We had a staff outing here today, and it was amazing. I chose the best lagoon pedicure and the shellac gel manicure. They have a complimentary beverage menu. I opted for a Moscato. The chair was very comfortable, along with the massage function. Let me give a shout-out to Ann, who is amazing. Just ok. This was my first visit. The salon is clean with many offerings and everyone was very nice. I got powder dip on my natural nails and the process was normal and as expected but the shape was haphazard. The almond shape I had to begin with was smooth but grown out and as she cut them down and reshaped them the end result was an almost almond shape with jagged edges. This disappoints me since they charge extra to cut and re-shape the nails. I was charged $75 when most salons charge around $50. read more

I came in for dip polish and was seated right away. Conveniently located but the job was Rushed and not careful whatsoever. Burnt with the spinning nail file 3x, cut my cuticles and made them bleed in two places and left dip residue around my nails. Good selection of colors but shaping and dip job are very rushed and half hazardous. Prices are also vastly different then what's on their menu. As a traveler, I was able to get a last minute appointment for pedi and French manicure. Ann did a great job with the pedi. I have nails that want to ingrow. Some ignore the ingrowing parts, some cut me. she got them done properly with no nips of skin. And great massage The best has been the French gel mani. One nail was broken at the quick, ugh. The man, only male in shop, did a repair that lasted 23 DAYS! I've never had a repair last more than 2-3 days. Now my French tips are still intact after 42 days. Nails of course growing out. I'm gonna have to file them, but I don't want to. The white is white, the rest of the nails that haven't grown out still have shiny polish. Sorry this salon is 2500 miles from home as I've not found a local place that does this level of work. read more

I wish I could give you her name but she didn't wear a name tag. I went in for gel polish. You could see straight through the polish. She did not add enough coats. Not even a week later, the paint chipped and MY nails began to break off. Horrible. By far, the worst pedicure I have ever received. My friend arrived about 10 minutes after me, they didn't start on my pedicure until 10 minutes after her not to mention I was just sitting in the chair for almost 20 minutes with no water!!! When she decided she wanted to do my pedicure, it was horrible. She acted as if I was a bother and she didn't want to do my pedicure at all. I was so jealous that my friend was enjoying her pedicure so much and I hated mine. Horrible. After she was done with my pedicure, she just left to start on someone else. Technicians are sweet, but tend to argue with each other over who will take the next customer. I think I've seen it every time I have been in the salon. There are a ton of color options, as well as different types of services and drinks. Depending on the service, prices are comparable to other similar nail salons and they've always double-checked to make sure I was happy with the color before continuing on with the service. However, my nails don't last as long after having them done here as they do at other places. Gel and pedicures both last about 10 days vs. 14 at other shops.
