She got the hint that I just wanted the classic pedicure and the classic manicure with shellac. Then she started rushing my service. Which I was like why are we rushing if I'm paying you for a service I want to enjoy it not feel like I'm being rushed out and because they were rushing my nails did not come out good. Which the lady knew she did not do good and kept asking if I was okay which I obviously was not enjoying my service and my nails didn't look good. I came here to get a pedicure, and when I sat down they tried to upsell me on shellac, hot wax, massage, everything. I had told her no I just wanted to regular pedicure and she got upset with me. I could tell she was mad, and she started being really rough with my pedicure, it was rough and done in a hurry. The customer service was honestly horrible. literally WORST birthday experience here. i have recently got my nails done here full set was $70. I came back yesterday for a refill and prior to coming I called the front desk which they then said a refill was $35. i did request cuticle removal and tipped $5 assuming my total was $45. I wasn't aware of how much they charged me till this morning I was charged $71. I just don't understand how if it was a refill And got the exact same design. Very disappointed and feel scammed. The experience you have here really depends on who you get. To those who complain, and especially if you write a review for others, be sure you get the name of who the person is doing your manicure and/or pedicure. This is the place I come to regularly but it's because I have found a really good person to do my nails, Benson. I'm less picky about my pedicure but some are more pushy than others when trying to upsell you. I find if you ask them if they are going to pay for it that usually will get them to stop asking you. :-D It doesn't stop them from probably talking about you, but I assure you whatever they say, I've been called worse by others. However, I get it, it's a business, and they're there to make money. You can't be closed mouth, if you don't like something they're doing, don't wait until you leave to say something, tell them right there on the spot they are being too rough or ask to speak to the manager and ask for someone else. You're a customer and you deserve to get the time you are willing to pay for, and to be happy with the service you've received. The lady up front doesn't like when you pay with your card, she rather you pay cash; they will refund you the $1 from their ATM fee but not your bank fees. She agreed to take Zelle once before and I don't mind helping a business owner how I can, although there is probably some tax evasion going on which is why they prefer cash, but that's none of my business! read more

Made reservations for two pedicures and a manicure, we walked in and got sat right away at a station. They did the usual: provide the menu, allowed me to select my colors and brought wine. I'm not sure if this is VIP Nails protocol but they put ice in our wine lol. So just a heads up you may need to ask for wine with no ice... We both got the volcano pedicure and surprisingly it doesn't come with the paraffin wax, we had to add it on. It does come with the hot stone massage and an additional 7-9 minutes of foot massage. The technician did something I've never seen before which was polish my toes before completing the rest of the spa treatment. Lol I had to ask to make sure I would get what I paid for and what I saw my man get right next to me. He assured me I would and I did, it just thr3 me off. I've never seen anyone polish my toes before doing the wax, lotion, massage and everything else. I'm not sure if that's typical procedure either or if that's just how the tech prefers to do his pedicures. It wasn't a bad job though. While waiting for me to finish my mani pedi, my man doesn't like to just sit around. He usually will request more time for a hand or foot massage. Compared to other salons, VIP upcharges on that. I'm sure next time he'd pass on that and just enjoy the massage from the spa chair. The salon itself is very cool. Big enough for groups and busy Sundays. Reserving appointment times was easy and we got sat right away. Overall our technicians did good work, I'm happy with my mani/pedi. Before you leave, make sure to double check the quality of their French Tip shellac on NATURAL nails. Shellac nails are supposed to last you at least 3 weeks, mine lasted 11 days with a strong nail bed. I came back in to ask the manager if she could fix the nails that were chipped due to a thin layer of shellac they put on me at the time of service, she then refused to have someone fix them for free, agreed to my nails being shitty, and proceeded to charge me for the mistakes they made. I didn't appreciate the customer service I was given by the lady wearing pink, nor will be coming here ever again. She didn't even offer me extra points for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, charged me $78 dollars for stress and shitty nails. I'm fuming. read more

I've been here twice and I quite enjoy how they are set up. This is a decently busy spot in my opinion. They have a point system and if you reach a certain amount of points, you get a discount the next time you come in. First time I was here, I had a manicure and new nail set. I never get the square shape and was incredibly impressed with how quick she was and how clean my nails looked. On top of that, she paid attention to small detail in the nail which always makes for a happy customer. Second time I went in, I got a pedicure. The woman who did my feet was so nice. They offer a 10 minute massage with certain pedicures and considering it was the first time I ever had someone massage my feet, it was actually amazing. I'm not much of a talker, but she did try to engage in conversation and it was pleasant. She also gave me a couple tips on what I should do with my feet at home as well. MUCH APPRECIATED. Despite how I think one of the employees was talking slightly negatively about my tattoos, I'm still giving this location a 5 just based off of the two employees who did my nails and feet. I quite literally just walked out of my pedicure because the lady scraped my skin off with a pumice board; not the bottom of my foot, but the side/top where the skin is thin and sensitive. I'm in pain and bleeding. The first time I considered it an accident, the second time I let it slide but not without expressing a physical reaction to the pain, and the third time I verbally stated that I was done with her service. I was embarrassed having to slip my shoes back on and walk out of a pedicure during the middle of a service. I have never been injured during a pedicure at other salons but wanted to try the place my friend had recommended. I went to cosmetology school and practiced manicures and pedicures. This is a basic skill! Not even in school did I make this mistake to a client. The salon offered to find me another nail tech but at that point I was fed up and needed to leave. It just seemed like a last ditch effort to keep my business. Not to mention they were very unorganized and rude to me when I walked in saying I was there for my appointment. They almost reacted as if I was lying about having one, followed by the front desk attendee telling me to go to one side of the salon, and another nail tech guiding me to the complete opposite side of the salon. It was a chaotic mess. I understand the industry can get chaotic but it seemed as if everyone was on autopilot. As I walked into the establishment I immediately felt bad vibes and energy but I didn't listen to my intuition because I was trusting the recommendation of the salon. I should have. I decided spur of the moment to treat my husband and myself to a pedicure. We decided to visit this nail salon based on the reviews, pictures and the spaciousness... I LOVE HOW SPACIOUS IT IS!! Upon entering I felt rushed from the start (which is normal so you better know exactly what you want before walking in) but once we sat in the chair they gave us the pedicure menu and offered something to drink. They were constantly suggestive selling throughout the entire visit but again (that's normal). They even offered my 1 year old daughter some candy and water after she begin to get restless. Now my husband nail tech was AWESOME (didn't catch her name), she was very patient, attentive, polite, and didn't get upset when I didn't take her up on all her suggestive selling. I knew that I wanted my husband to have the works so he got the #2 and I was going with the "Classic " the #1. BUT!!!!! My nail tech (an older guy didn't get his name) he was very stern from the start, he seemed agitated and it only got worse as my 1 year old got restless. He didn't take his time, he rushed my pedicure and when my hubby tech tried to suggestive sell to me he told her no before I could and then said something to her in their language. THEN!!! He didn't even finish my feet he stopped at polishing my toes, handed it off to someone else, grabbed his kit and left out the salon. I'm assuming he had somewhere else to be (but who knows). The lady he handed off too had to redo my polish because he half did it. I left a tip but honestly it was meant for my hubby nail tech not him... She also failed to take off all of the nail polish I was wearing when I went in and I had to ask her after she finished to fix it. Someone who was with me asked her if I could get a discount at checkout and she said "sure, a little discount." The guy who rang me up didn't seem to care that I was STILL BLEEDING when I left.
