I went on a Sunday around noon. It was crowded and the man in charge was very efficient assigning customers to chairs. However, the technician who did my mani/pedi was extremely rude. She was very abrupt and said "rub your nails on the paper", which is pretty difficult to do when trying to balance the bowl of polish remover in my lap as she's moving my legs around. Not at all relaxing like a pedicure should be. The manicure wasn't any better. She was rude throughout. I definitely will not be returning. read more

Last time I went here they did a great job. I came back and my nails look TERRIBLE. I got a pedicure and a dip pedicure and they both look terrible! My pedicure has bubbles in it from the polish and the nail tech didnt file, shape, or do anything to my nails. At one point, I asked her not to cut them, just shape them and she said that was fine then proceeded to cut them anyways. My dip has dents in it and looks uneven because she didn't file or shape them at all. Not to mention, she pretty much ignored me the whole time to stare at her phone. read more

I went in today. It was my 3rd visit. My previous 2 visits was a mixed bag and I was in a hurry and knew I could get in quickly so I thought I would give them another try. In the beginning everything was fine as the gal helped me find the color I was looking for. Then the gal who never introduced herself to me sat down and immediately got got on her phone. Even tho she had an ear bud in I could hear what sounded like yelling children on the other end . She had a mask on but I could still hear her talking on the phone. This was the most non relaxing experience ever. When I asked to have my toe nails cut I asked for them to be cut short. When I asked for them to be shorter she barked at me. "They are short" other than this and asking if I wanted to pay cash or card she never said anything to me. This was a very unpleasant experience. Thee will not be a fourth time. read more

I had the rudest nail person. She was on her phone the entire time. I got a pedicure with paraffin wax and a dip manicure. First off, she did not do a foot massage at all. Did not speak to me the entire time . I believe she could barely speak English so maybe that's why. I paid $45 for this. She did do a good job on my manicure but when it came to the dip she tried to get away with two coats when one is supposed to do three coats. When I told her I wanted three, she said that would be too much glitter?? I just looked at her and said I want three. I'm thinking wth? There is no such thing as too much glitter ! As I stated , she was on the phone with someone talking the whole time. When I asked her if she was on the phone she shook her head no, I'm like ok whatever. I paid $45 for this. I went to management after and told him what a terrible nail person she was , the personality of a cockroach. I said please talk to her. He offered me nothing and walked away. I think he did say he was sorry. Also, before she finished she made me pay for the service so I gave her a $5 tip just so she would complete my nails otherwise I wouldn't have given her any. When my usual nail salon was closed for vacation and I was leaving the country, I had to find another salon. I drove around the corner to Diva where I had been once before. I will never go back again and I would advise everyone else not to. It was obvious the nail tech did not want to be there that day. I had a brain tumor several years ago and it takes me an extra second to get my right hand in the dryer. I have been to many salons and I have never had anyone treat me that way. She told me to get up and made me sit sideways at the pedicure bowl. When she kept messing up my nails I asked her to please stop because she kept yanking my hand, huffing and puffing. It was an awful, embarrassing experience. When she finally let me up to pay I told her I hoped she never had anything bad happen to her health wise and she just laughed at me. 4 days after I left I had an awful nail fungus that I am still trying to get rid of. And I paid $70 for that? Never again!!! read more

