The white merlot and it's light and a little sweet not like moscato.

This nail salons age haven stays busy which is a great indicator of your overall experience. Every nail technician I've had to service my nails were so ginger and professional. I'd highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who lives or is visiting Memphis. No appointment needed is a definitely plus so just walk-in, sign in and prepare to be immersed in nail satisfaction.

Just went to Vo's as a walk in tonight after 5:30 for a mani/pedi. Great job by Lee! She took her time and provided quality service!

Nicked skin, cuticle still there and polish pulling away. Almost all my nails are like this less than 24 hours later.

Yesterday was my last visit to Vo's. I have used them on and off several years, leave then come back, and within 3 or 4 visits, I remember why I stopped The majority of the nail techs are sweet and friendly. However yesterday, I had Sandy, who I'm convinced was trying to go for a world record on the fastest and roughest pedicure possible. She never asked if my water was okay (it was cold), if I wanted my nails cut or filed (I wanted cut, she filed, and even when I asked, she refused to do it, then got mad when I asked her to at least file them to the length I wanted), if I liked the colors I chose- nothing. She scrubbed my feet so hard I thought she'd made them bleed and when it came time to remove the Shellac from my fingernails, she was incredibly rough. When trimming my cuticles during my pedicure and manicure, she nicked my skin and left cuticle on some nails and today, less than 24 hours after they were done, the Shellac- which should last 10-14 days- is already pulling away from my nails. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and it usually takes 1.5-2 hours depending on how careful the nail tech is. Total time for a manicure and pedicure? 56 minutes. That's worse than a nail mill- that's just crappy work. But Sandy knows the drill and was all sweetness and smiles as she stood in front of me, running my credit card, hovering over me to make sure I left a tip.

    Shellac French, no mani

Nail shop was great!! Experience was calming! I had 2 mimosas and Deanna serviced me. They are a bit expensive, I paid 62.00 for a pedi and shellac polish change but I still have a 10.00 tip to Deanna because she was so good! My nails are uber cute!

I would give a 0 if I could. They are very rude and do a terrible job on nails. Don't waste your time or money.

I had only been here once last year and thought the tech then didn't seem overly friendly, but chalked it up to her not knowing me. I returned yesterday out of convenience, which was my mistake. Had I visited Yelp first, I wouldn't have ever visited this business. The entire appointment felt rushed. When I sat in the pedicure chair, I noticed a dirty straw that clearly had sticky residue on it lying on the arm rest table, which made me question how well they clean and sanitize, but I dismissed thinking maybe it was overlooked. I got a toe polish change and fill in and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I had implied on arrival that I wanted the gel on my toes soaked off only to have them be drilled anyway. The girl showed up with a suitcase of tools, did the work, and hurriedly escaped to her next client, leaving me feel like I was in the Atlanta airport. I asked how tip would be split since I was paying with card and would have two techs for hands and nails and she promptly told me I could only tip via Venmo or cash. Most places do this to avoid the fees from credit cards, but I was charged that fee anyway- also without being forewarned, which businesses in TN are supposed to disclose and this salon did not. I have never been told I can't use a card to tip. It felt very strange and unprofessional. The next tech hurriedly arrived, rushed through doing my hands. I already had a nice shape to my nails, but did need them shortened. I was charged for both a cut down and a reshape. Huh? They were already in the shape. So, you effectively charged me $10 to shorten my nails. Ridiculous. I was also charged to remove the gel from my toes for $5, $36 for the gel polish change, and $10 to put acrylic on two toes where the nails were splitting - over $50 for gel on toes and didn't even get pedicure service. Perhaps this salon would do better to inform of all the miscellaneous fees. $123 before tip for not even getting a full set nor a pedicure is highway robbery. Way too much nickel and diming going on here. I've been to many salons in the last year from travel and none left me feeling as unwelcome and taken advantage of as this one. I'm shocked they didn't charge me for the plastic cup they served my water in! I walked out and it felt like they didn't care if I walked out and never returned. Not the way to do business when there are as many nail salons in the entire block from Poplar to Mendenhall, Sanderlin and White Station. The only positive I can give is that they have a large selection of nail colors and brands- but you can quite literally go to Gloss and get a comparable selection, which is where I should have gone to begin with.

This is obviously not a…read morehigh end salon but rather a humble, honest, family run business with people who are kind and excellent at doing nails. It's incredibly clean, the utensils are properly sterilized, they always use a new razor and the employees wear gloves. The prices cannot be beat! I usually get the manicure + pedicure for around $35. The pedicure is amazing. They take their time and the hot stone message at the end is the best part. They also wrap your legs in hot towels while applying the polish. Honestly makes you feel as if you are at fancy salon. They also recently got new massage chairs which are perfectly relaxing. Kim and her staff are awesome!! They are so sweet. My sister, mother and 86 year old grandmother visit regularly and they always remember us and ask about our family if one of is not there. My grandmother has diabetes so they are always extra careful when doing her nails even without us having to remind them. Before my wedding I asked Kim if I could being by friends and family after hours. She kept the place open after 7pm for us, asked 2-3 employee to stay back and did not even charge extra. Everyone loved their nails they looked great in the wedding pics :) Absolutely love this place!
