I'm sitting here feeding my baby his bottle, m with my daughter, my husband and a family friend.. the server asked everyone but me their order and walked off. every single person working right now is standing around gossiping. I havent eaten all day and was looking forward to eating here. She ignored me the whole time and proceeded to only talk to my husband and my family friend. she asked us if she could mop at our table while they were eating and I asked if she could wait and she did not. The servers name is Yasmin. The whole place smells like sewer and garbage, inside and out. Definitely will not be back.

    Chocolate chip waffle. Classic waffle.

For a little breakfast spot, it did the job. Ask for Tarryn, she was an excellent server. My kiddos response, the sausage didn't taste great. Chocolate Waffle was delicious.

Waffle House in Apache Junction on Idaho off the 60 really turned us off tonight. We ordered and then we were made aware by another patron that the cook was bleeding on the food. He did not care until the waitress called the manager. The waitress was afraid to confront the cook because she was scared of him. We made a complaint online and also plan to call into the corporate office tomorrow. This is the most appalling experience I have ever had.

My boyfriend took me on a late night date a couple of weeks ago. There was little open, and I'd never experienced Waffle House, so that's where we went. We dressed up a little and everything. We arrived to find all the open tables noticeably dirty. A very sweet, cute, and pleasant waitress greeted us, cleared us a table, and gave us menus. After some consideration, I chose a hashbrown skillet with all the fixens. The cute, sweet, friendly waitress was probably new. She tried very hard, and succeeded, in being pleasant, despite getting our order wrong, taking forever to bring our food, and making a number of other mistakes. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal, had a good time, and was left with a positive memory of the girl, and the restaurant. I am left with the impression that Waffle House is an experience worth having, and still recommend it. Just go in knowing it's not a classy place. It's down home, and you won't be disappointed.

Food was good, but since the kitchen is open and customers can see everyone, employees need to be a little more cleaner while cooking food.

I hate to say, but when you call yourself the Waffle House you need to have great waffles. They don't. The service was great, food so so.

Simple surroundings, but excellent food. This is one of those places, in my opinion. Ordered the Greek salad w/ beef kabob. They even asked how I wanted the meat prepared. I went for rare, and it was rare. Very fresh greens, soft and warm pita bread. Dressing on the side, which I like, because Greek dressing can sometimes be a little acidic. This was not. Smooth, with light acidity. Very tasty. The meat (see picture) was loaded on and delicious. Charred nicely on the outside, rare inside. Presented very well. Baklava for desert. What can I say - I've never really had bad Baklava. Very buttery, honey, pistachios. I'm giving five stars, because I didn't expect this to be so tasty. Expected good. Nothing fancy as far as dining, but very clean. But I don't order the tables and chairs - I order the meal, and that's what I eat. You order at the counter and they serve. The young lady was very friendly - perhaps limited English, but no one was rude. She served my food, and I forgot to grab utensils. She went back to get them w/ no attitude. I saw the cook (maybe the owner/mgr?) serve a couple and very friendly. I saw some bad reviews regarding service, so just wanted to explain that didn't happen to me. Anyway, I will go back here. Hopefully, will be as good as the salad.

We also never leave without ordering a few baklava to go & eat later because we are so full. It's a little place off Apache Trail & Ironwood. Order, sit down & they bring the food to you.

As the years progressed, we tried other local places but it was good to make our way back here. For the most part, I felt like the layout is fairly similar but noticed a decent amount of patio seating which would be nice in winter/spring. It was a pretty busy Saturday with every table taken, but they were bussing one so we were sat pretty quickly. Though the place was filled, the staff worked both efficiently with refilling coffee, getting food out, and just being incredibly personable. Still in awe that we had our food in less than 10 minutes from ordering! Might be the most efficient breakfast spot in the city. And our coffee was consistently replenished with them even asking if we wanted a one to go. What We Ordered: - Coffee: pretty good and love they have French vanilla creamer at the table. - Chicken Fried Steak, Two Eggs, Potatoes & Toast (special priced at $10.99): I went with the special and tried the cheesy hashbrown casserole. It was pretty good, but was a bit rich with the chicken fried steak. The Chicken fried steak was perfectly crispy and delicious. A very solid breakfast platter for only $10.99! - #2 Breakfast Plate (Two pancakes, two eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns): My dad was very pleased and glad they accommodated the crispy bacon request as he prefers that way. I'd definitely both return and recommend this location.

There's a bar and lots of seating in the main restaurant. They also had an outside patio overlooking the lot. The atmosphere felt very homey, overall! Their menu consisted of breakfast classics and some with Mexican flair. I ordered the chilaquiles and my boyfriend ordered the breakfast burrito. Both were good, but not extraordinary! The chilaquiles could have some extra spice to them - whether it is the salsa itself or the chicken tinga. The burrito on the menu said that there would be avocado slices, and it came with a single slice on the top of the burrito. Next time, I will order something on the American side of the menu - pancakes looked yummy! The wait staff was super friendly. They informed us and other folks that they don't allow outside food/drink (context: I had an energy drink when I walked in), and they kindly asked us if we could put it back in our cars others could hold it up front - which I was happy to do! Our specific waitress was kind and cracked jokes with me, and the other staff members were helpful when asked questions or directions. I'd recommend if you're in town! :)
