I have been coming to this spot for the past three years. It can get crowded on Fridays and Saturdays so I recommend coming early. My favorite tech is Pauline. She takes her time and gives your nails the attention it deserves. Sylvia is very good also and she does designs. I think she's the only tech that does designs honestly. The gel manicure is $25.00 and last a good two weeks sometimes I'm able to stress it to three weeks. Non the less this is my staple spot. read more

I liked the manicure and pedicure that I received here. However I gave all the money that I had on me for a tip and the person at the register was very rude. She said I needed to give more than I had. When I told her I didn't have any she said that I did have but didn't want to give. This turned me off a relatively nice experience. Chose this place over the other salons based on Yelp and I'm glad I did. It's bright, clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The nail tech was very thorough and precise. She really took the time to shape, clean, trim, buff...you name it! One star off for some pretty worn looking chairs, and not taking the tools they used straight from a sterilization bag or bin....so not sure when they were last cleaned. HORRIBLE customer service and do not know the meaning of a Brazilian Wax. I went after being told one price over the phone and then another after receiving the service and was also burned by the wax. After asking the receptionist specific questions of the pricings and what is included she immediately got the most unprofessional attitude. I completely wasted my time and should have paid the extra money and car fare to go to the European Wax Center where they know what they are doing. Decor wasn't very up to date. Music was good. The receptionist, she was more occupied with her entertainment behind her desk than giving true customer service. She didn't even crack a smile. She told me there was two guests ahead of me. Okay is waited for about 5 minutes tops and a spot was open at the Pedicure chair. The lady who did my pedicure was phenomenal. Gentle and careful. Made me feel pampered. The polish job was EXCELLENT! She also did my Gel manicure. Once again she did a FABULOUS job. She took her time and made sure not only was I satisfied but so was she with her work. I liked my experience enough to go back for last minute nails. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! This salon is full of inexperienced people who don't know what they're doing. I sent a friend of mine who is not from America to them for a simple French manicure. Since she doesn't speak English very well they took advantage and gave her acrylic tips. On top of that they did a sloppy job of it and didn't even file the tips. Her nails look like a complete mess. Worst place ever! The man is very rude. My Grandaughter tried to show him a picture of what she wanted. He didn't even lift his head and yelled later! He put her tips on and she told him what she wanted showed him the picture again and he just kept doing something different and she was getting upset more so and he apparently did not understand what she was saying and then the woman said we can't do that. So he grabbed her hands cut all her nails off didn't even file them and left the acrylic on there. She walked out in tears and my nails were already done, after at least 8 coats of polish that still didn't cover my nails, and then the man said it was twice as much as what he first told me what it would be! I told him I'm paying what you told me and he said it was $15 extra for gel nail polish that's why he was charging me more and I told him I am only paying what you quoted me. He wrote the amount on the bill and slammed it in front of me! Meanwhile my nails look like garbage and I left and told him I'm not paying for this! So I was getting a fill for my acrylic nails and the lady, I'm not going to name does them and at first she just kept cutting me with the machine, my fault because I didn't say anything but whatever. Then I'm waiting for her to cut my nails and she's about to paint them I'm like okay guess she forgot or didn't want to cut my nails so I asked can we cut my nails there really long and I noticed she was getting angry because she kept grabbing everything in a rush. Then she tells me it's $3 just to cut my nails like what? I asked if it was $3 because of the shape she said no that's an extra $5. I asked the lady at the desk how much it was to cut my nails it took her a while to even answer me until the lady who was doing my nails says out loud $3! And then she just agreed like what. I never heard of such a thing I'm already paying $20 even though I looked at the pictures of this app and it said it was $14 or $15. So they changed that but whatever. I gave them two stars because I have gone there once before and daisy was really nice and helped me out that time a lot with making sure my nails were right. Worse place I've ever been!! The waxing place is disgusting, no room to put your stuff , have to walk barefoot on dirty floor!! The ladies there are all grinchy as hell and the prices are so unfair: they charge you 5, 10 bucks for every little extra, instead of focusing on making customer happy! It appears this place needs a fresh review. I have been here twice and both times it was a pleasant experience. All of the staff are Latin and many speak English but not everyone. Its clean and super laid back. The only problem is they close at 8 and they will on many occasions stop taking people at 6:30, but to add insult to injury they DO NOT take appointments. The girls really do, do good work however they have a limited selection of colors for both gel manicures and pedicures. I would recommend this place but because of the fact that they stop taking people so early and the limited selection of colors i'm looking for a new spot. read more

It's by far the cleanest and most comfortable salon in the area, which weekend lines fully attest to - I recommend arriving as soon as it opens to avoid the hour plus wait (no reservations are taken). Despite other reviewers' comments I've never found the owner or any of her manicurists to be anything less than friendly and hospitable. In fact the owner often chips in when busy and loves engaging her customers in conversation. The prices are very reasonable, color selection good and quality very good. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and filed it away for a wedding I have coming up. I am a working mom and dont pamper myself much so I knew it would help offset wedding costs of being a bridesmaid to at least have my feet taken care of. I never usually write reviews and if i would write one, it would certainly not be bad. But, for this place, i need to make an exception! I am so mad and unhappy with this place i got to write it down. first time my anger for this place started when i actually was able to get someone to give me a manicure without waiting 25 min. This manicurist was HORRIBLE!! she cut my toes and nails and looked liked she did not know what she was doing! I should have right away stopped and said i do not want her, but being that i felt bad i continued, and i tipped her (which i should NOT have, but again, i felt bad). So have this horrible manicure, the lady that works there (not the owner which happens to be nice, but shes not there anymore and shes not really that helpful, just nice). She gave me such attitude when i told her that it was a bad manicure, and i never usually complain. She looked at me like i was crazy and gave me such attitude, i was so mad!! fine, i brushed it off. Second time i walked in there, the owner was there, and i told her about my last experience. she seemed sympathetic, but didnt do anything about it. I didnt get a manicure that day, cause i had a babysitter, and told her i would be home at a certain time, and the wait for a freakin manicure was 30 min. (mind you it was at 11am). ok, this takes the cake. I walked in today (i dont know why cause this place makes me so mad!) and the rude lady was there. She turns to me " what do you want", i said whos working now (cuase i saw the lady that cut me last time and didnt want her) and she said to me no manicure now theyre all taking lunch. This place is clean and very well ventilated, so you don't have the strong chemical smells that you sometimes encounter at other salons. The hours of operation are great. I think the management could improve things by not allowing four or five workers to take their meals breaks at the same time. I was there on father's day and the owner said the wait was 20 minutes. I said ok and had a seat. I was there to have my eyebrows clean and my daughter was getting her nails and eyebrows done. FORTY minutes later she said my daughter was next, but then took someone who came in about 15 minutes after we did because the available technician didn't do wax. That is ridiculous. My daughter could have at least had her nails done while we awaited the return of someone who could do the eyebrows. We walked out without being serviced. It was the fourth or fifth time we had been there but this experience has turned us off enough to never return. read more
