It's a nice clean office with modern equipment and the staff is very nice. However the contacts that I was directed towards turned out to be tripple the annual price that I paid for my last contacts. No one should really care if they have the newest technology in contacts... it's not like it's a iPhone or a new car. Sometimes struggling business try to hit home runs on a single customer and unfortunately it seems that is what happened here. read more

After my update - which includes that the office continued to contact me even when I said I didn't want an appointment so frequently that I had to block them - the office manager contacted me AGAIN. Is this ophthalmology MLM? STOP!!! It's in writing in two places now: do not contact me. I left my review at two stars instead of one because I don't think that they are terrible people. They do "buy" positive reviews for a discount, but I imagine that they are a positive place for many of their patients. However, when you don't sell what someone needs and then try to charge for information already on file and paid for - that's pretty despicable. I'm soooo disappointed with the professionalism of the doctor. Her staff is just the messenger to her lack of scheduling and treatment she prescribes.
