Been here literally 70+ times, usually good. You can get in and out quickly, it's clean, etc. but I'll never be back after today. I was getting a dip mani, and for some reason the drill started hurting my finger. I told the tech, and any kindness disappeared. It was nothing personal, I was nice, and I had gone out of my way to be cordial ("thank you for offering drinks, I'm ok", "I know it's a lot of dry skin, getting it freshened will help")...always. She then snapped at me for trying to put my credit card back in my wallet, and I was just trying to leave and find my nail polish I brought in (after a $20 tip) to keep from tearing up, and she snipped loudly "IM NOT FINISHED!!"...and proceeded to laugh and bitch about me to the other workers in another language. I understand that people have bad days, and I was having one myself, but I'll never drop $ here again. Not paying for the privilege of getting yelled at, world is hateful enough. I recommend Divas Nails for your salt scrub pedicure, hot stone pedicure and diva deluxe pedicure. I recommend these pedicure treatments since I've actually gotten all of these services at one time or another time. Each service differs in price- make sure to look at the service menu upon entering the nail shop. I believe in price range of the services I've received as far as low to high(range) salt scrub pedicure I believe it's $46 again make sure to let at the service board- then in (range) going up next I think would be the hot stone pedicure ($??) and then next up higher in price (range) ($??) There's a more services on the menu board these are just the ones again that I actually had done and repeatedly go back in forth between the three(3) of them. Sometimes the day calls for a nice warm hot stone massage. The stones are rubbed gently over your legs and feet. Y'all it feels so good to me! *complimentary drinks are available from water bottle to soda to wine during your service. Usually the nail tech will offer/ ask you but if they're busy and maybe forget you can request a beverage of your choice. Oops almost forgot!!! Very important!!! My sisters, mom and I have been coming to Diva continuously for 10+ years. We love Diva. There are off days and techs who come and go, but we persisted cause they are usually awesome. My sister and I went for a manicure/pedicure around 3 weeks ago, and her tech kept nicking her around 3-4 times causing her to profusely bleed all over the place and then having to completely repaint several nails. She also used a tool to pop the liner in the pedicure tank, grabbed the liner, and splashed half the water out all over our shoes on the ground. She apologized profusely, and we chalked it up to a bad day and figured she was probably new...no worries. Fast forward to this past Thursday, I have the same nail tech my sister had, and she scrubbed the side of my foot so raw in the same spot that it was bleeding and swollen. She apologized and dabbed the usual blue stuff on it, and I tried not to think about it during the rest of the service even though it HURT. I walked out terrified of infection cause I now had an open sore on my foot from the pumice stone throughout the rest of the pedicure, and started using Neosporin on the area that night. Fast forward to five days later, and I had go to my doctor and am now on oral antibiotic for the infection on my foot from this pedicure. This is my official break up with Diva and I'm really sad about it. read more

Mani pedi. I cut my own toe nails and used a razor on my feet. Hielda started filing my toe nail and I asked her to use the drill and she huffs and gets it and comes back and says we don't usually do this and we charge extra. Well I said that's fine but they've never said that before. She does a little and I asked her to to more she was leaving it uneven and crappy. Nether the mani or pedi was done good. I had mentioned I had a graduation and wedding the next day. When my daughter saw it she said what's that and I said that's the gift you gave me for Mother's Day. She was disappointed. Also, their pedicures are great and the complimentary cocktails are stiff A note to complainers about cost: These women are busting a** rubbing and washing our feet, pumicing off our callouses and worse...these deserve every penny. I used to frequent Diva Nails all of the time. I honestly can't remember why I stopped going. There wasn't anything that specifically happened. It was just a natural parting of ways. Fast forward, I recognized that I had a meeting on my calendar that required me to get these atrocious nails done! So I just went back to what I once knew and was partnered with Nicki. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. She didn't hurt my cuticles. Eureka!!!! I feel like nail techs have no regard for the pain the cause during the cuticle process. She had a slightly different technique and I found it really good for my nails. Nicki was thorough and also gave a great foot massage! I will definitely go back. Yikes. Had a mani and pedi here with some girls today and my nail stylist was rude and made me so uncomfortable. She clearly didn't want to be there. She made me soak my hands in chemicals for 40 minutes while she did my feet and had me rub off my own nails from my previous mani and if I tried to take them out she told me to put them back in. Not a super relaxing experience and I was freaked out about the length of time with my hands in acetone. She had me pay and looked at how much tip I gave her before she was finished with my nails. Definitely not happy with the customer service I received. About 5 minutes into my pedicure, the pedicurist got a phone call and then asked me to wait. I said sure, then she walked out and came back in with a bag of food and left out of sight for a while. She came back and proceeded to complete my pedicure paying almost no attention to me, just her conversation with the woman next to her, then she got another phone call and proceeded to talk on the phone WHILE doing my toes. I came here for my wedding nails and was charged a ridiculous amount as well as cut 3 times. After my service was over, I was given a very high price so I asked for a price breakdown. They then told me all of the different charges that had been applied to my bill without telling me during the actual process. In the end, I was charged for the shape of my nail, the peeling off of press on nails, the polish used, and the design. I understand different things come with different prices, but they are overly expensive and don't let you know what they will charge you extra for until it's over. read more

I have been a customer here for years. I've always been impressed at how quick and orderly they are at handling walk ins. Usually never wait more than 10 minutes. However, today I find they have added a flat screen device to sign in . I waited 25 minutes, not one person addressed me, bothered to say hey, we're running a little behind. Every employee had their face locked on a screen...each with a confused look on their face. If you implement your business with a fancy sign in system, I suggest remember that your clients are still present, and not just a computer screen. It's pretty easy to say.. it may be a while. But no contact with people waiting is unacceptable. Time to find a new salon. read more

They are not over priced for the level and quality of service they provide. I've been going here since Spring 2017 and am in love. They are quick without rushing you. You get a complimentary beverage with your nail service (not sure about waxing services) mani/pedi is 2 bevs. The staff and owner are friendly and courteous. I went yest to get a mani/ pedi & eyebrows waxed! The tech that did m/ p said she has been working for brian since right when pandemic started! I had never ever had such crappy service as she acted like she didn't know how to do services in my opinion! I told her i got razor done on my feet. She started 1 foot scraped it 2x in 2 different places & had another employee that was sitting next to her to do other foot! That emp needs more training in my opinion! Their website says discount when u get a mani/ pedi combo & thats not so as my prices never ever reflected that! I have patronized them for a while , but now I will no longer patronize them. Also I always tip them very well.
