I absolutely love this place! The technicians are always very sweet and clean. Right now they have several deals going on which include a Honey Milk pedicure for $40... I always go there and feel absolutely pampered. They also do eyelash extensions, but my favorite eyelash lady is Heather and she moved to their other location. DK is a great nail tech, I'm glad he moved from his other nail salon (because I enjoyed him over there as well.) you can also get a drink while you get your nails done! You can pick from water, soda, wine and a few select mixed drinks. I have never been disappointed with the service, but there are always people that find things to complain about. The only bad thing I find, they usually cater to the people that come in demanding things. The last time I went this lady came in acting like she was Queen of The Castle just because she was paying for herself and three friends! She said she was in a rush and needed two people working on her. I also needed a full set and a pedicure, and I had been waiting an HOUR to get someone else to take care of me. She came in and right away demanded two people work on her and they did! I feel like next time I should go in there acting crazy to get faster service, but I won't. read more

UPDATE I went back and they Liam fixed my nails and I absolutely love them!!! Also wanted to add that Tony did a wonderful job with my shellac pedicure, he was very gentle and cleaned up my toe nails before apply the color. Will not recommend this place, unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Took over 2 -1/2 hours to get a combo of shellac pedicure and dip ombré nails. Right when I walked in I asked them if it was possible to do both, I was told yes. The lady that was working on my nails was watching a video while she did my nails on how to do nails. I gave her the benefit of doubt but I should of stopped her there. I noticed other techs would come by and give her advice on how to do it. I should of gone with my gut feeling and told them not do my nails. Now I'm stuck with crappy nails. She had filed one of my nails very skinny and when I asked her why did she file it so skinny her response was why did I not want them skinny?!!! She then said she must of filed them too much and went ahead and started all over again on that finger. she did the dip ombré which came out horrible and she knew I did not like them because she kept apologizing. Once I paid, she mentioned it was an extra $5 for the coffin shape nails! I was not told this before and this is not my first time here. Needless to say I will never come back. I definitely do not recommend this nail salon unless you have Kelly do your nail. Everyone is rude and dismissive, specially the manager. She is not personable at all. You ask a question and she looks at you as if you are inconveniencing her. Oh and if you want your eyebrow wax, they will place you in a room in the back. They will have you sit with no other explanation until the manager comes to do your eyebrows. Completely disappointed. I tried to give it multiple opportunities, but I'm done. Oh and they frankly do not care. Such a shame but I did like the nail technician. I don't understand how they do not value customer service. Never again am I coming here to get my nails taken off. Not only was I charged $19 dollars but for them to just rip them off was unacceptable. The lady I had was in a rush and just took nail clippers to cut them off then rip the rest off with an extra fake nail, which hurt. On top of all that she didn't even buff them correctly and with her doing all of that my nails are ripping off. So what a waste of money I shouldn't even have tipped especially for something I could've done myself at home And saved money. This place is horrible. read more

With the bad reviews I had never tried this place but was really wanting somewhere that wasn't as crowded as my usual spot. Then a group of co-workers went and had nice things to say. So, my daughter and I decided to give it a try since my regular guy was already booked anyway. Kelli did my nails perfect & I asked her to do my pedi also which again was really good. I'm super picky about my nails & I was very happy with her. I usually really make a decision on a place after seeing how well they last since I'm really hard on them at work. Only one week so far but they still look great! Will definitely use them again and I liked their rewards program. I may not go with the $45 pedi because for that price I think it should include paraffin, but the drink was nice. read more

I had pedicure at VIP and one of the male workers fracture my toe, before I left I made the complaint and the manager told me to go see the doctor and that they were going to pay for my medical bill. The next day I was suppose to leave to FL so I saw the doctor and he found that I had a fracture toe. I went to give them my bill and also asked that they pay me $1000 for the time that I lost as a builder and a Realtor because my foot was swallen and was not able to fit into my shoes. Another day an office manager took me to a room, took the bill, the pictures and my letter and said that the insurance was going to take care of that, no body ever call me. I called last weekend and spoke to the manager's wife. "Greg" he told me to talk to his attorney but never gave me his attorney's name and told me to do what ever I wanted and that he was going to hung up and he did. In the mean time due to this absud behavior I decided to send a formal complaint to the Cosmetology Board in Austin. This case needs to be investigated read more

