    $50 dollars not including tip

Heed the warning sign " under new management". This is definitely one of the worst experiences I had I wanted to leave immediately. They are the most expensive place that I have been to and they're horrible at delivering any kind of spa experience and their work is below average. And if you get Eric as a nail tech, RUN! Or at least be brave enough to ask for a different one because I didn't, and I regret it. You could not even pay me to walk into this establishment again.

I showed him this picture. I said I wanted PINK nails with a bit of green. Do these look pink to you know they're GREEN. I hate green. And I'm trying so hard to like them but I just can't. And I can't stop crying bc tmw is my bday. When he was showing me throughout I was trusting the process. I thought "this is kind of a lot of of Green... Maybe he will add on the pink later" then he started to put on finishing coats and I said to him "hey these are kind of like green nails. Could we add more pink" and he says to me "no they look good like this" my bill was a little over $200

To start, everyone was very nice but as you can see I was literally sliced open by the drill. So painful. The pictures show right after, the next day, and now (3 days later). The cut is still pretty painful and my nails are already chipping. All in all I'm very disappointed. I will say they did not charge me for the soak off (this is when she cut me).

Service is hit and miss at Nail Envy. Today, it was a big hit. Birthday pedis with my daughter on a rainy afternoon meant faster (and friendlier) than normal service. We didn't have to wait at all and enjoyed strawberry daiquiris (fyi: I recommend my normal mimosa over the daiquiri) and massage chairs while the techs took care of our feet via the Envy Dead Sea Pedi, and we enjoyed every moment!

This is the design I picked

WATCH OUT!!! -never prepped nails -pried my old acrylic nails off, no soaking. - did not ask before applying the color scheme -

When you first walk in you're greeted by the host associate where you enter your information (Name and Time Of Arrival). This is where you are actually standing in front of a Full Bar. You can start with a drink and proceed to be pampered. Cool concept, especially if you're with your favorite human(My Mama). Just know that you do not have the option to leave a tip on the bill at the end of your service. They do however have an ATM available with a fee of $2 so I would make sure to bring a cash tip.

I decided to book a last minute pedicure to kick off my vacation. It's my reservation on the website around 11:30pm and received a confirmation at 8 am the next morning. There's a front waiting area where you check-in & can pick your polish color. Once I checked-in on the iPad on the wall, someone called my name within 2 minutes. I was walked to a pedicure chair and immediately handed a basket with polish samples plus offered a beverage. The polish options pretty much include every color ever made by OPI (Beware if you get overwhelmed with too many options!) I chose an upgraded pedicure so I got a bit of a longer massage & extra exfoliation. The full service was $45 for about a hour and the technician was really nice. I forgot to stop to get cash but the technician took Venmo & Cash app for tips. 5 days later my nails look just as good as the first day (no chips! )I recommend Jason & plan to make this my regular place for pedicures.

Waited 20 mins, sitted and then with no one offering help. Three others were sitted and started services with a few moments.

This is the worst I have ever experienced here. Poor service and pedicure. Been coming for three years and this the worst.

I had only been here once last year and thought the tech then didn't seem overly friendly, but chalked it up to her not knowing me. I returned yesterday out of convenience, which was my mistake. Had I visited Yelp first, I wouldn't have ever visited this business. The entire appointment felt rushed. When I sat in the pedicure chair, I noticed a dirty straw that clearly had sticky residue on it lying on the arm rest table, which made me question how well they clean and sanitize, but I dismissed thinking maybe it was overlooked. I got a toe polish change and fill in and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I had implied on arrival that I wanted the gel on my toes soaked off only to have them be drilled anyway. The girl showed up with a suitcase of tools, did the work, and hurriedly escaped to her next client, leaving me feel like I was in the Atlanta airport. I asked how tip would be split since I was paying with card and would have two techs for hands and nails and she promptly told me I could only tip via Venmo or cash. Most places do this to avoid the fees from credit cards, but I was charged that fee anyway- also without being forewarned, which businesses in TN are supposed to disclose and this salon did not. I have never been told I can't use a card to tip. It felt very strange and unprofessional. The next tech hurriedly arrived, rushed through doing my hands. I already had a nice shape to my nails, but did need them shortened. I was charged for both a cut down and a reshape. Huh? They were already in the shape. So, you effectively charged me $10 to shorten my nails. Ridiculous. I was also charged to remove the gel from my toes for $5, $36 for the gel polish change, and $10 to put acrylic on two toes where the nails were splitting - over $50 for gel on toes and didn't even get pedicure service. Perhaps this salon would do better to inform of all the miscellaneous fees. $123 before tip for not even getting a full set nor a pedicure is highway robbery. Way too much nickel and diming going on here. I've been to many salons in the last year from travel and none left me feeling as unwelcome and taken advantage of as this one. I'm shocked they didn't charge me for the plastic cup they served my water in! I walked out and it felt like they didn't care if I walked out and never returned. Not the way to do business when there are as many nail salons in the entire block from Poplar to Mendenhall, Sanderlin and White Station. The only positive I can give is that they have a large selection of nail colors and brands- but you can quite literally go to Gloss and get a comparable selection, which is where I should have gone to begin with.

My time at this nail salon was probably my worst ever. I came in on 6/18/2026 for a pedicure…read more Because I asked for a classic pedicure (the cheapest one), they immediately treated me like less than. I wanted to try French tips on my toes for the first time and asked the tech, Thomas, for advice since he has the experience. He asked to cut my nails "a little" and proceeded to chop off a massive amount. When I asked him to add acrylic to elongate the big toe so the French would look right, and to do the same to my short pinky toe, he refused the pinky and kept the big toe the exact same short length. Thomas completely rushed through the service--he barely scraped, used zero lotion, and the acrylic didn't even make sense. To top it off, the way he told me the price felt like he was insinuating I couldn't afford it. The way he spoke to me was more dehumanizing than anything. I explained all of this to the male manager and agreed to stay to let a tech named Emma fix it, which I appreciated. However, the nightmare continued the next day when I came back to get a full set. Even though they knew I was upset, they assigned me the exact same guy, Thomas, to do my full set. They gave me $20 off to make up for his terrible service the day before, but the overall energy here is just garbage. Thomas is incredibly unpleasant. He rushes, and when you express that you don't like something, he gaslights you and talks to you like you're crazy. I told Thomas and the female manager that my nail shape looked odd, like they were standing up. Instead of trying to find a fix, they shrugged it off and said, "Well, it looks normal to me." I am the one spending my money and the one who has to wear them, but my feelings didn't matter at all. When I pointed it out, Thomas literally snapped at me, saying, "You can't see that it's flat on your nail? You can't see that well?" It is completely rushed--they just want to do it and get you out. To make matters worse, I decided to get a color change on my toes today because I ultimately hated the French tips after yesterday. They charged me $30 for a polish change. Their menu explicitly states a polish change is $18. Charging me $30 after I just left their salon crying and upset the day before is absolutely crazy. The work itself can look fine, but they treat you like crap. You go to a salon to relax. You cannot relax when people are ignoring you, gaslighting you when you say you don't like something, and making you feel like you can't voice your opinion because nobody is going to listen. I work hard for my money and I don't have a ton of it to throw away. Having to spend my money on something I don't even like is not cool. I will never return.
