They had their tech come in today and they changed the screen model without consulting with me! Not once did they think to ask if I wanted this new model or my thoughts on it they just installed it! When I asked why it was changed I was told that the tech was told to fix it and this was the way to fix it. This is ridiculous!!!! Why would you not get the clients consent with critical changes to their windows!?! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. *** got a hold of customer service and the manager will look into this. Will update review once it's settled. read more

Vinyl Window Broker - Changed the model without my consent!!! - Windows Installation Near Me - Tustin, California

Made the mistake of giving these guys my number and they have been extremely pushy and rude every time they have called (which is a LOT.) Interrupting, talking over me, even hung up on me when I said I was no longer interested. Thought that would be the end of it but they keep calling! They will not take no for an answer. Even if I was still interested in windows, I would not be considering this shop due to their behavior. read more

Yep, odd service. On behalf of a client seeking new windows for a whole 3500 sq ft home, we received a referral to Vinyl Window Broker. We set the appointment. Upon trying to confirm the estimate, the scheduler insists "both homeowners" needed to be home for the appointment. I asked her why if it's for an estimate only. Scheduler stated, It is our policy that both homeowners come out as we are "talking" through design and the home energy assistant program. I explained that wouldn't be possible as schedule would prevent us from scheduling. She asks, "Oh does he travel for work a lot?" When I laughed it off (is this really necessary for windows?) and mentioned the decision maker who would be present is the best source to make a decision, she very rudely dismissed it and said "Well if it's not both of them we cannot have the appointment." Needless to say, we canceled. Not sure if this is sexism or a sales tactic - but either it's not a smart business model as its counter productive and invasive. read more

I wanted to add a shout out to Stephanie on the Vinyl Windows team. She handled scheduling, payment and documents to apply for my utilities rebate program. Many businesses let you down after the sale is complete. Stephanie helped me beyond the sale. That's a great employee. A company is only as good as their forward facing staff. My contractor is using Vinyl Window Brokers for another project. He was impressed with their installation crew and the quality of the windows. Great company. read more

Our new windows are great. Climate control is greatly improved. Pricing was very reasonable

We had our windows installed about 2 weeks ago and could not be happier with the whole experience. Our sales rep who came to the house was helpful in the process with his suggestions. The crew that installed them were fantastic! I really can't paise them enough. They were pleasant to have around the house all day, they were professional and respectful, and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the installation and finish work. The place was spotless when they left. The windows look fantastic. They really upgraded the look of the place. And the quality seems top notch. I couldn't recommend them more. read more

The team was professional and they finished everything in one day. They where very fast and friendly. The windows are as they describe it. The house is fresh when the weather is hot. A big improvement is the outside noise now I could hardly hear anything. With my previous windows I would cook and they would sweat but with the new ones that does not happen at all. Im really happy with their service and I happily recommend them to others. read more

My father bought windows from these people. He was sick with cancer so I don't think he took a good look at the shoddy install. The install was worse than terrible. Windows leak and drywall is stained and will probably have mold The actual mfg stood behind and replaced a foggy window that leaked gas and told me the install was really bad and would see about having them come and repair a couple of the serious problems. One of my windows literally wiggles and is not attached to the frame. The plastic around the interior windows is no longer sticking to some of the windows. There is silicone smeared all around the exterior windows and globs are randomly dropped or smeared on the stucco. Stephanie told me to email the photos to her and I did but then she totally ghosted me. I will probably have to have the windows removed and replaced by a reputable company. read more

I got a quote from this company a few years back. Now they won't stop calling I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling. I blocked their number and all they do is call from different numbers. This company has become a big pain in the butt. Do yourself a favor and don't give them the time of day. Vinyl window brokers please stop calling after all of the harassment what makes you think I'll give you my business. read more

