Vivid Sight was so easy to work with and offers a variety of frames for all price points. They have a decent amount of designer frames from names such as Tom Ford, YSL, Gucci and Prada. It would be nice if they could also add some Chanel and Celine options. However, I wanted some lightweight frames for my new prescription and needed a wider frame. Darlene helped me with finding frames that fit my face and even ordered a size so I could come back later to try. I originally liked a pair of Silhouette glasses, but the price point was above what I was expecting, so Darlene helped me find some Ray Bans as an alternative which I ended up liking better. She was also great with showing me color options on her computer and what would go with my skintone. I ordered just in time for my 2024 insurance benefit and can't wait for my new glasses to come in. I am SO glad I found Vivid Sight Optometry!! My glasses broke and my previous prescription had expired. So I called Vivid Sight Optometry on a whim and Connie was able to get me scheduled right away. This Optometry office is absolutely beautiful and remodeled, it was like walking into an elegant place. What I liked most about my visit for a general eye exam check up was the fact that this location had the up-most new technology for checking your eyes, versus the old fashioned machines- I was impressed. Dr. Villa definitely made me feel comfortable while inspecting my eyes and answered my questions really well, I did not feel like she was rushing me out like some other Drs that I have had. First time visiting the clinic, Dr. Villa and staff were extremely professional and outgoing. I'm not too fond of optometry appointments since expensive products and exams are always pushed on me, which is the biggest deterrent for me when going back to clinics. However my experience with Dr. Villa and staff wasn't the same as my other visitations to other offices and I'd definitely recommend my friends and family to go to them. I only started to need glasses in the last 5 years and I didn't have the best experience with the first optometrist I went to, I felt like there wasn't much of an exam. I was slightly late but still was able to be seen by Dr. Sharon Villa who in my opinion is very professional and was able to keep me relaxed and feel comfortable with the whole process. The office is very clean and meets all protocols for those who worry about COVID-19. Before going to Vivid Sight, I hadn't been to an eye doctor in probably 20 years (since I was a kid). I was a bit anxious about going (not a fan of doctor's offices), but Dr. Villa and her team were great. My appointment was at 4:00pm on a Friday and I didn't feel rushed at all. I had my eye exam and found out I had to get glasses (this was expected). I didn't feel pressured at all to buy the glasses there, which I thought was very nice. I did end up buying my glasses there since I'm very particular about basically everything and wanted to try them all on. I took about 20 minutes to pick out my new glasses, and the staff were amazing at letting me know what was in-style and answering questions. Absolutely loved this optometry, I've been to other places and this one definitely will be my number one. From the beginning the staff made sure I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was there for my routine check up. The new owners are very nice and are really excited about what's to come for their clinic, I met Cesar Villa, one of the owners and he was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the glasses I would be getting. He's a certified optician and was helping with the initial process for my appointment with the machines. Then later I was with Dr.Villa, his wife, what a great team they are! Dr. Villa was so thorough and made me feel like she took her time, she explained everything to me, and even took a picture of my eyes to show me the health! I've never had that which was very interesting and new to me. When it came to my prescription, I have had a previous dr tell me for contacts I will never get to see 20/20 vision because of my astigmatism, so I've always had that expectation. This time it was different, I was so happy and surprised that Dr.Villa was able to get me to see 20/20 with my contacts! This optometry was hands down the right choice for me and my family.
