I went there and I ordered a grill burrito steak and he gave me a steak supreme burrito totally different and they made it wrong. It wasn't nothing what I expected. I called the next day. I spoke to the supervisor she told me to go the next day,I waited a whole week to come by I couldn't go Because I work Night Shifts I went and the supervisor gave me a big thing about me waiting 7 days. I used the drive thru and tried to place an order. I know she could hear me, because the item I requested appeared on the screen. I am disabled and can't speak loud. The girl on the speaker whispered to me. I said "I'm disabled and cant speak loud" and she continued with to whisper to me. I told her "I can't hear you very well " and she WHISPERED mocking my disability more. At this point I heard a guy laughing and pulled to the side of window; I was understandably angry at this point and thought they still thought it was funny. They were still laughing when I confronted them. I circled around and went inside to speak to the manager. He didn't want to talk to them right away, but I informed that that I was not going to leave until he spoke to them. He eventually did after my repeated demands, they of course denied it, and he said he could check cameras later to see. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because the food is always good at Taco Bell. I am 36 yo and I've been coming to Taco Bell since I was like 5. This location needs some serious training on customer service. As a GM in the corporate world, I am shocked that the regional managers haven't done something to correct this locations customer service. Tonight was by far the worst, the girls working here deserve to be fired. For starters, when someone is ordering, don't give them an attitude just because you can't hear them. "Um I can't hear you" is not an acceptable way to speak to your customers. Then when they get to the window, you give them more attitude ? WOW. Not memorable, not friendly and rude all at once. Let me give you a piece of advice, if you don't like your job, then quit. Don't rub your poor attitude off on others just because you are miserable. I only order from this restaurant through DoorDash, and when I'm drunk (unfortunately several times a month). Everything is hot and fresh when I get it but it's never correct and it's gotten to the point where DoorDash won't give me a refund. I had to go inside to have it corrected and still the morons working there could not figure it out. He charged me for items I did not order and charged me incorrectly for items I did order. Wish I could tell you his name except he charged me out using a girls name. Clearly, he was a young guy. Anyway, food was cold and portions were so small I think they were for miniature people. I live in Santa Clarita, but we often drive north to visit family. One of the consistent stops we make is to this specific Taco Bell. The food made here is that good. They never get our order wrong, it's always fresh, and the staff is always friendly and on point. There is a Taco Bell by our house in scv, and it's a joke by comparison. If you have decided you don't like Taco Bell, consider this one. It tastes more like an authentic Mexican restaurant rather than a chain. read more

The food has been good at this location, but the employees can NEVER get any of my orders correct. If I order it with no onions, I expect it with no onions. If I order a Pepsi, I don't want a Diet Pepsi. If the burrito rips open on the side when you roll it, get another tortilla, don't just wrap it up for it to be messy for someone to eat. And if you are taking orders from the Drive-Thru, talk clearly so you can be understood. Lady yelled at me when she could not find my car after asking me to pull up right when I walked in, I did not even say a thing and just wanted to get my food I'd been waiting over 10 min and no one even came close to my car. I ordered two breakfast boxes this morning, she told me at the drive through (young lady with ponytail) to pull up froward. I pulled up to the spot right in front of drive through. I waited over 10 minutes, no one even came near my car. I finally got out and went inside and before I even said anything she yelled at me saying I did not go where I was supposed to and it was my fault I did not get my food and not her problem. This was before I had even said anything. I was not even upset I just wanted my food. The manager gave me my food, though seemed visibly upset when I went to double check the order was correct (it almost never is not no biggie rather check before I leave because of this) then I said hey guy behind me took the spot I was in to wait for his food too so he does not have to deal with this as well which seemed to anger them more. This is not my first experience here that's been bad with the employees, I wish I asked for my money back, please avoid. I have learned it is never worth it. I do not appreciate being treated and spoke to in that way first thing in the morning. read more

I'm giving them 5 stars because I never have a problem BUT I just ordered two 12-pack's of Cinnabon Delights and as I was driving off I ate one and it was frozen. Now sometimes these do come out not as hot but these were straight up frozen. I went back inside to see if I could get them reheated or a new batch. I wait a few minutes and they give me a bag back. As I'm walking to my car I thought to myself "hmmm what are the odds that THESE are frozen too? ".... You guessed it, they were also frozen. So I went back inside and said "I'm so sorry, I'm not the one to complain but these are still frozen." The nice worker up front told the manager and the manager comes up and I tell her that these are also frozen. "Well I squished them with my fingers??" the manager proclaimed as she waved her two fingers giving a pinching gesture. "What do you want?? Do you want your money back???" You bet I want my money lol. I just drove 3 hours from Anaheim through pouring rain after work and I wanted a quick treat to bring home to my family. I worked in restaurants for 15 years so understand the environment and how hard it is but how tf do you screw up twice on something you throw into an oven or whatever you use to heat them up and press some buttons. I'm sure everything is timed out according to what item you're cooking. Maybe the oven needs to be serviced or the worker messed up twice. Maybe the manager didn't squish the Cinnabon Delights hard enough twice?? All I know is I had a bad experience. Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one. Have a good night! read more

Oh the life of a fast food worker-the only place you can still get paid while consistently sucking at your job. They messed up our order, and instead of settling, we decided to exchange the incorrect food for what we ordered. The cashier and her attitude took the messed up food and threw it in the trash, only to grab it back out and check it after the cook claimed he made it correctly. And no, she did not wash her hands after digging through the garbage. If you have a hankering for Mexican, you're better off going to one of the local restaurants because I can guarantee you it won't be any quicker here. read more

I've been to a lot of Taco Bell's in my life, but this one is top notch. Fast service, great proportion of ingredients in their item builds, and friendly staff. Not sure what all these other horrible posts are about acting disgruntled that they claim it's Tex mex and it's not etc. It's TACO BELL people. I purchased breakfast in yesterday and I ordered a 2 piece cinnabon but was given two orders of cinnamon twists. I didn't have tome to wait so I just took the order and left. When I was in my car I discovered the mixup but made no big deal about it. I eat one order of the twists and when I finished I noticed something black in the sack. It was a dead bug. Of course I was extremely disgusted and did not touch the rest of my items. I went back and asked for a manager after showing the dead bug to an employee. The manager walks out nonchalantly and says "you wanted to see me?" I said yes there was a dead bug in my food. She said "I heard." She asked if I want a refund and gives me a refund for the twists only. Of course I was not eating or drinking anything from there at this point. I felt she should have been more concerned about the fact there was a bug in the food but she didn't seem concerned at all. She should have refunded the entire purchase. That was my first and last time eating there. I don't normally do Taco Bell and now I really don't plan to ever eat there again. read more