My daughter and I decided to try this place. I was doing a layover refill and pedi and she got a new set and pedi. From the moment we walked in, no one said hello or welcome. It was " what you need" and "sit over there". The techs we got assigned were just as bad. No hello, nothing. My nail tech kept giving a look as if I had interrupted her to do my nails and she was irritated to be there In the end the work was way below average. I was charged more than initially told. I don't mind paying and tipping well when I feel I have been provided a good service. Nails were bumpy and grainy. The pedi was over priced for work done (with hot stones). Not even a week, and my daughters nails are lifting and my overlay is non existent. My nails look as if I have not had them done in weeks Overpriced, poor quality and no customer service skills. Let me just start by saying worst pedicure ever!!!! Okay so I understand it was a Saturday, and it was busy, but they sat me in a chair right away and I didn't even mind waiting the twenty minutes or so that it took me to get service. No one even asked me if I would like something to drink. So this young guy comes over and immediately alarms came off in my head because I've never had a good experience with men doing my toes. Anyway the guy is super rough and it's obvious he's trying to hurry so he can get as many people in a day as possible. He damn near Made Me Bleed Twice cutting my cuticles and he didn't even bother to trim my toenails. I had to ask for that. When he was filing them he spent less than a second on each toe. Not to mention that I have bunions that are very very prominent and he kept pulling me and my toes every which way and I had to keep saying ouch over and over again. Then while he was scrubbing my feet I thought he was digging for gold. He would raise my foot way up dragging my butt out of the seat. The whole experience was ridiculous and I told the girl at the front desk that he was terribly rough and in a hurry and it was the most unrelaxed experience I've ever had a nail salon getting a pedicure. They gave me $10 off but I won't be back... Ever! Oh wait the best part yet. Did I mention that he had a very vulgar picture on the front of his T-shirt? Yes! They didn't remove product from my toes after the pedicure before they applied color. I notified them before I left that the color wasn't sticking to the nails. They said I simply didn't let then dry long enough. They fixed the two big toes, but left the others. I noticed an hour later that the issue was with all the toes. They told me to come back, and they would fix them. I was frustrated about the time I had already wasted on the issue, but did go back. The girl they got to fix my color removed the color from 9 toes. When I asked her why she didn't do anything with the 10th toe she said there wasn't anything wrong with it. She proceeded to fix 9 toes. I then showed her the 10th toe still had the issue. She then called the manager. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to let the toes dry. Um, that particular one had been "drying" for over an hour. At this point I began to express my frustration that they simply could not accept they had made a mistake. The manager then said "don't kill anybody" in front of the whole entire salon......are you kidding me? I wasn't even that heated. I just wanted them to acknowledge they made a mistake, and fix it. Now I was completely humiliated. I left without letting the nails dry. Funny thing, none of the toes smudged this time. I must be an idiot who doesn't know when something isn't done correctly....sarcasm. I have gone here a couple times because it's reasonably close to my house. I've never been totally satisfied, but figured I'd give them another chance. I came here about 2 weeks ago for the first time. I was extremely disappointed. I only came here because my normal salon was booked and I was going away the next day. I've been having my nails done for over 10 years now and this is by far the worst my nails has ever looked. First of all the place wasn't even full and she rushed through my nails like it had a crowd there. My 10 year old daughter also had her nails done and the guy told me that I should have her cuticles done for an extra $5.00(nothing was wrong with it) I told him no that fine he said well it's gonna look ugly. Not a very nice thing to say at all. Then I had my phone on the table right in front of me the lady said can you move your phone, not even a please excuse me I'm going to put this dryer for your nails. They are very rude. I had a refill done with shellac and she did my nails in about 20 minutes ain't no way it should be rushed and be done so quickly. The acrylic powder was extremely watery, you can clearly see the line where the refill starts on my nails. Also she hardly put any acrylic powder on my nails then told me she can't gurantee my nails only the color. Now that should say something right there, because I didn't even ask anything about it. They are very expensive for such a poor job. My normal salon charges $33 for refill with shellac, here was $38. After she was finished some of my nails looked deformed. I will never be returning here. Please don't waste your money or time here. Just an update on my nails, a week later all my nails are lifted, a total waste of $38.00. My daughter nails came off in 4 days. read more