I hired this company recently to replace all my windows! I own a 1977 mobile-home and it has needed to have the windows replaced for many years! I decided to "bite the bullet" and have them replaced! Now I can open a window during the summertime & have fresh air! I'm very happy with the work they did and I would totally recommend this company 1000% to anyone that needed to either have new windows installed or window replacements done. Not only do the window installers work fast, but the company's customer service staff are very friendly and professional on the phone! Cost effective. Clean looking windows and doors. The house already looks so much better, after installation. I had a great experience with VWB. They delivered one week before the date scheduled. They had good communications. They installed three large sliding doors and 8 windows in one day. They were prompt to replace one window with a small damaged corner, on the spot! Jorge went above and beyond with service and came back the next day!! The installation crew was hardworking and quick. On a side note, I am currently waiting for three new mechanisms for the front windows and a key lock. Everything is functional now though. I will update to 5 stars, once completed. I found VWB from HomeAdvisor where they have 4.5 stars. I have to admit that after reading some of these Yelp reviews I got a little nervous. Those comments influence enough so I also wanted to make sure I share my own good experience with them. read more

They don't honor their warranty. Beware of this company. They installed my windows and apparently it came with a warranty. When my windows started leaking I called them to come out to to fix my windows. But apparently they don't keep paper work from customers so they couldn't find my files and said they wouldn't honor the warranty. Seemed very convenient they couldn't find my paperwork. Now I have to pay for $2500 in water damage and $500 for someone to repair the windows. Thanks so much. You guys are the best read more

A year or more ago we had our windows replaced in our own home and the home our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids live in. We are very impressed with our windows! After the recent torrential rains, no leaks. Both our homes are older Irvine homes and we definitely needed new windows. The kids say they have noted an appreciable improvement in their heating and a/c bills, with their home maintaining a more constant temperature. They have a lot of windows! They had one window where the glare was simply unbearable and that is no longer a problem. We appreciate the ease of being able to slide open and close the windows. Working with Mark Schreiber was great! He was recommended by a neighbor and has installed windows in several homes in our neighborhood. read more

I MADE A MISTAKE GIVING THIS COMPANY MY NUMBER!!!!! They got my number doing door to door last year and till now they've been calling me every week about their promotions!!! I told them THOUSANDS of time IM NOT INTERESTED!!! We just moved and our house was well kept by the previous owner. Nothing really needs to be done. I told them kindly to PLEASE ERASE MY NUMBER ON THEIR DATA BASE. This was MONTHS AGO! Till now they are still calling me and Im just tired of it!!! I work night shifts. They call me when I sleep during the day time till I can't go back to sleep anymore. I blocked their number a lot of times but still, there are new numbers that still go through. I wish I read their YELP REVIEW first before giving away my number. I learned my lesson the annoying way! read more

We upgraded 9 windows and 2 doors converting 1 double French door to a slider. Great service and great value. Everyone from Sales, to the window measurement, to production through installation was exceptional, answered all questions and was very easy to deal with. The installation crew of Luis and Eric were very professional placing drop clothes over the carpets and floors where they were working. They also took great care removing our old windows with no damage to the window or door casings. Every window and door was remeasured and cut to fit on site. The crew cleaned as they went leaving very little for us to clean after they were done. The finished product looks flawless. We are very satisfied with the entire team we had the pleasure of doing business with at Vinyl Window Brokers. We would highly recommend their service and offered our home to show the value and their work quality . Tim & Claudia Tynan read more

I haven't done business with this company, but I receive calls from this reps saying they are from this company NON-STOP! I never tried to contact this company, but now I never DON'T get calls from them. On top of that, if I ask nicely to take my number off their list, they give me a BS excuse of either, "It wasn't me!" (which doesn't matter because YOU ARE STILL A REP OF THIS COMPANY! WHICH MEANS IT IS STILL YOUR FAULT), or they say, "Maybe it was a different company," which doesn't make sense because why would the phone number be the same?! So either these reps suck, or they're stupid, or both. Or their sales trainer is giving them crap rebuttals. Do everyone a favor and report these guys to the better business bureau, block their number, and NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME! read more

Hey potential customers. I'm writting to update my experience with VWB. I recently spoke with Yvette. Since we lives on a very busy street, these new windows really helpful with noise reduction, during the winter and summer we save money on the utilities bill. The prices are reasonable, also we want to picked this company because their products are mainly made 100% from the USA. Now a day are very rare and hardly anything that produce in America. These new windows are making our house looks so amazingly beautiful, I love it and I had been wanting for a long time. read more
