Disclaimer: I've only really bought their clothes online and haven't been to their physical store. That being said... These are by far the most comfortable shorts and pants that I own. They're comfortable enough to be worn at home when you're just lounging but stylish enough where you don't feel embarrassed wearing them out in public. They're also fantastic as running wear. I'm not sure what their in store customer service is like but their online service was phenomenal. I had a pair of pants that had a defect (seam was not sewn properly) and emailed them to point it out. They asked for pictures for verification and sent me a brand new pair of pants! The representatives were incredibly responsive and courteous. I submitted the claim on a Monday and my replacement pair arrived later that week! Do you pay a premium for vuori? Absolutely. But the quality of materials, design, and service more than makes up for it. Highly recommended. read more

The clothes they sell here are incredible I've never worn anything that holds up so well after washing it and also feel so soft. The sweats are an obvious go to for me - but they also have some awesome outerwear and workout clothes! Definitely good for yoga shorts for guys. For the last 10 days, the tracking just says "check back tomorrow for an update". No info and no reply from Vuori after emailing and calling multiple times. I have to say and that the customer service at Vuori is significantly better now than it has ever been in the past. The sales person, Sarah, was very friendly and professional. She approached me and asked me if she could help me finding anything, went into the back store room to find specific sizes for me, and even walked me over to the dressing room. I also noticed her and another sales person approaching other people of color in the store and being friendly and professional with them as well. Thank you Vuori. Many years ago, I posted a very negative review about Vuori. They didn't have free return shipping at the time and I ended up taking a loss on a purchase because of it. They did try and make it right and they ended up sending me an item completely unexpectedly about a year after my review. I decided to order the movement hoodie from Vuori. They got me this item quickly, and I was in love with it from the first time that I put it on. It has a little bit of weight to it but not too much. I wore it for a casual day at work and others liked it. My only critique of the movement hoodie would be that the small zippered pocket in the hand pouch stands out. It a huge fan of that, but if that's my only issue, then this thing is a huge win for me and for Vuori. I want to get some Kore shorts to pair with this hoodie. But which?! I really love everything about this brand. The clothing is so comfortable and high quality. Everything washes up so nicely and looks new even after months! Great minimalist style that can transition from beach to gym to street (or if I'm honest with myself, home office to errand running...whoopsie!) The store in Encinitas has such good vibes, too. Customer service is obnoxious! I had bought two articles from Vuori recently--a pair of men's sweat pants and a very similar pair of men's workout shorts. In both pieces the zipper pocket, which is glue sealed, separated almost immediately after purchasing. Given that it happened to both pairs exactly the same indicates to me that this is a common problem with their product, of which they are no doubt very aware. I contacted Vuori's customer service who curtly told me that I needed to deal with the retailers from whom I bought them (one pair was purchased in NYC the other in Connecticut) and was subject to whatever that retailer's return policy is. In other words, they would not in any way stand behind their product, even when it clearly had a manufacturer's defect--again which I'm sure they are aware of. I found their attitude to be very uninterested and obnoxious. I will never buy their products again. Bad, defective quality and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tip for consumers: Do not purchase Vuori's products. They look good, but are of poor workmanship and the company does not stand behind its products. I purchased the jogger pants for my husband from REI and he loved them. I ordered another pair directly from Vuori online and although the tracking indicated it was delivered, we did not receive them. My mail and package delivery service is very accurate so I sent a message inquiring if there was any help they could provide or if they had any suggestions as to how to proceed. I heard nothing. No response and it has been 6 weeks. I understand that it may or may not have been their error, but I expected at least a reply. I did not request they replace it, just wanted some help. I would expect that any other customer service issue would be ignored as this was. So, if you like the brand, purchase from a reputable dealer with better customer service. read more

Absolutely LOVE the brand and have several pieces - I have either ordered online or if I need store assistance, go to the Del Mar store. The customer service at the Del Mar store is excellent. I decided to go to the flagship store in Encinitas. There were 3 salespeople in there and didn't offer any help or even acknowledge my presence. I thought, they must be busy, but there was only one customer and he was in the dressing room. I just read other reviews and other persons of color have experienced this too. This is for the company, not this store. Ordered on line and order was sent out promptly, and that's where it ends. My order went to my local post office distribution center in So. Calif. and should have been to my house the next day. Instead it went to Texas and 3 days later I not only don't have it, but Vuori customer service keeps telling me they are going to track it, find out what happened to the order and get back to me. I love the clothing! It's very soft and durable. Pretty much my daily uniform. They support their products well, if something is ripping at the seams they will exchange it without a receipt. Horrific experience. Am local and ordered online. Once clothes arrived decided to return some items. Printed return off of the website, mailed package back. Awaited refund and after 2-3 months filed dispute with credit card. Another month later they fought the dispute and presented made up and fake terms and conditions... "all sales are final", "clearly posted on website..." All bs. re-opened dispute and they tried to reverse again using same made-up T&C's. Finally was able to get amex to look at the clearly stated return policy on website - "if you're not happy for any reason..." and the return-label Vuori themselves provided accepting return and Amex reversed and apologized for this sham. I get covid is here and clothing stores are suffering extra hard but felt this deceptive approach to customer returns was just terrible but somewhat insightful to the Vuori character toward their customers. I will never do business with them again and I tell all my friends as well. read more

My sister was on the west coast and brought back clothing. The pants developed a GIANT hole within two weeks. The pants were $84 dollars. This is not acceptable. Oh, and there is no phone number AND because it is the west coast, don't expect any reply quickly. Was planning on ordering more and trying other apparel they make... until they started to fall apart. Within two months the seams started to unravel. I thought, I really like these clothes and maybe I got a bad batch. So I figured I would give their customer service a try. Reached out to them numerous time and sent two emails. They never responded. Had they simply treated me like a valued customer they may have had a customer for life. They either don't stand behind their product or don't care.
