Thanks to other Yelpers I found Window Jazz. I needed a new slider for my back door and got a quote which seemed reasonable. I opted for dual thickness glass (1/8" and 1/4") to help block the noise from the train, and am so happy I did. It was an extra $400 but well worth it. They removed my old French doors, installed the slider, along with white wood trim on the inside, and it looked great. Slides easily, and came with a screen. After the installers left I noticed a small defect in the track. It didn't seem to affect the functionality, but I notified the company and they came out and took a look. It was such a minor thing, but they decided to replace the entire frame, and did so in less than a week. We are very happy with how it looks, the quality, and the service. I will use them again. Highly recommend. read more

I called Window Jazz for an estimate and Annette came out the next day. Annette was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I have since been informed that Milguard will be replacing my windows under their warranty, so I won't need Annettes help. If anything should change with Milguard, I will be back in touch with Annette! read more

Window jazz was great throughout the entire process. I initially made a appointment for a estimate and Yadira arrived on time and proceeded to give us a detailed and reasonable estimate. She explained to us the windows she would recommend and took her time, did not rush us at all and answered all my questions. After three more estimates I decided to go with Window Jazz because of their price and professionalism. We decided on a installation day and time and the team arrived on time and got the work completed with a few hours. The work was excellent. The company owner walked us around the completed window project to make sure was it completed properly. Would not hesitate to use them again for future homes, amazing work and customer service. read more

For those seeking stunning new windows, I've already done your due diligence and compared Window Jazz with other like businesses, and hands down, I chose Window Jazz, and I'm so very pleased with the results. The crews who work for the company have really honed their skills and will amaze you with precision. They cleaned up so well afterward and even vacuumed! Give Annette a call. You'll be glad you did! read more

Next day service, took the techs a total of 23 minutes to fix this small window. They walked me through what they did just in case I break the same window again so that I can fix it myself next time. They provided invoices before and after and you can pay through Venmo or Zelle. $216.38 for this job read more

Annette is a class act. We're doing a remodel of our Kitchen, two baths, and a powder room, and needed to have the garden window replaced, so contacted 4 window companies to provide estimates. Annette was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. Immediately we knew before we even met the other companies that we'd likely use her. And when we got her rate, we were pretty sure. There had to be a revision on the window because the shelf underneath would have to be demo'd and there would be additional costs, but we'd work with her on that. We ended up not using her, but it was because the window was going to take about 3-4 weeks, and it turned out that the GC we selected for our remodel was able to get the window and streamline the replacement process easier since they are redoing the kitchen, and they were doing it at their cost, which saved us about an extra $1,000. But had we not done that, we would use Annette. Just as a footnote, we had our windows replaced by another company a year and a half ago, which also gave us a bid, but they were going to be about 8 weeks out, and the window would be a Milgard window. Annette's window was going to be her build and same, if not better quality. So, if you're looking for a good company with a great product and involved person in your project, I'd recommend Window Jazz. read more

I needed my patio door replaced and Annette came out quickly! The quote was very affordable and her guys were able to get both glass sliders and frame replaced in 2 hours flat! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews. Customer service is great, prices are very reasonable, and the speed and quality of work is amazing. I look forward to having them back to replace all of my windows. read more

I called Window Jazz several times and left a message and never received a return call. On my 5th and final try, I finally reached an actual person named Annette. She had not returned any of my calls previously. She told me to send her photos of the windows, which I did. I didn't hear back again. I called again to see if she received the photos. She said she did receive them, but forgot to call me back. She said she would contact their service man and get back to me that day. I waited another 4 days and no call back! At that point, I decided these are people you can't rely on to even call you back! I moved on to another window repair company!! Window Jazz definitely needs to hire a competent person to take their calls. read more

We had about 6 companies come in for a quote for 4 French doors and a bedroom Window. Garrett from Window Jazz came over and did an in person quote which I loved! He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. When I asked him where he gets his windows he said in state. I loved that because every other company gave me a 10 week wait. I have since contracted with Garrett and he has answered every question I had in less than 24 hours! If you work with them you will not be disappointed! read more

Window Jazz is a very professional well run business. Attention to detail and communication is what they are about and the prices are VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend this business. Working with Annette was a pleasure. read more

