This is our new favorite Japanese spot! We recently went to Japan and have been trying to find a good ramen and curry spot and I think we found it! The staff is so friendly and the food was fantastic. It's a cute little restaurant which is just like Japan culture. We will definitely be making the 30 min drive frequently to get our Japanese fix! Highly recommend the spicy ramen and chicken katsu curry. They have just the right amount of spice.

My husband and I have to been to Wa Ramen a few times now and have loved it every time! The food is amazing. We always get the ramen and the portion size is pretty big but if you finish it then you get a coupon. We've gotten a coupon for free appetizers, dessert, drinks, and things like buy one get one ramen and 30% ramen. There isn't a ton of seating but we've never had to wait to be seated. The servers are super friendly and do a great job of attending to your table. They play lo-fi music which is a fun vibe! We will definitely keep coming back!

Love their ramen and service. Have tried almost every bowl. It feels very authentic here. The ambiance is nice and casual. I've been a few times with my husband lately since Orlando had been getting a few cold fronts here and there. We don't eat out much anymore and have become quite critical of restaurant because we eat very good at home. But this was a pleasant encounter as we did not plan to come here. We simply stopped by one night after a long errand run and decided we would keep coming back for the ramen.

Food: ramen was delicious! We got their soy milk signature and seafood (spicy!) Service: super sweet server! We went around 2PM and there were a few tables there Ambiance: very cute. They were celebrating their sister restaurants anniversary so there were some specials

The interior is cute and reminded of places I have been to in LA. The walls are lined with pics of customers and the cute ramen bowl pillow named Raymond. There is a standard menu and then a smaller menu that changes every two weeks. We had chicken karaage, soy milk tonkatsu, and niku don. The karate was tasty and the ramen broth was good. The noodles were not a perfect texture but it was decent. The waitress was awesome and she mad the experience great. I would go again for sure.

We were welcomed and seated immediately at opening. It was our first time, so we browsed the menu and wanted everything. It was the restaurants anniversary, so they had a fun deal going on. Order a ramen and choose your pricing and if you finish your ramen you get a coupon! To start, we had a delicious bao. It came piping hot and refreshing with a squirt of lemon. The wings we got came with this super sticky sauce. The wings were perfectly crispy and burn your mouth hot as well. I decided on the spicy ramen, which made slurping down the broth a tough task. Once I finished, the bowl notified the owner that I won a 30% off our next trip! That second trip came the second day. I really wanted to try their chicken karaage. I didn't need the sauce or lemon. That chicken was juicy and just like the other sides from the other day, burn your mouth hot. This time I got a Shio Ramen. Light clear broth with the same noodles as the spicy ramen. This time I easily got to the bottom and won a 50% off coupon! Wa Ramen easily fills up, so come early and have a great meal.

Cute place which focuses on Ramen which is always a good thing. Service was a bit slow and it took about 25 minutes before we got out warm not hot broth and Ramen. Careful if you want hot sauce on the side it's an extra 2.00. The noodles were a bit under cooked but itv was ok. Brother was warm but had an ok flavor for the spicy Ramen Was an ok experience

I went during their promotion and was surprised I've never heard about this place! It's a really nice restaurant that is a bit small, but it adds to the coziness of it all. There's a fun coupon you can get at the bottom of every bowl which encouraged me to drink my broth (I usually don't)! The staff were also so nice to talk to! I've gone twice and plan to come back in the future!

Wa Ramen has been on my go to list since I've heard of it! Upon entering, the restaurant is definitely smaller than I anticipated, but we got there at dinner open time at 5 pm. We all ordered the same thing, Thai ice tea and Spicy ramen. Ramen came out pretty quick and let me tell you the spicy ramen broth is definitely a 5! The server forgot or didn't put in our Thai ice tea so about midway through our meals she put them in after we inquired about them. Also midway through my meal I bit into a massive chunk of dirt in my bok choy. I was definitely not finishing the "ramen challenge" after that. The soft boiled egg was basically an under-seasoned hard boiled egg.. I couldn't pallet the chili strings because it felt like I was eating hair. I wanted to love Wa Ramen, but I was a bit let down.