NEVER coming here again! The last 3 times I've gotten my nails done I got an "allergic" reaction and my skin would peal off. Today I walked in and Asked if they had a hypoallergenic gel that they could put on my nails, the guy said no and recommend a nail dip. I asked if it could be done with a tip. He said yes, so that's what I said I wanted. I sat in the chair and as the girl began working on my nails I asked not once but TWICE if she was going to add a tip and she said yes both times. So she finished doing my nails and walked away. I asked the guy who was doing my pedicure if she was going to add a tip because I wanted longer nails. She then came over and said you said you wanted overlay...umm no! I never said I wanted overlay! I asked 2 times if she was adding a tip and she said yes. All I got was $5 discount. I paid for a service I don't even want! They had no problem taking my money though! They don't listen to what you want and they basically do whatever style they feel like it. 2 stars because the last two times I've been here the service has been great. However, I just got home from getting a shellac pedicure, nails, and an eyebrow wax and my experience was NOT like I expected. I came to get a relaxing pedicure, as I am a law student and wanted to treat myself for finishing the semester. I had to ask for them to turn the massage on after the pedicure already began. The man doing my pedicure was extremely rough, not relaxing whatsoever. The part where they scrape the dead skin, yeah, he scraped the inside of my foot (the sensitive spot that never gets callous...on anyone), and he filed one of my toes too short, it cut my toe, then put alcohol on it which made it burn so badly, I wanted to cry (not to be over dramatic or anything). Lastly, I asked for an eyebrow wax and I had to ask the lady to trim a little more, to which I was given attitude. Then when I was paying, I asked for the break down of the price (mind you I was already expecting to $100 or more -- what I always pay when getting this service done) the lady said "did you forget?" It's really frustrating when you pay a lot for a service, expect to relax & to look pretty... & leave paying for pain, a cut toe, attitude, and not the eyebrows you wanted. The service was quick, but horrible. They have no manners. No one says, please, thank you or how about can I help you. I had to stand there for 4 minutes before I was acknowledge. That is after I said excuse me can I get some help. Then the lady rushed through my nails to take someone else I usually get powder nails. She had to cleanup my nails and hands three time before I became frustrated and left. She told me to go and wash my hands and when I returned she had someone else in the chair. This place try's to scam you so bad. Not only do the nail techs suck but it's dirty. As I was trying to sit in the chair a large amount of FRUIT FLYS started to fly away from my chair and the one next to me. There was fly's flying around the entire time I was doing my mani pedi. The techs must leave fruit and food out for that to happen. Certain nail techs are really good here but most aren't. Just got my toes done and the man doing my toes didn't even attempt to clean or trim my toes. I had to repeatedly ask him. These nail techs try to over charge you and do not know when no means no (when it comes to getting more expensive things). I obviously do not mind paying for nails they are a luxury BUT that does not mean they need to charge you an extra 15 for a simple set. The nail techs use certain products that make your total more WITHOUT telling you. Finally some are really rude and make it obvious they are talking bad about you and like to be rough when you tell them to do a better job. Good luck if you decide to go here. read more

This is usually a pretty reliable place for me. I like that they have 3d pieces for the nails and use disposable liner for pedicure bowls. If you get a seasoned employee, the nails are on point! Sometimes tho a newer employee that's still learning can give you a meh set. Pretty standard for a nail salon if you ask me. Decor is gorgeous with granite nails stations. read more