Been here a few times and haven't had a problem other than them constantly rushing you. But this time I was not impressed. First of all they typically ask you if you want a refreshment which my tech never did. Not a huge deal though. Then my tech asked if I wanted my acrylics cut down to which I said no bc it cost extra and they were already short. I do tell her I want them more round shape though. When I get to pay, she has charged me extra to cut them down all because she shaped them more round after I specifically said I didn't want a cut down?? It was bad customer service and she also did a horrible job with my nails (see attached picture). Will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I am not sure who the Diva in Diva nails is but I felt like with what I'm paying to get my nails done here, I'd appreciate basic respect! I was visiting from out of town and had an appointment at the Diva Nails for a mani/pedi. The salon itself is gigantic, so take that with a grain of salt as it seems like they are extremely focused on churning people in and out (more so than other salons that I have been to). The polish color selection could have been better in my opinion. Nothing about the mani/pedi treatment really stood out to me as being "relaxing" or going over the top to provide a great spa service for the client. However, the prices were reasonable when compared to other salons. The thing that greatly irked me though was the woman who performed my mani/pedi. She laughed at me and told me that I "missed a spot shaving" on one of my legs (like I am the first woman to ever do that). When it was time to pay, she made fun of me twice and asked if I needed help with the math. Lady, I am an accountant, I don't need help with the math. What I need is for you to stop hovering over me while I am trying to figure out what tip I can leave without getting death stares (the tip never seems to be enough, does it?). Note to individuals working in the service industry - if someone is paying you for a service, then I highly advise that you do not insult them multiple times and try to cover it up by saying "you are just kidding." Also, from what I can tell they offer free drinks, but no one in my group was offered a drink by the staff. On the positive side - my mani/pedi looked great which was the whole reason for the appointment. However, when I am paying $50+ for a service, I expect a little more out of the individuals performing it. read more

I gave this place a second chance because they are always super fast, but NEVER again. Every time I go, something shady happens. This last time I was double charged for my services. My manicure was done in 10 minutes and rushed through - barely lasted a week. The people never actually offer drinks or even talk to you or look at you. Having been to this salon three or four times now (and with no plans to go anywhere else in the future), I can definitely say that this is my go-to place to get my monthly mani/pedi. Even when the place was packed, I never waited more than a few minutes (except when I waited 15 min for my party of 3 to be next to each other, which is understandable on a busy Saturday afternoon!). Every staff member I've had has been extremely nice, and my feet/hands look incredible for weeks afterwards. I enjoy the beverage selection (soda! Wine! Water! Cocktail mixes!) and the massage chairs are nice & comfy. I have never felt rushed, but let's be real, people, you're paying $28 for a pedicure, not $60. Slow your roll; they aren't going to dote on you for an hour! You want that kind of experience, pay the premium & go somewhere else! These people do a great job. They're friendly, the area is very clean and well decorated, & I leave feeling relaxed with pretty feet. They also offer a bunch of waxing services & other things like that, but I've only had the mani/pedi. Their nail polish selection is large, and obviously you can bring your own. read more

I see and hear rude women demanding touch-ups and treating the staff like they are beneath them. They may not drive a fancy Tesla like you but that's because their real treasure is in Heaven. Tip of the day: Some of you ladies need to keep your shoes on and never wear flip flops with your cro-magnon toe. Went to the salon today, my nails were in horrible shape from a previous fill in at a different salon. I got the best fill in that I have had in a long time. I asked for coffin shaped nails and got just what I wanted. Oh and the icing on the cake was my nail tech offer me a beverage and I got the quick dry drops, without me asking. read more

My first time here was last week. I called ahead to make a reservation for my friend and I. We showed up about 10 minutes later and were seated right away. We both got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My nail tech was Jennifer I believe (with blue hair at the time) she was super sweet. Great to talk to and informative on the services. My *only* nit-picky comment was that my fingernails were not cleaned underneath. I know it may seem silly considering I was getting polish over them, but when I noticed they weren't getting cleaned underneath I just thought it was strange. However, I didn't bring it up to the tech, just shrugged it off. A gel manicure and regular pedicure was $60. Wasn't used to that pricing but considering they're getting up close and personal with my feet, and my manicure still looks brand new, it was worth it. The salon is nice and clean but the service is terrible and quality so very poor. I got my nails dipped and after 2 days one nail chipped off and another the clear coat began to peel off. I went back and they fixed it -- talking rudely under their breath -- not a week later it happened again. The quality of their work is way below sub par. To pay that much for a dipped manicure to only have it look half ass done and then barley last a Day is ridiculous and I will not be back. read more

