The employees were slowly completing orders, not speaking to any customer and a couple weren't doing anything but walking around in the back. I then watched a girl come in and walk behind the counter and clock in. When she walked by the woman who was grabbing the numbers out of the printer and starting orders, that woman grabbed my number, handed it to her and said "you have a curbside". This tells me whoever has absolutely no knowledge of how to manage employee workloads WAITED until she clocked in to fill a 4 drink order....when she had multiple people who were not doing any thing that could have filled it before the other girl clocked in. On a side note, the girl who walked it was extremely friendly and provided good customer service. Do better!! It may be fast food; but it's your job, you're paid to do it, and its customer service so PROVIDE customer service! If you don't like it, quit and find something you do!
