The employee scratched my lens while trying to fix it, didn't tell me, then ordered replacements that took three weeks to arrive -- and I only found out they arrived because I called. When I returned, the manager, Mariana, said she couldn't fix them because "the frame had warped from the sun" and told me I'd have to pay $50 under my protection plan. She was monotone, unapologetic, and offered no real solution. I went upstairs to the location where I actually bought them and spoke with Randy -- who immediately fixed my sunglasses at no charge and explained the frames were probably overheated during the earlier repair attempt. This is the third time Randy has helped me, and his service is always excellent. Don't get your sunglasses repaired downstairs!

What a selection! I bought my first pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses from 2020 Sport & Sun…read more They have all the top brands to choose from, but I really wanted Maui Jim. I got their new titanium sunglasses which are super light, I can barely feel them on my face. I was also able to get progressives, so I can see at all distances. I love the polarization, it makes all the colors more vibrant while still blocking out the suns glare! Maui Jim lenses are also waterproof, which is a plus for me with this heat!! My exam was great. They have all these fancy machines that, if you're an athlete, would really be great. One of them tests how you track a ball, I think it's called the Right Eye, they have one that can tell if you had a concussion, they have a simulation room to test all the different tints for golf, a mini putting green, treadmill for runners, a stationary bike for cyclists. They also have glasses for baseball, football, kids sports, skiing, motorcycles and whatever other sports you can think of. Obviously they gave me a tour! It's a super nice office. The staff is great, professional and friendly. I received my glasses in about 7 days. I love them! I can't wait to get another pair! I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I was walking at the shoppes, when randomly my right lens on my glasses fell. (Not sunglass hut…read moreglasses.,) it seems that the screw in the frame holding the lens in place came lose and the lens popped out of place. Keep in mind it was dark outside, and i needed my glasses to be able to drive. Then i remember there was Sunglass Hut in the shoppes area at walking distance, i said what do i lose in asking if they can help. I get there and two friendly staff members named Andrea and Alexandria both asked how they could help, and i explained the situation, they said, unfortunately, we can't work on prescription glasses, and i said, Can I? as in can i borrow a screw driver to tighten up my glasses, as i do need my glasses to drive my family back home, and the girl said, sure i can help with that. She let me borrow the tiny screw driver and i was all good to go! i had no plans on purchasing anything, but she did mention they had repair kits for sale, and i said! welp! i may never need it (again.) but because you were willing to help me i purchased one. Overall the girls were pretty nice and helpful, although i have never purchased anything before, or planned to buy from there, they were extremely helpful and i was very grateful for that. and for that they get 5 stars!

I felt at complete ease and she took care of me throughout my entire appointment. She served me with kindness and that goes a long way. Her service was top-notch and she even gave me a hug goodbye which I thought was so sweet. The staff that helped me with my glasses was also exceptionally attentive and very kind.
