My mother, Gina F., is n 85-year-old woman of great strength and resilience. Recently, that strength was put to the test when she suffered a terrible fall and broke her nose. It was a frightening time for our family. When it came time to replace her glasses, which were damaged in the accident, I was dreading the process. I worried about her comfort and how difficult it might be. You and your team turned that worry into a moment of genuine relief. From the moment we walked in, you treated my mother not as a patient, but as family. You handled her with extraordinary gentleness and the utmost patience, making sure she was comfortable and never rushed. Your expertise in helping her pick out new frames and lenses was remarkable. You didn't just find her a pair of glasses; you gave her back her confidence. What could have been a stressful ordeal was instead a seamless and even pleasant experience, thanks to your kindness. Your office is the epitome of what every vision care center should aspire to be: a place where professional excellence meets deep human compassion. Thank you for the exceptional care you gave to my mother, and for the peace of mind you gave to me. With profound respect and gratitude, Alex F. (Gina's son)

I was initially hesitant to enter because the signs on the door were in Korean so I was skeptical that they'd help me, but then I thought That's ridiculous, we're in the United States, why wouldn't they help me? And went in anyway. It turns out I should've trusted my gut. Big time. Literally the second I walked in I was rudely told by the receptionist "We're closed". It was 5:10pm on a Monday. Their posted hours said open til 6pm. So I said "I thought you close at 6?" A crotchety old doctor man interjected abruptly "We close at 5:30". Their rude aggressive demeanor was not ok with me, so I said "You say you close at 5:30, but it's only 5:10, so that would leave me 20 minutes to browse frames, right?" Crotchety senile doctor barks "No!". I said "Oh really? From 5:10 to 5:30 isn't 20 minutes? Is my math wrong?" They all just looked at me. Then the receptionist said "We need time to put the frames away." Um first of all that's only if I actually saw some frames I wanted to try, but more importantly that's part of operating a business. And as I'm looking for something specific and can tell by looking if a frame will suit me or not, it's unlikely I would've even touched many frames. And *on their website* their POSTED HOURS are until 6pm Mondays. I definitely won't be spending a penny here and would encourage anyone else to go elsewhere. I went to a different optometrist not far away in Encino - owned, run and staffed by Americans - and could not have been treated better.
