Patrick also offered to reassemble my bed frame when some pieces were missing and later found. I can't recommend these guys enough. As a Realtor I see a lot of companies and these guys are #1. I will always recommend them going forward. Thank you!

They moved my one-bedroom apartment and living room set from Chestnut Hill to Hingham for $480, and I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. It was the exact same setup one bedroom and one living room set this time going from Hingham to Burlington. They originally quoted me $450-$500, but I was charged $1,100. I reached out because the timeframe listed was incorrect (they arrived late, but marked a different arrival time), and the upcharges were never discussed or justified. I've contacted them multiple times and haven't heard anything back. It's disappointing to see such inconsistency. Be cautious when hiring them what you're quoted may not reflect what you're actually charged.

I was very nervous about having a stranger pack up all of my stuff, but Leandrew was reliable, professional, efficient, and INEXPENSIVE! I had a lot of requests for my "virtual move:" I needed him to coordinate meeting with my roommate to get into the apartment, videocall me while he packed my belongings, print out shipping labels, deliver my packages to UPS for shipping, and disassemble/dispose of my furniture. He did all of this for less than half of what all other movers were charging. At the end of the mo e, When I questioned the unreasonable price increased, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened us, called the police during the dispute, and later even attempted legal action. He also contacted the company I worked for and threatened to sue them as well. The owner of the company was very proud that he got me being fired because I refused to pay the excessive pricing and used the fuck words on me.It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I have used many moving companies and happily paid their services even added extra service fees afterwards. I have never seen a company like this before. It was completely nightmare. I understand that moving costs can change, but doubling the quoted price without clear justification and play nasty games is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that others get everything in writing and be very cautious before hiring this company.

One had a mask around his neck, and the rest of the two movers didn't have them. When I informed them politely that Cambridge has a law that requires you to wear face masks in public places, such as the apartment building lobby they were standing in, all three pulled out masks from their pockets. I said great, please put them on. They did and walked to the elevator, then took them off. WTF? I say nothing, and when we got to our apartment on the ninth floor, I asked them again to put them on, this time a little annoyed since they don't seem to be taking this seriously at all. They said they can't put them on since moving is cardio-intensive and putting on a mask will hinder their work. Well, excuse me, there's a f**king pandemic going on and they are refusing to wear a mask inside my home? I had no other choice but to turn a blind eye since we were leaving from Boston to California that day and we had no other choice. The "quality assurance" guy reached out to me when we got to California and I informed him about my displeasure on the mask situation, and then I NEVER heard back from him, until I told him I was going to write this review. He called and said "they did not want to be defamed on the internet". lol. My pet food storage box, trash can, and some small items had dents when they got here, so I won't comment on the moving services.