Really cute small ramen shop. In a plaza. There were only two workers working front of the house but the service was good. My only drawback was that the food didn't come all at once, not a dealbreaker. They have a small menu, but everything was really good. I will probably be the first to say it's not the "best" ramen I've had, but it hits the spot. And there's "prizes" at the bottom of bowls. They also have a really nice happy hour between 5:00-6:30 for $10 bowls of ramen. Which is a solid deal. Would come back to this place. Service was great.

Loved this place! It's a super small spot so be prepared to wait or get there early. The day we went was apparently their anniversary and the server explained that we could name any price for our ramen as their anniversary celebration. My husband and I were so shocked by this that we ended up just paying the same price as listed on the menu!!! I know that's crazy to say but we love supporting small businesses so it felt right in our hearts!!! The server was SUPER nice and energetic! He alone made me want to come back again just because of how well he treated us. Food was delicious! Any of the spicy ramen is a good way to go. Apps were also tasty! I 1000000% recommend this place if you're in the area.

Yay! I finally made it over to Lake Nona to try out WA Ramen. I've been to their sushi place in Casselberry a handful of times so I was excited when they opened a ramen shop. Let me first start by saying our host/waiter was one of the friendliest host/waiter I have ever encountered. He has some of the best table serving etiquette I have ever encountered. We order the chicken kaarage and cod off the starter menu and I had the Spicy Seafood Ramen. All were really good. The spice level could have been a little spicier to my liking. If you finish your ramen bowl with the soup you get a prize and a polaroid to celebrate. They also have a rotating ramen menu every two weeks along with their standard menu. This week's was oxtail ramen.

Was pleasantly surprised with my ramen here! I ordered spicy ramen which came with a well marinated soft boiled egg and a large chunk of pork. I prefer the marinated slices of chashu but this one was just a tender chunk of pork-- still tasty! The broth was also rich and flavorful, and just about thick enough to hold on to the chewy noodles. I thought the origami on the walls gave a cozy feel and the staff was friendly. Cute place if you're in the area but not amazing enough to drive back out to lake Nona!

I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue. My two favorite happy hour dishes are the Salmon Pke Tacos and the Crispy Chicken. I used to live on Lake Eola Park and I so miss coming here. Glad I stumbled in here today.

The tofu was very soft and not my favorite in terms of flavor, but everything else in the Spicy Creamy V Ramen was delicious. I also tried the Impossible meat bao, but the texture of the meat was a bit too firm or overcooked for my liking, especially paired with the soft bao bun. That said, I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu, as there are so many options to choose from. Our server, Carl, was very friendly and attentive. I visited on a Friday evening, and the ambiance was relaxed yet lively, with plenty of groups enjoying dinner or drinks at the bar.

Of the zensai (appetizers), I've tried the Tatsuta-Age, which was pretty tasty. Hot and crispy with good flavor. The udon is also top notch. They make it in house. Perfect chewy texture, what Taiwanese would call "QQ" I realized after my second visit that I still have not tried an udon with hot broth. I've tried the Spicy Miso Tan-Tan Udon, which was quite tasty, although a little on the richer/heavier side. I have also tried the Mentaiko Tsukimi Udon which was refreshing in the cold broth. I paired it with an add-on of sliced beef, which was delicious, they serve it on the side so you can add to whatever dish on your own. What I wouldn't recommend... The Viet Coffee with sesame foam and crushed sesame seeds was hard to drink. I loved the initial flavors but the foam got a little greasy and clumpy when mixed with the crushed sesame seeds, particularly toward the second half of the coffee. I wouldn't order it again. I would be interested to see any updates they've made recently but with so many new restaurants on Mills, I may choose those first.

We ordered quite a bit, including chicken meatballs, garlic fried rice, avocado, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, Korean fried chicken and the Wagyu dumplings. The standouts were the mushrooms and the brussel sprouts both of which were very savory and the brussel sprouts also had a little bit of sweetness. Overall, the food is good, but for a Michelin restaurant, I was pretty disappointed. I don't think it lives up to the hype. The food is just okay and personally, I think there's better tapas in Orlando, such as Bulla.
