Good service, food tasted great, restaurant was clean and ambiance was nice with the florals and lighting!

A coworker of mine recommended me this place, so I decided to go try it! He specifically told me he enjoyed the crispy pork ear and the Tsukemen ramen, so I had to try it. For cocktail, my friend and I wanted to order one of specialty cocktails, but they ran out so the server suggested a cucumber margarita. It was alright, nothing crazy. Food wise, we started off with the bone marrow shiitake, sweet corn fritters, and the crispy pork ear. I enjoyed the bone marrow shiitake the most, the sweet corn fritters second, and last, the crispy pork ear. Main entree, the Tsukemen ramen. It was different, but I think the best cold/dipping noodle ramen I've ever had. It was overall very different for me. I do believe all the food is great quality, but the things I ordered were based off of my coworker's favorites and I came to realize that we have very different taste buds. I think if you're a huge meat eater, you would definitely enjoy the crispy pork ear and the Tsukemen. However, for me, I usually order vegetable based ramen which hence is most likely the reason why I enjoyed the shiitake the most. Service and ambiance were both fine as well. Nothing out of the ordinary. We enjoyed some Love Island USA at the table and our server was patient as well. Overall, I would definitely come back and get the things that appeals to me!

If you find yourself feeling a little bit chilly and in need for a bountiful eyesight of alternative baddies, look no further. I had revolving sushi last week and had no hope for Japanese cuisine until wabi house stepped in and saved me from the darkness. This meal made me want to get up and yell Arigato gosaimas and kiss all the chefs. Wabi I WILL be returning.

We recently took a trip to Dallas and found ourselves looking for a ramen spot to eat at and ended up at Wabi House. Impressed by the setting, (they have an outdoor patio that allows for dogs) we were very hopeful it would be a winner. Here's what we found: The service was good. The staff was friendly and the time it took to order and get our food out was very fast, even when we were located outside of the main restaurant. The setting, again, was very nice and having a ramen spot that could finally accommodate to having a dog was a huge plus. They have a built out bar indoors which we didn't get drinks from but wanted to note in case anyone likes to drink more than just broth. As for the food, it was lacking in some key spots. We ordered the tonkotsu and shoyu ramens and the overall flavor of both wasn't strong. Specifically on the tonkotsu side, the broth tasted not far off from that of one you could get in a packet to cook at home. In both bowls the chasu was tough and overcooked, which is a big swing and a miss as it's our favorite topping. The noodles were very good though with a nice chewy texture. We also ordered the chicken karaage which was a mixed bag as the flavor was good but the breading was very crumby and too oily. Our biggest takeaway from Wabi House was that it is an incredibly convenient and artistic spot that may not have the best food but is a bit of a game changer for those who like to bring dogs out with them. If you're looking for good ramen, maybe skip this place, but if you're looking for a ramen place to eat with man's best friend with you then this is the spot.

$9 lunch ramen really cannot be beat!! we got the spicy edamame, albacore, and two ramens. everything (maybe with the exception of the albacore) was well-sized for the price and flavorful!! our waiter was truly exceptionally professional and efficient, as was the host. as expected for a chain, the ambience isn't anything unique, but still lovely -- and there's a nice assortment of two-person, four-person, and larger booths/tables to accommodate any size!

This was my first time coming here and I had the spicy miso. The broth was tasty with a hint of spice. It was very filling. I liked it. My drink also really good. Nice location with inside and outside bar and patio. I went on a Saturday after 2:30pm so it was pretty busy, so we ordered drinks at the bar but we were seated by the time the drinks came out.

This Japanese noodle spot serves some truly delicious dishes--rich broth, fresh toppings, and noodles cooked just right. It's easily one of the better places around for a comforting, satisfying bowl. The only downside is the wait. It can get pretty long during peak times, so definitely plan ahead if you're coming with a group or on a tight schedule. I also wish they offered a loyalty program. I find myself coming here often enough that saving a little money or earning rewards would be a great perk. Overall, fantastic food that's worth the wait--just be prepared, and maybe bring a little extra patience!

