The Dinosaur Egg stuffed with spicy krab is a must-try, and the krab puffs are another favorite (still not sure why it's spelled with a "K," but they're delicious). It'll take you to go through the gates and then go park either at the lot or in the garage to get to the cafe. Once inside look for the Patriots Cafe and it'll be towards the back of the cafeteria. The VA is a busy place taking care of lot of veterans so take into consideration when you want to venture inside. It a amazing building though. I think overall its a great addition to the VA cafe with better than grocery store sushi. I might swing by around to try a sushi burrito sometime.
