The doctor was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made each family member feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her mom and dad run the front and back office, and they were both warm, welcoming, and helpful. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was ok, but my husband's has been atrocious. Gets a pair of glasses and about 40 days later takes them back to get adjusted as they are loose from the back, the lady says ok will send them back to the lab. They should be back in two weeks, two months ago he got a pair of safety glasses, the lab over heated the frame and it's was too bend and was touching his eyelid, they were sent to the lab 3 times and continued to be bad. After almost 3 months now and haven't got it right, while we were there another guy ho s in with an issue of his glasses and he's being told the lab did this wrong we have to send them back to them. AT THIS POINT FIRE THE DAMN LAB! read more

Im so excited to be the first review for Dr. Suplee's private practice! I have been a patient of Dr. Suplee for a few years now and look forward to my visit each year. Dr. Suplee (please correct me if im wrong) starts your appointment off with pre-tests. One that captures pictures the back of your eye and another that measures a baseline for your prescription. She will then take you through a series of other tests, each of which she will explain. It is always a complete and thorough exam with everything laid out perfectly for you to understand.