Many Yelpers before me have mentioned that Wabi House was the best ramen spot in Dallas - and they're absolutely right. There's no contest whatsoever; they've totally knocked it out of the park! We began with a small appetizer, the hama rayu. The yellowtail was very fresh and came with sesame oil and fried garnish - even for $14, everyone at our table enjoyed it. I would've ordered another plate, but I was most excited for the main dish - the ramen. My order was the spicy miso ramen, which included generous amounts of noodle, scallions, and an egg. The broth had just the right kick to it and was so delicious - I couldn't help but down the entire bowl. Everything, down to even the portions of the various ingredients inside the bowl, were perfect. There is really nothing more to say, as Wabi House has left me speechless in the best way possible. I walked out a very full, satisfied, and happy customer ~ Should I ever return to Greenville, I will be stopping by again!

Hands down one of my favorite ramen spots in Dallas! Wabi House is located at the end of Lover Greenville. Whether you're going for lunch or dinner Wabi House is always a vibe. The service and waiters are always so nice and when it's peak, expect to wait no longer than 25-30 minutes. My favorite go to menu item is the Dry Garlic add corn. The flavor of the garlic blended with the ramen makes it so addicting you don't even realize you've finished the whole bowl. Another classic is the spicy miso ramen. The broth is not too rich and makes it feel like a hearty light miso ramen that cures the soul when you're sick. Some appetizers we can't ever go without are 10/10 the fried pork ears, chicken karaage, and takoyaki. Overall a solid ramen place in Dallas that I love to take my out of town friends to and make sure you walk around Lower Greenville while you wait for your table or after dinner for some Dallas fun!

For appetizers, I got the takoyaki along with the beets & brussels to share. They both had amazing flavors and are must gets. The beets & brussels does have cashews and dashi butter in it so I would avoid this if you have a peanut allergy. For my main entree, I got the spicy miso ramen. I appreciated the spice to it so if your spice tolerance is lower I would recommend the tonkotsu ramen instead since it had a rich broth with great flavors as well! Be prepared to wait as the restaurant was busy even on a Wednesday night. You can ask a host to add you to the waitlist, which you can track real time online. I would use the time to grab a drink or walk around the strip as there are many things for you to do in the meantime. Overall, our food came out quick despite how busy the staff were so be patient with them! The restaurant itself is fairly spacious and was decorated very aesthetically for the holidays. This place is great to enjoy alone, with a partner, or a group of friends. Parking also can be difficult so I would recommend carpooling if possible. They have two lots behind the restaurant that are hopefully open and parallel parking spots along the strip.

The location can be a bit chaotic when it comes to parking, but thankfully, Wabi House provides customer parking, which is a huge plus. This restaurant had been on my list for quite some time, thanks to numerous recommendations. When I finally visited, I was pleasantly surprised by the quaint and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved how the bar area opened up to the patio seating a perfect setup for enjoying great weather. Indoors, it was a bit loud due to the music, but the decor and overall vibe were relaxed and chill. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Despite the restaurant's smaller size, the efficient turnaround on cocktails and food proved that space was not an issue here. The service was quick, and everything arrived fresh and well-prepared. Here's a rundown of what we ordered: Appetizer -Garlic Albacore ($14) Albacore tuna, soy, ponzu, garlic chips, fresh herbs. While I'm not a fan of ginger, and this dish had large chunks of it (not mentioned in the description), I still appreciated the freshness of the ingredients. A solid starter for those who enjoy bold flavors. Entrees Tonkotsu ($14) Chashu, ajitama egg, woodear mushroom, corn, scallion, mayu oil. I loved the rich and flavorful broth--it was the standout of the dish. The thinner noodles reminded me of pho noodles, which allowed me to enjoy the balance of ingredients rather than just filling up on noodles. I came hungry, and there were no leftovers after this one! I also asked for extra spicy oil, which elevated the flavors even more. Spicy Miso ($14) Minced pork, poached egg, bamboo, scallion, spicy rayu, chili threads. This ramen had a nice lingering kick from the spices. However, the thicker noodles felt a bit heavy for my taste, making it less enjoyable compared to the Tonkotsu. Cocktails Geisha ($10) Vodka or gin, watermelon puree, lemon juice, mint simple syrup. I wanted a smooth, not overly sweet cocktail, and our waitress recommended the Geisha. I chose vodka over gin, and it was a fantastic decision. The drink was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Samurai ($12) Gin, orange liqueur, shishito juice, egg white, lemon yuzu citrus. This cocktail was a bit too strong for my liking. The shishito juice added an intense kick that was overwhelming and made it difficult for me to enjoy. Overall, Wabi House impressed me with its cozy vibe, attentive service, and flavorful dishes!

