . Service was fine and I've been in some nasty waffle houses but lord, I just tried to wet nap my whole body in the car. Mostly from grabbing the Tabasco. Oh and the salt and pepper and then my napkin was stuck to the table. It was really pretty comical cause my sleeve was in turn, stuck to the menu. I love eating at Waffle House... Even though the silverware might be spotty and the occasional hair in my Orange Juice but this one was a huge disappointment. Imagine this, I just left the Super 8 that is behind this due to roaches in the room, rust in AC, mold on the sheets and the list goes on, so this huge disappointment with this hotel I bail out of there and head to this Waffle House to get a bite to eat and wait for an Uber... The place was empty but 2 employees and what I believe was a patron... I end up sitting on the opposite end near the bathroom so I can see the entrance/exit. The lady server, who was sitting down, calls out to me to move closer towards her... Okay, I move but bothered by it. She then calls out to me again, mind you she is still sitting, what you want to drink, I said let me check out the menu for a moment... She sighs loudly, so I ask for coffee. She gets up with a noticeable annoyance on her face. She gets to the coffee maker and continues to sigh... Like I am ruining her day or something. Dissatisfied, I said nevermind and left. 2 huge disappointments back to back and within 500 feet of each other. Hope whoever goes here the best of luck! read more

If I can add zero stars I would. Let me start by saying this to the management at this establishment y'all need to have a meeting with your employee "DEMARCUS" first of all when my wife called he was very dismissive to her complaint and he disconnected the call on her multiple times. Now she and her colleagues at work ordered food over the phone and there was a question about a charge and when they called he simply told them "WE ALL WAYS CHARGE A GRATUITY ITS ON THE DOOR" however the order was made over the phone. Now when my wife started to enjoy her somewhat edible food she couldn't because her and her colleagues waffles were BURNT, and there was hair in her eggs. And DEMARCUS didn't care because he lied to her twice about an actual manager being there. So my wife had to get off work go to the establishment and ask for her money back and when they arrived DEMARCUS acted as if he wanted to get into a physical altercation with a WOMAN he started to take off his uniforms and name tags. Something needs to be done about him and or he needs to be retrained. Because if you want someone like this in your store that gives off this type of customer service you'll never get customers. read more

Met a friend here for lunch today as something out of the ordinary. I guess Waffle House is best when you're drunk because today, in the bright sunshine, it was less than I remember in every way. I ordered the #1, the All American Bacon Cheeseburger with plain hash browns and a coke. In an effort to find the silver lining, I'll say that my coke was tasty and leave it at that.
