Dropped in to vision boutique for the first time earlier this week and had a great experience. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Dr Li did my exam and was great. She quickly figured out my prescription and offered recommendations for dailies vs monthly contacts. I've been wearing the dailies she recommended and it's been night and day from the monthlies I had before. On top of exams they also sell contact and glasses. They have a nice variety of glasses in the showroom. Really glad I found them and I'll be back next time it's time for another exam. read more

Totally recommend Vision Boutique! After a 6 month ordeal with LensCrafters giving me the run around, Vision Boutique was able to get my glasses in just 2 1/2 weeks with transition lenses. Brooke and the staff are very down to earth, friendly and will help you pick out a frame that suits your face and your look. The store is modern looking and very Covid safe. And side tip: if you have a Care Credit card, use it! read more

I've been coming here for glasses and eye appointments for years, but in particular I've had great help from Alexis in getting my frames repaired. They have a great selection of frames, excellent service, and also allow me to get updated prescriptions all in one visit. read more

Another good experience at my favorite optometrist! Dr. Maggie and Julia were amazing! I have been a patient here for several years, so I truly feel like I am visiting friends who have my best interest at heart. I am a person who has a preference for particular styled frames and size and here, I am never disappointed! I like the new bigger location too. Thanks so much! read more

Can't recommend this place enough! I love Dr. Margaret and her team, thank you so much to Crystal for her patience and help with getting new glasses. 10/10 recommend if you need an eye exam and new lenses read more

I went here yesterday for my very first eye check up and I've never been happier that I went to this place first. From the moment you step in the clinic, everybody will make you feel welcome Dr Margaret is the best eye doctor ever. She listens about my concern and made me feel that there's nothing to worry about and my eye just needs correction glasses. Lynette is amazing!!! She makes choosing the right eyeglasses easy for me and the level of professionalism they have in this place is awesome. Not a moment I felt uncomfortable or being rushed with the service whatsoever. I went home feeling satisfied with my very first eye check up and an upcoming dior glasses! 10/10 would recommend over anywhere! read more

Vision Boutique in the West Loop is my new fav place to go for anything eyes. I had an amazing eye appointment and felt comfy in the environment Crystal helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and now I look fabulous :) Thanks everyone at Vision Boutique! read more

Not typically one to leave a review, but I just got an email from them and the review button at the bottom was calling to me. The actual eye doctors are fine, but don't buy anything here- it's a scam and they will absolutely rip you off. They convinced me to buy a 1-year supply of contacts after my appointment by telling me a part of the cost was covered under my insurance. I didn't need contacts yet and don't typically buy a year at once, but it was a good price so I agreed to it. Shortly after, I received a huge bill from them - turns out they lied and my insurance didn't cover any of it. When I called to see if I could return them (all boxes were unopened), they refused and said they can't accept returns of such a large quantity. read more

Good place. Really like the styles that they have and with insurance that are a good price point.

Julia was very helpful to help us get these gorgeous pair of Celine sunglasses! The store has good discount thru out February too read more

Could not have had a better experience at West Loop Eye Care + Vision Boutique! The entire staff was warm and welcoming from the second you walk in the door, and Dr. Shah was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. I had never purchased glasses before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect nor did I know much about the process (e.g. lens, frames, etc.), but Yax was wonderful; she took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage, allowed me to try on nearly every frame in the store, and gave her honest feedback throughout the experience. I purchased my glasses shortly after my eye appointment, and picked them up less than a week later. Overall a fantastic customer experience and would highly recommend - 10/10! read more

This store is amazing. They care about their customer. I needed glasses for my daughters wedding. Stressful to say the least. Alexis and Leti assisted me in picking the perfect frames. I have unfortunately had my nose reconstructed twice, so weight and nose pads are really important then add in small face! They have an additional store two blocks away. We walked there because they thought there might be a frame I liked better. It was more expensive and THEY liked the cheaper ones better, as did I. Best experience picking glasses in 20 years! read more

ALVIN AND BRENDA ARE GEMS AND AMAZING PROVIDERS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -------------------- I have been a Vision Boutique customer for the last three years due to their quality of medical care (ex. Exams/ eye care) and patient support care (opticians/front desk.) In general I tend to be a discretionary patient, switching from provider to provider as I move and see fit. Vision Boutique is the only provider in the last decade that I have maintained a relationship with after moving out of their immediate area. (Aka. It's worth it even if there is a drive) I owe this largely to the quality of care they provide. Vision boutique is staffed by professionals who are good at everything they do and use the best equipment for it. Expect a friendly and consultative experience here, that's what they do best. (and they have good taste - they see it all and know what's cool and unique) read more

Dr. Li is so thorough, sweet, relatable, knowledgeable and efficient. Eric was amazing as well. Both are amazing at answering any questions I had. The experience was so personal and comfy. They made sure I left stylish and satisfied. I am recommending everyone to come here. My new home. read more