This place is perfect for a casual meal but still nice enough for a date night as they offer beautiful cocktails as well as food. Located in a lively street with various bars and restaurants all with walking distance, I can see this place as a nice hangout spot for a night out. The food was so homey and comforting. The veggie ramen broth had a slight natural sweetness from all of the different vegetables. The noodles for the tsukemen were all broken up into tiny pieces which was a little odd. The chicken karaage appetizer was so light and crispy on the outside. But the house salad which uses kale as a base (rather than the typical iceberg) was to die for. So light and refreshing. Our server Derek(?) was so friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Love the cool and chill ambiance of this ramen restaurant. My friend's baby was also loving the vibes as he was quiet the whole time!!! Starters included the seared scallops and the sweet corn fritters. The seared scallops did not pair well with the sauce as it was too salty. The sweet corn fritters were the best though. Perfectly fried crust and soft and fluffy inside. Delicious!!! We got the spicy miso ramen which was not as spicy as I imagined which was a good thing. I do wish it had more protein but overall a well balanced and savory ramen. As for drinks I loved my lichi li as it wasn't too sweet for being bubbly. Paired well with the appetizers!!! Highly recommend this ramen restaurant when in the Greenville area!!!

Is there a ramen vegan option?

    Is the meat halal?

Probably not. It's mostly pork but there is a vegetarian option.

You can walk in, but be prepared for a 45 min - 1 hr 15 min wait.

Hey! How many calories would be in, let's say, a Tsukemen ramen bowl order?

Average portion would range about 700 calories a bowl...but I'm sure it can be much more than that if you try!

I can't have any msg , does this please have a lot of dishes that have it or is it super high in salt?

    You can request no MSG.

    Do they have highchairs?

    No they don't have any

Which of the broths are not pork based?

The veggie isn't and I believe the miso isn't as well.

    Is this place halal?

No. But there's a halal restaurant across the street.

    Where can I park?

There some street parking, there's a parking lot behind mud Smith that might be open to other businesses too, and the Trader Joe's parking lot is up for grabs after 9pm

When and what time is happy hour?

Wabi House Dallas does not have happy hour. But we do have lunch priced $8 ramen Monday- Friday 11am-2:30

    Does it have happy hour?

    Yes.

    Yes!

    Is the patio dog-friendly?

Patio is dog friendly! They will bring you out a bowl of water for your pup if requested.

I am surprised despite the popularity, the wait was not long at all and we were able to get seat almost immediately. For the first time, we ordered 2 appetizers - shrimp tempura and gyoza, not particularly outstanding, but they came out fast! As we were diving into our appetizers, the ramen was ready for us. I had the Spicy Miso Special (with mild spice) and my boyfriend had the Hinodeya special with medium spice. I personally like mine better because it was creamy and super flavorful compared to the Hinodeya special. My boyfriend tends to get stomach ache and fee bloated if he eats too much MSG. But he didn't feel any of those symptoms. To him, it was one of the biggest indicators if that is a good ramen or not. For the second time, we ordered takoyaki and karaage. Again, nothing too outstanding. This time, my boyfriend had what I had last time and I ordered the Tonkatsu special (no pic, sorry!). Maybe because of the lack of spice, I still prefer the Spicy Miso Special over Tonkatsu (Tonkatsu ramen is always my go-to in ramen spots). Regardless, we enjoyed our meals very much in both times. I think we have found our go-to ramen spot in DFW area!

They give you the option to change the spiciness which I appreciated because sometimes you want something very spicy and sometimes you don't. Everything in the ramen was fantastic: the egg was gooey, the pork melted in my mouth, and the noodles were firm without being overcooked. The broth was seasoned so well and super yummy to where I didn't feel the need to add anything to my bowl. My total for my food plus a soda came to about $30 which is typical for the amount I got. I'd say it was definitely worth it! I will say, if you're a bit messy like I am, to wear a dark colored shirt since you may leave with a few broth stains. (Still worth it).

