This was my second visit to this location. My sight has gotten continually worse since my mid 40's unfortunately. I first saw Dr. Malgorzata Kiwacz, OD about a year ago and scheduled with her again this past visit. She is a great doctor and looked into everything with my diabetic issues. The whole team in the office was fantastic and helped me pick out the proper frames that would fit and look proper. Once the my prescription sunglasses arrived they called me and got me in on the very first appointment and adjusted the frame for me to fit perfectly. I also ordered another set of lenses for my regular frame. They fit the frame for me while they adjusted the sunglasses and as soon as the lenses arrived they got them into the frame and they shipped out UPS the same day. I am so grateful I can see crystal clear now. Great teamwork from top to bottom at this location. I highly recommend for all your eyecare needs. read more

I'm sad that i coudlnt' give a higher review. 1. the staff is pretty awesome- very nice and accommodating. 2. Dr. Margaret is really nice, and i love that she explains what she's going to do before doing it. eye touching= freaky. 3. what really knocked it down to 3 stars is because we ordered contacts for a full year supply, and 3 days after receiving the supply, i realized that the contacts are NOT for me! acuve hydraclear plus- ruined every 1-2 days b/c of my eyeliner. (It is the same brand i used in my previous contacts.) what's terrible, is that now i can't return the full year supply, and i've been back multiple times to figure out a brand that actually works for my eyes. Granted, Dr. Margaret is really nice about it, and has been ordering samples for me; but i REALLY wish she didnt let me order a full year before figuring out that these contacts dont work for me. and its annoying to keep coming back! read more

Best experience at an eye doctor's office in my 10 years in Chicago. Really great and friendly staff. Dr. Kiwacz taught me things about my eye health that no dr has before. Bre helped me pick out new glasses that I love and helped me process a rebate for my contacts as well. She also readjusted some sunglasses that I didn't even buy there. The space is really clean and beautiful. Highly recommend. read more

Such a large selection of glasses to choose from and really amazing 1:1 guidance and help picking the right lenses. I worked with Armand and he picked the right frames out for me faster than I was able to! They're also well-versed in vision insurance benefits and walked me through everything I had covered. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Haven't get my eye exam for two years in a row during pandemic so the old glasses are bothering me for so long. Dr and staffs there are so helpful and I did have a great time with Lynette to pick up my favorite frames and lenses together. Highly recommended! read more

I hadn't been to an eye doctor in years, and noticed my vision was starting to cause me issues when I was reading or after long days. The scheduling appointment was so easy to do online, and I appreciated how I was able to fill out most paperwork online so it would reduce my time in the office later. During my appointment Dr. Kiwacz was incredible, she patiently walked me through my eye exam and explained all my options for corrections. I felt comfortable to ask any question I wanted, and did not feel rushed. I am happy to have found a great doctor i trust on my street. read more

This review is over due! Wanted to thank Tiffany at the vision boutique for the amazing customer service! Right when the Covid panic was starting to occur in the country I received notification that I could order contacts at the vision boutique! Tiffany personally delivered the contacts within a business day to my residence! Absolutely amazing! It was presented in a cute portable tote! I really appreciate how nice and accommodating the entire staff is at the West Loop location! read more

I have been going to Vision Boutique ever since I have had insurance and every visit with them has been excellent all around. The last visit I had there was with Dr. Margaret Kiwacz and she's a gem: caring, patient, and very helpful with everything. Joe, in the front of the store, helped me find glasses that fit my giant head AND was nice enough to break down every little aspect of the billing for me. I'd recommend this place to literally everyone! read more

My husband and I have been going to Vision Boutique for several years. The customer service is always superb. Recently, Fonz assisted us with selecting our glass frames and followed up when our glasses were available. In addition, when we visited the office, he made sure our glasses were adjusted to frame our face and were not too loose. We would highly recommend Vision Boutique! Josh and Tonya Scardina read more

I came to Vision Boutique for the first time for an updated prescription to get some new contacts and maybe some glasses. Dr Margaret, Bre, and Veronica all were extremely helpful in making the experience a learning one and an enjoyable time at that! Veronica did the pre-screening tests and questions- the air puff was EASY! Bre helped me understand all of my insurance and helped me narrow down my choices of glasses. Dr Margaret taught me so much about my eyes and walked me through what would help my eyes for the future! All three ladies helped me finally pick a pair of new glasses after going through about a dozen or more glasses. I would highly recommend Vision Boutique for any eye-related needs! read more

First time getting an eye exam in like 10 YEARS! The staff was very welcoming and super supportive while I was getting settled. The wait time was sufficient considering I booked an appointment as well. My physician whom completed my comprehensive eye exam was adorably sweet and very informational when describing my diagnosis. From there, picking my glasses was easy and efficient, with the help of one of the assistants, named Brooke. The office is very clean and well kept, which makes you feel at ease during the whole experience. I will be claiming this as my go-to eye care location! Loved my experience here! :) read more

Vision Boutique saved my visit in Chicago! I was travelling from out of town and realized that I had forgotten to pack my contacts. I walked into Vision Boutique in search of a pair of contacts to get me through my trip and Alexa was extremely kind and helpful. She let me sit inside while I tried to get my prescription from my doctor back home and found some spare samples for me as soon as I had it. While I was waiting I also saw two other associates help another customer and it was clear that they were providing a lot of detailed and helpful information and advice. If I lived in Chicago I would definitely choose Vision Boutique as my optometrist. Thanks for your excellent customer service! read more

This is the best eye glass place I've been to. All the staff was very pleasant and chatted like they knew me for years. The entire experience at Vision Boutique is amazing. Starting with the eye exam, Dr. Margaret is the absolute best, and takes her time to make sure you understand the health of your eyes, and how to maintain them. After your exam, the staff at VB helps you find glasses if you'd like for your new prescription. I was helped by Reyna who was super helpful, and found me two amazing pairs of glasses. I've been a patient at Vision Boutique for nearly a decade. Countless exams, contact and eyeglasses later, Vision has been and remains a real gem in our community. Professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. My husband and I are finally considering a move out of the city (COVID driven), and as I'm thinking back on the local west loop businesses that we will miss the most: Vision Boutique tops the list. One would think they would be happy to be open again...guess not. I arrived with my own frames and prescription and was told I needed an appointment. Mind you, the store is empty with two associates. You would think walking in may be accepted when the place was empty... nope, I was told they are closing soon. It was 3:15 and they close at 5. Surprised they are not anxious to have business return. 6/27 update: thanks Tiffany for reaching out and working to resolve the issue. My experience today was amazing, look forward to returning. read more
