Recently attended an appointment with a family member at this clinic. The receptionist and MA staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Debbie Lopez was disappointing. Her communication came across as dismissive and rushed, and it did not feel like the patient was given enough opportunity to ask questions or discuss concerns. The visit felt very "stop-and-go" rather than patient-centered. We've had much better experiences elsewhere and will most likely not be returning to this clinic. read more

I saw Dr. Lopez and she was very sweet and friendly! The other staff members were also welcoming in my opinion. They made sure all equipment in the screening was cleaned. I didn't pick out any glasses I just came for an exam and to try different contacts. My insurance didn't cover the contacts, just discounts so I paid about $114 for the initial appointment and another $100 for my follow up appointment to purchase my contacts. This was totally fine with me! I know some places charge way more but it also depends on insurance policies. I did browse their selection and saw some cute frames too. Word of advice, anywhere you go not just here, is to just be mindful about your insurance and be aware of what it covers read more

I think I finally found my optometrist. My eye exam was very thorough and I was even told have previous damage to one eye that no other doctor has caught or informed me about. Mother-in-law's glasses had a screw fall out making one of the arms fall off. Tried fixing it myself but I couldn't get everything lined up and the tiny little screw back in. Ended up driving here since they are local and not only did they get the screw back in, they didn't charge me even though, in this day and age of tipping and paying for every little thing I fully expected and wouldn't have been upset if they charged me $5, $10. They acted surprised when I asked if I owed them. I know it was minor but still all things considered I was extremely impressed that they didn't nickel and dime me.