We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

We got spicy gyoza to start, black pork tonkatsu w/ small curry rice bowl and a spicy dan dan. Gyoza came smothered in their sweet garlic chilli which defeats the purpose of a crispy gyoza skirt. It might be better to retain the crisp and crunch of the gyoza skin with the chilli sauce on the side? On to the ramen -- if you want to know if you're getting a quality bowl, look no further than the preparation of the egg. No respectable ramen shop would serve you well done boiled eggs which was the case here. The tonkatsu had heavy garlic flavor which is good but was unfortunately overshadowed by the abundance of burnt garlic bits. Not much to say about the Dan Dan. Bathroom clean but had a strong smelled. Would not go out of my way nor return with the amount of noodle options in dfw.

The noodles were delightfully chewy and the broth had a rich and full flavor without being overly fatty; I finished every drop of the garlicky goodness. The pork chashu was tender and the egg had a jammy orange yolk. The Birria ramen sounded interesting but a bit gimmicky. They also have chicken ramen for those who cannot appreciate the deliciousness that pork offers. The interior was cozy and upscale for a ramen spot and they have an outdoor patio which is nearly as large as the inside. The service was respectable but not noteworthy. Cons: A little pricey but I guess that's par for the course in Preston Hollow. $23 for my bowl of ramen after tax & tip. Moriya Shokuda is still my current favorite ramen spot but JINYA is very solid! 4.5 stars!

Parking wasn't bad either, there are lots and a garage nearby. However, the food itself fell flat for me. We ordered the crispy chicken happy hour special, which comes with a side salad. The chicken was on the dry side. Whenever I order Kaarage, it usually comes with a dipping sauce, but there was none here and that would've really helped out. The dressing on the side salad was way too acidic, making it hard to eat as well. In addition, we ordered the takoyaki as an appetizer. The takoyaki themselves were pretty solid, but the texture of the mayo was off. I'm not sure if they make their mayo in-house, but i noticed it was curdled. For the ramen, we ordered Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Creamy Veggie Ramen. Pricing is standard for DFW ramen restaurants, although *slightly* higher than some others (by like $1). The base ramen comes with a good variety of toppings! However, the ramen was just okay. The noodles are on the skinnier side, which I prefer thicker, chewier noodles. The pork chashu serving was small, and it tasted kind of old and wasn't that tender nor flavorful. The broth was just alright. I prefer soft-boiled, jammy ramen eggs, but the ajitama here was cooked longer than I would've liked. Ironically, I thought the veggie ramen was *much* better. The broth had better flavor, and they use different noodles than the tonkotsu, which were thicker (and exactly what I like!). Lastly, we had the matcha tiramisu for dessert. On a positive note, the matcha flavor was detectable. However, the tiramisu crème wasn't that fluffy, and there were noticeable amounts of undissolved sugar. Both the curdled mayo and tiramisu crème provide enough data points to suggest that whoever in the kitchen is responsible for blending/mixing needs some more training and attention to detail.

I went the day before Thanksgiving and the japanese chef was a one man show. He was the only one running the establishment because everyone else had left to go to Japan for the holiday. He is so so so so nice. I don't go back to restaurants very often but this place has my heart. This time I got the spicy pork ramen (17), spicy garlic chicken ramen (18), and then got the spicy garlic pork ramen (19) togo. I will say it is a little bit salty, with the garlic ones being more salty than the non garlic ones. However the garlic ones do have more flavor. There's not that much meat/protein either just one piece of meat and an egg. The could be slightly better but it's still good. It also just has bamboo shoots but nothing else. A very simple bowl. Ambiance is nice, it feels upscale but also homey at the same time. They have an open kitchen concept which I like.

I had to dig for it. I know they probably put the meat at the bottom so it'll warm up with the broth, but I prefer it at the top. The egg was whole and cooked so it was a little runny inside, which I liked. I also liked the noodles. Unrelated to the food, I sat on the bench and there was a customer sitting on the bench beside me. She kept shifting around and causing the entire bench to move, which I didn't like.