I had an excellent experience with Window Jazz. Annette and the crew were great, efficient, clean and neat. Annette discussed several design options for my condo windows and we came up with just the right answer. They look lovely and I am super happy. We had a slight hiccup with 2 of the windows and loved the fact the Annette wanted it perfect. There was a bit of a delay to reorder however, the delay was no issue for me. I would rather have everything just right which Annette made sure of. Oh...lets talk ease, they did all the paperwork with the city which was great because I live out of town. And PRICE! Great price, I got several quotes and they were far below for the same product. Highly recommend them! read more

I called Window Jazz based on the great ratings here and they lived up to all of them. Had all my windows and sliding glass door replaced yesterday. Annette and Yadira were great to work with leading up to the installation, and the guys who did the work did an excellent job. Annette and Yadira came when the work was finishing up to make sure it was done correctly, and that I was satisfied. Also, at a time where everything seems overpriced, their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. read more

I got several quotes before deciding on a company to replace my windows. Window Jazz was by far the most reasonable and I liked the fact that the manufacturer is local. Annette was the individual that coordinated the whole process of design, purchase and installation. Her communication was excellent. She took the time to answer all of my questions and willingly agreed when I changed my plans for one of the windows, turning it into a sliding door midway through the installation process. One of the concerns I had was how water tight would my windows be as neighbors had leakage problems with their installation. I have had no problems of any kind. read more

Window Jazz were excellent right from the start. We called them because they were local and had worked with Laguna Woods before. They handled all the compliance paperwork (and we only had to pay the Laguna Woods fee). Yadira helped us to chose the window styles we wanted and provided the estimate. The team installing the windows arrived at the time that had been arranged and did a wonderful job. They even worked with us so that we could keep our cat away from where they were working. They did a very good job cleaning up after themselves and even cleaned the new windows before they left. Yadira and Annette inspected the work as the team were finishing and ensured that everything was just right. We are very happy with the windows, which are an enormous improvement on the old ones. Thank you Window Jazz! read more

A pleasure to do business with a very reputable and reliable window company in a field of competitors who pad quotes and then want to requote 30 percent lower, or don't answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner. read more

Windows Jazz was fantastic. I got quotes from Home Depot and several other contractors. All the same price except Windows Jazz. Great price for the same product and great service. Home Depot had a 2 month time frame and Windows Jazz got my custom door in 2 weeks. Makes you wonder. I had shutters surrounding the door and was surprised they didn't need to remove them. They were literally in and out in an hour. All the guys were pleasant and didn't my overly friendly dogs. Can't say enough about them. If you are looking for windows, please use them. Oh also owned by a woman. Another plus for me. read more

We had a sliding door replaced a few months ago and are so glad we chose Window Jazz! They were professional, didn't leave us hanging and had our new slider is a couple weeks. It's a great value but excellent quality. I love that it is a woman owned company. I got a few quotes for windows at my home. Some were Yelp recommendations some were from friends. I was very intrigued with Window Jazz as it was women owned and local manufacturing. I narrowed it down to two companies, Window Jazz being one of them. I chose Window Jazz because of the better lead time, better pricing and wonderful reviews. I am so glad I did. They were fantastic in every way. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, on time, quality work, etc.. I honestly can't say enough positive comments about them. Highly recommend. read more

As a Realtor I am always a little concerned recommending contractors. When my client needed new windows and a patio sliding door, I referred my client to Annette. Annette gave an estimate, and set up a date for installation. The crew showed up on date promised, and on time. They were friendly, got the job done and left. My clients were happy and a day later, their unit sold. That's what I call "Job well done". Thank you Annette. Outstanding service. I will always refer you again. read more

This company is great! Annette was so efficient and took care of everything as quickly as possible even with all the Covid shutdowns. We had a great experience with Annette and Window Jazz. We needed both a large front picture window and a small bathroom window. Ours was complicated by termite damage and dry rot, as well as needing to address custom beveled glass that we hope to restore and use again. Annette was very responsive to our needs and brought in others to properly plan our job. On the day of the installation, the crew was there on time, was very neat, all masked, and did a great job. They finished all of details of their installation so that the window looked perfect. They hadn't damaged any surrounding stucco or paint- I didn't need to do a thing to get the job totally finished. And they meticulously cleaned up and vacuumed so we couldn't tell that they had been there. We are delighted with the new windows and really appreciate Annette and the crew. read more
