Answers any questions, with great knowledge and his first care is for your eye health. I also got fitted for a new pair of glasses, to give my eyes a rest from my day to day contact wear. I don't remember the gentlemans name, however very kind, with great selections with beautiful red hairand a warm smile. Staff is always kind and welcoming. My optometrist prescribed a different brand of contact lenses but failed to give me a sample so I went to 4 different optical stores in the area to look for samples. They all had no stocks except for one that wanted to charge me 35 usd for a pair of TRIAL lenses which are usually free. Anyway, D/Vision didn't have samples onhand but the staff was kind enough to order me a sample (for free!) which they told me will arrive in a few days. Lo and behold, they messaged me the next day for claiming. I'm only on my 2nd day of the trial lenses but once I figure this brand is okay, I will definitely order them thru D/Vision. Dr Park is great. However, the staff there broke my glasses when checking the prescription and are trying to charge me to replace the frames "because they are no longer under warranty". I didn't break them, I shouldn't be paying for the replacement. read more

I've reviewed D/Vision before but just felt the need to write another. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. For starters, Dr. Park is the BEST. He's kind, attentive, explains everything in a way you can actually understand and, to top it off, he's hilarious. It feels weird to say but my eye exam tonight was actually so fun....like add in some cocktails and you'd have a great night out. But it doesn't stop there.....the staff up front is equally wonderful. Matt and Austin are both incredible - super patient and make trying on glasses such a blast. They totally get your style and vibe and what you're looking for - but also show you a few things that might push you out of your comfort zone and get you to experiment a little.