Vision Boutique - New glasses from Vision Boutique on Madison St. in Chicago - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I was on a business trip and my glasses got tweaked pretty badly during travel. I went in to see if they could help straighten them out and they were happy to help and fixed my glasses in less than a minute! I was in and out I under 60 seconds with glasses good as new! Crystal was so helpful and pleasant, and genuinely happy to assist! If I'm ever in the area again and need anything optical related this will be my go to place! Great customer service!!!!!! Thanks so much for fixing my glasses and taking care of me! read more

I've been to West Loop Eye Care / Vision Boutique for a number of years now, maybe 4 sets of glasses total. The experience has never been anything but a pleasure. The entire staff is dutiful, but always extra friendly. This held when they were on the fourth floor on West Adams, and it has continued through both of their West Loop storefronts. A special shout-out to this round of heroes - Amand, Anna Maria and Brooke - each of whom went over and above the simple call of duty. read more

Dr Margaret is amazing, personable, and a great promoter of overall eye health. Nancy and Brenda are fashionistas when it comes to selecting the perfect frames for your face. They do what the digital platforms can't do in terms of finding the perfect, statement, fit. read more

Great service with Dr Helen and Alexis. Took great care of me and answered all my questions.

I've been going here for the past few years, and am so thankful for Dr. Margaret and team (she's the best in my opinion!). From service to checkout, I've always felt so welcomed and well cared for. As I recently went to look for a new pair of glasses, Brooke took time to really understand my needs and style, and went above and beyond in answering questions and finding the right fit. Whether you're in need of an eye exam, or looking for new glasses, I highly recommend Vision Boutique! read more

I went to Vision Boutique based on the good reviews on Yelp and the proximity to my house. Normally I don't leave reviews but had a bad year of experiences here and wanted everyone to know. Below are the issues I had around my contacts: -I went back and forth with the doctors at least six different times to try and get the prescription right and she was never able to get it. -I ordered the best available contacts as I needed something to wear but the left eye was always blurry. -When I finally got a prescription that was somewhat decent, I called to order from the Vision Boutique and the lady who ordered them did not get the right prescription after telling her which I needed. -After a year of going back and forth I decided to go back to my old eye doctor, and she was easily able to find the right contacts and got them ordered with a few weeks. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to find any eye doctor. read more

Really appreciate all the employees here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the office. I really appreciate Dr. Margaret's Knowledge and help. She does not try to push you either to upgrade your contacts when your vision is still good enough for your current prescription. Brooke was great with helping me with my glasses and when I came back ensuring they fit well. Thanks so much to all the employees here making visits so welcoming and easy! :) read more

Super helpful, quick service and was able to get everything I needed. Glasses actually came before quoted time

I've been a patient here for +12 yrs and have taken their wonderful service for granted because they have always been so fabulous. I just changed jobs and was terrified at the thought of losing my insurance - so I finally realized that this review is wildly overdue. Vision Boutique is THE eye doctor and shop to visit for anyone who wears corrective lenses. I love my doctor Margaret - she remembers me every year and takes the time to talk with me about my vision - and for that matter - just to check in on me as a person. She's fabulously kind and so professional. The staff are also amazing. Each and every one of them. (Whoever hires here is a great judge of people). I get top notch care here. Over the years I've purchased at least 4 pairs of glasses and boxes and boxes of contacts. The team makes sure I am fully informed of what options I have for my insurance and offers amazing service and insight into selections. As long as I live in this area - I'll be a loyal patient here. Highly recommend! read more

Do not give these people your email address. They will keep your email address forever, and will spam you. They will not honor multiple requests to remove your email address from their system. I have clicked the link to "unsubscribe" about a dozen times. I actually even called them at one point, to ask them to remove me from their list. The emails do not stop. I only visited Vision Botique once, over 5 years ago. Yet the continue to spam me. Message to the owner: Get control of your email list so that people can actually remove themselves from the list. If you contract that out to another company, then consider switching to a different email list management company to one that is not as sleezy. read more

Such a great eye doctor and boutique! Everyone in here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Also glad that I always happen to walk in on boy band Saturday's for the music they play in store! I haven't gone to the eye doctor in over 15 years, and once I finally got some decent insurance I finally bit the bullet and went digging for optometrists. I found these guys a short drive from work, and their appointment times worked really well for me. I booked an appointment and was delighted when I walked in that I received a warm reception and genuine treatment. It was like I was a family friend and hadn't stopped by for dinner in far too long. Staff was fun, kind, and efficient. (Their music choices for the shop are top notch, by the way.) Dr. Margaret was one of the sweetest people I think I've ever met and everything was painless and easy. I had a slight correction that didn't necessarily need a prescription filled right away, and there was no pressure for me to buy it right then. We chatted about options and when to come back in, and I left feeling secure in my visual health and my choice of office. 100% recommend Vision Boutique. Will never go anywhere else if I can help it! read more
