Their posted hours said open til 6pm. So I said "I thought you close at 6?" A crotchety old doctor man interjected abruptly "We close at 5:30". Their rude aggressive demeanor was not ok with me, so I said "You say you close at 5:30, but it's only 5:10, so that would leave me 20 minutes to browse frames, right?" Crotchety senile doctor barks "No!". I said "Oh really? From 5:10 to 5:30 isn't 20 minutes? Is my math wrong?" They all just looked at me. Then the receptionist said "We need time to put the frames away." Um first of all that's only if I actually saw some frames I wanted to try, but more importantly that's part of operating a business.
