Alec and Philippe did a great job. Highly satisfied. Alec offered suggestions for protecting items that I'm grateful for. Philippe did not quit. The move consisted of moving large items and a few boxes from small 1 BR apartment to a nearby storage unit. The back office made the quote process easy and my move came right in line with the quote. Not saying that will always happen but I had prepared ahead of time to secure parking, access, elevator, and loading dock. Do your homework! They were also incredibly smart and resourceful--for example, they figured out how to get our washer through an extremely narrow doorway when we weren't sure it would fit! Let me clarify this is not for a one bedroom apartment, this is to move one literal bedroom of items from a roommate household to another roommate household so no common area items or large furniture like couches/dining tables etc. Frustrating I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them just to get an estimate that's nearly double my rent. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

Keith had everything in my new place an hour earlier than expected, all while being friendly and incredibly diligent about mask wearing, hand sanitizing, and ventilation. They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too!