So I have been here several times in the past though this is not my usual spot. The services are typically ok. Not today though. I was just here last week for a fill and shellac polish with Chi Na. I paid $50. Because the polish was not holding up and I had several chips and cracks, I returned for a touch up and pedicure with shellac today. I had been referred to Phoebe. She did a pretty good job though she was a bit rushed. However, after asking a question about the $99 price tag for the pedi with shellac, repairs and polish change, she told me "next time you don't have to ask for me". Ultimately, maybe the price was what what they charge. Really not sure what to think about her comment though. Won't be returning any time soon. read more

I came by to do my nails and had the gel manicure which isn't cheap so I figured they would last well. The minute I sat down and asked a question I was cut off by the nail lady and she started rolling her eyes and rushing through the manicure. I didn't think she did a good job but left anyway because it was very hectic in there. I came back a day later to see if they could fix what she didn't do well and the owner was extremely rude, arrogant, and thinks he's the king. He didn't even make eye contact with me and said I had to pay extra to get it fixed even though it's been less than 24 hours. I now see where the workers get their attitude from because if he can mistreat people then so can they. I'm not coming back here anymore and I'll find a place that actually knows how to treat customers and make sure their work is up to par. read more

The worst costumer service (from the old Asian man- I'm guessing the owner) I have ever had at a nail salon. This is the first review I have ever done on a business, that's how bad it is. The girls I get have always been polite and go out of their way to help me so I appreciate that. But the way the one old Asian man talks to me every time I am in there is extremely disrespectful. First of all, he tries to seat me with an attitude countless times while I'm choosing a color. Usually he begins badgering me within 30-60 seconds of looking at the hundreds of colors which really frustrates me but I try to be understanding and polite. BUT the last time I was in there getting a 55 DOLLAR manicure (regretting the over tip still) he literally told me to "get up and leave." The nail tech had told me to sit there for 5 minutes waiting for it to finish drying then he would be back fo put the oil on my hands. The old man came over and told me to get up and leave and I said I was told to wait here for 5 minutes then they would put oil on me. So he put it on me hands then said now go. I was in such shock that someone had just talked to me like that after I have given them my business. He seemed so entitled and it was disgusting. He could've simply said "alright, you're good to go" or even "thank you".... they will never be getting me or my 6 friends business again. I was sat skipped over then sat with a woman who only did dip and gel, I have acrylic. Needed a fill-in and repair. After a nail tech didn't got me, I walked to the desk find a manager. The girl I asked yelled for the manager who never came, asked the other nail techs something in another language, then told me to " wait 3 minutes". A man who I recognized as a leader in the store walked in and I politely said excuse me as he walked past. He ignored me. I waited a minute then approached asking if he was the manager and he said no. He was clearly lying. I finally am seen, the lady never offered me a drink, she was short when I tried to explain that my right thumb was cracked, cut me off even when I tried to repair my broken nail. Very bad attitudes and they are rude when it gets close to closing time. Proceed with caution or don't even waste your time or money. A kind white lady who was next to me said "Good for you for speaking up. You shouldn't have to go through all of that. All they had to do was communicate." I said "Thank you, exactly". I was never rude or belligerent. I asked politely for help every step of the way. I normally tip BIG. My bill was $54 and I budgeted for a $20 tip. NOT TUH DAY!!!!! Diva Nails is clean and very sanitary. Pedi chairs and manicure tables are spaced out so the room doesn't feel crowded. It's well-ventilated: no chemical smell. Staff is professional, friendly and thorough. There's a great selection of colors. They're open until 7 on weeknights, and they're open on Sundays, which is another plus. Prices are posted when you walk in so there's no sticker shock! I was really pleased with my mani/pedi ($40). My only complaint is that they could use another drying table, but the portable dryer I used did fine. read more
