this place was very efficient and timely (for the most part). T (the nail technician goes by "T") was a very nice person to talk to and made me feel right at home. the service i requested was executed well, and the facility had a quiet vibe to it. the only real critique i have is that i did have to ask for my complementary water a few times because they kept forgetting to give it to me and T had to get up a few times during my service to attend to other customers and get them settled. the location is conveniently located, right off of Southern in the same strip by Target. they are a little on the pricer side - i paid $75 after tipping. they have great service, too! i just recommend you make an appointment so you don't have as many possible interruptions as i did. read more

I've bounced around from Diva Nails, VSL, and back to Diva and recently found this hidden gem. Most my manicures from here have lasted well past 2 weeks without chipping. I have never had a pedicure here yet, my daughter has and hers was great. Today I had an acrylic removal after two big toe overlays I got done at SVR nails dug into my big toe nail beds causing huge black bloody bruises. So I got them removed and painted over... but I noticed there is a big lump that was either missed or painted over anyway? But overall... a good experience and a smaller nail shop perfect for keeping exposure down. I'll keep coming. Next time I'll say something when I see it instead of being too shy in the moment on my toes. read more

My experience- I called ahead of time to see if they had time for a pedicure and they said "no problem come on in we have time" so i walk in I told them I just called about getting a pedicure and one of the nail techs said "I working on someone right now" I was a little thrown off by her rude response, and I said "okay I understand but I just called, do you guys have time or would you like me to wait" I seriously had no problem waiting. She replied "I working on someone right now." I told her "I get that, so you want me to wait?" She then said "sit down and wait." I tried to get over how rude she was but as I was looking for a color I had to leave. I am a firm believer of treating people with respect. This lady was so rude!! Not happy with turn out of my manicure, but didn't know better to say anything at the time. It was my second time getting my nails dipped. I don't think the manicurist put the right coating on because was thinner than the first time I got Dip. It didn't even last a week. My arms laid in dead skin shavings the whole time and I left with nail polish on more than my nails. Unfortunately, I'm just upset that I paid $35 for a sub-par job. So many other nail places, I probably will not return. read more

This was by far one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. I chose this place randomly because it was close to 3 other places I need to go...mistake #1. The female owner was my nail tech. I found her to be extremely rude with her comments (totally unprofessional), unable/unwilling to answer questions (shellac color selections), and did not respond at all to my questions about nail care (would not say a single word when I asked twice). I am not sure if she was simply having a dreadful day or if this is the norm...whichever it is, I will not return for lack of customer service and my nails were not done to my liking. read more

I love this shop! Only 2 nail techs though but they are both great! Mani/pedi $35. Shellac mani 30 Spa pedi 25. Let me just say finding a decent, reasonably priced nail salon in Memphis is tough. Though the spa chairs are not massage ready, the ladies give great massages to compensate! They are always efficient, thorough yet speedy. Great service!!!! Great price!!! In and out in less than an hour for gel mani and regular pedicure...complete with hand/arm massage and hot towels/hot stone massage for feet and legs...all for $50!! ($60 for French gel). Kim and Michael (new owners) were great! I just relocated to the area and used Pro Nails in the place I moved from. Though the reviews weren't great, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! It seems that previous owners were not so hot and didn't have any color polish to choose from...but, new ownership has changed that! The service was great! I will be back! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here. they completely ruined my birthday last year, my friend was nice enough to treat me to get my nails done the night before and since we were near target we decided to go here, we never looked at the hours because there was still one or two customers when we arrived. we walked in and asked if they would seat us and they said yes, we waited 10-15 min before we were called to sit and get started. the man that worked with me literally filed my nails so hard they were bleeding and in pain for a week after even though I made multiple faces(in pain) and asked him to soften up. he then had an attitude the rest of the time we were there, MIND YOU WE STILL PAID AND TIPPED both of them. by the time it came time to wait and let them dry, the man literally locked us in the establishment and turned all the lights off. while him and his wife, (i assume since there was a child with them), made snarky comments back and forth and gave us dirty looks. finally, we felt so uncomfortable we got up and asked them to unlock the door so we could leave. it was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life and I don't recommend this place at all. read more
