She responded with "well, they're $200 glasses". It's not like my daughter was acting inappropriately with them. She was gentle and cautious, just like an adult would be while trying them on. Also, as a responsible parent, I would have absolutely paid for them if she damaged them. I don't mind the attendant asking her to be careful, it's the way she said it. 5 minutes later my teenager went into the same store and overheard the attendant on the phone with someone saying she just kicked us out. Lol. No, we put down our stuff after you were rude and left on our own.

I walked out and down the street and made purchases at two other boutiques because they were friendly and engaging. Please teach your staff how to be kind and welcoming to all. It's really not that hard. The women working here don't seem to care about customer service or they don't know how to engage with customers because they haven't been trained.
