Jon and his installers did such an amazing job. From the time we placed our order the windows arrived in 3 weeks! They installed 24 windows in 2 days. Always cleaned up after themselves. The windows were meticulously cleaned once installed. As if that wasn't enough their pricing on top of the line Milgard windows was well below all other bids we received. We highly recommend Jon and his team! read more

I found Saddleback Window Replacement through a neighbor who was having their windows installed. We have the exact same floor plan and number of windows, so it was really helpful to see the work in progress and talk directly with the homeowner. They were installing Milgard windows and shared that they also found Saddleback through a friend's referral. I met Jon Simpson while the crew was on-site and was impressed right away. Jon offered me the same very competitive pricing my neighbor received, which spoke volumes about his fairness and consistency. I was also able to see the quality of the installation firsthand, and my neighbor was very happy with both the workmanship and the overall experience. During my research phase, I contacted Jon multiple times by email and text while comparing different window brands--including some that Saddleback doesn't typically carry. Despite knowing I was still shopping around, Jon was always responsive, patient, and kind. He never pressured me and took the time to answer questions promptly and professionally, which I truly appreciated. In the end, I decided to go with a different contractor only because they were an authorized dealer for the specific brand I ultimately chose--not due to anything lacking on Saddleback's side. Based on pricing, responsiveness, transparency, and what I personally observed on-site, I would absolutely recommend Saddleback Window Replacement and Jon Simpson to anyone considering new windows. read more

awesome team and they did a great job for us! I would highly recommend using them! The response time was great and they where very professional when they did the install read more

I had been bothered by outside noise and single pane glass that let cold inside in the winter and let heat inside in the summer. I contacted Saddleback Window Replacement on the strong recommendation of a neighbor and I'm very glad that I did. The new back doors and new windows throughout the house were a very worthwhile investment and I am extremely pleased with their quality. The irritating noise problem was solved as was the draft in the winter. My home now retains cool air in the summer. This company provided me with prompt professional service at a reasonable cost. The owner, Jon, is honest and stands behind his work. I recommend this company without reservation. read more

I just read the review from Michele from a week ago. Unfortunately, Jon and his installers didn't do an amazing job for us. It took them two days to complete a one day job of installing eight windows since the installers said "we're going to lunch" but returned three hours later. That pushed the job into day two, and when I asked what time they would be arriving the next day to finish up the response was "We'll have to let you know since we have another job tomorrow." A call to Jon resulted in the installers arriving early the next morning, which was good. What was not good was that when they left at the end of day one, it looked like they simply left for a quick break instead of leaving for the day since tools, materials, window coverings were left everywhere in our house. We had to get ladder out of the kitchen, move the vertical blinds haphazardly on the floor (which they broke, by the way), put sheets up on the bedroom window and clean up debris in the house. Also unfortunately, some of our windows were not meticulously installed and certainly not meticulously cleaned since we see the installer's handprints. A portion of the caulking around the patio slider was a mess and several windows had glue or some sort of adhesive on the glass. We told Jon about this right away and were assured it would be addressed right away. It two weeks before it was. And unfortunately, again, it was not properly addressed. The caulking was repaired, but the substance on the glass was only smeared around, not removed. Jon said he would have it too taken care of but it hasn't. We're happy with the Crystal windows and the price, but not the craftmanship or the customer service. We would never recommend Saddleback. read more

We had all our windows and sliding doors replaced in our two-story house. The results are amazing! The product is beautiful and our house is so much cooler! The owner, Jon, was always available to answer questions, give advice, and check on the installation process. He answered texts and emails quickly, and his workers got the whole job done in two days. Joe was the lead installer and he was incredible! He went above and beyond answering questions, hiding electrical cords behind moldings, giving advice, working to ensure that our pets were never in harm's way, and treating our household belongings carefully and safely. I highly recommend using this company for your windows and doors! read more

Saddleback Window Replacements just completed replacement of all sliding doors and windows in our Laguna Woods home with new Milgard windows. Their estimate was well below the 2 other contractors we contacted for this project. All work was completed ahead of the promised date and the actual installation completed in less than 2 full working days. Jon was always available to answer questions and kept us updated as the project went forward. We are extremely pleased with both Jon's performance and our new windows. The improvement in noise reduction was immediately noticeable once the installation was complete. All of our old (60+ years) windows were taken away and any construction debris cleaned up by Jon's crew. read more

So happy I contacted SADDLEBACK WINDOW REPLACEMENTS. My house is old and leaky so it never warmed up and freeway noise was constant. After several estimates I hired Saddleback Windows and within 2 weeks the double pane windows cut down the noise, fine dust and is now retaining the heat . Thank you Jon and your team. read more

I got 4 bids for replacement windows. Jon was recommended to me by my neighbor who used two companies to replace his first floor and second floor windows. He definitely liked Saddleback Window more. Jon was the only one who didn't make me sit through a presentation, and the only who pointed out the effect of how the tiles on the side wall of my kitchen window might affect the installation. He explained it well and gave me options to consider. Really thankful for that! read more

Jon and his team replaced all our windows and doors in Newport Beach, back in 2014. The job went awesome, Jon's advice were on point and we've been very happy with the result since then. On Saturday, it rained a lot and all the sudden it's pouring rain in the master bedroom through one of the sliding doors installed 6 years ago. Quite worried, I have called Jon this morning and he returned my call in the same hour. Jon offered to send over, one of his leads, this week in order to check if everything was okay, and to reseal the window(s) as needed if needed. He explained that the weather (dry / humid / dry / humid..) can sometimes damage the caulk / glue around window frames. His lead, David, actually has come today after his work day. He has checked every single window inside out, he has resealed every single one of them even the ones that looked completely okay, but he did so "just in case", he has fixed my master bedroom sliding doors and he did all of this without billing us. Let's recap here. We had the first issue after 6 years, probably because of our dry / humid weather on a window that faces the sun all day / the most exposed of the house. We've let Jon know this morning and the issue has been fixed before the end of the day today, at no charge. We are so very impressed and appreciative. We had no idea Saddleback Windows' level of service would be that high when we first hired them in 2014. I had to share our story, because it would have for sure made us choose them ! Thank you Jon. read more

Saddleback Window Replacements - Our house with windows - Windows Installation Near Me

Saddleback Windows is an excellent company and its owner Jon is reliable, experienced, responsive, friendly and professional. Saddleback Winduws installed my winduws and doors at my previous home, and they just finished sliding glass doors at my new home. As always, the doors are excellent quality and look beautiful. They are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Saddleback Windows ! read more

It is not everyday that one replaces their house windows. We received 3 bids and listened through 3 replacement window presentations. We chose Saddleback Windows because of the depth of Jon's window knowledge, with no sales pressure, and competitive pricing. The desire to support our local businesses was part of the final decision too. Jon is honest, dependable, responsive, and a good listener to questions and concerns. Jon owns and runs a very professional business. From start to finish there were no hiccups. Today we are enjoying the heating and cooling benefit of our new Milgard replacement windows. Thank you Jon! read more

Excellent customer service they are by far the best door and window company in Orange County. They come out and measure and make sure that everything is perfect. After that they installed the windows and your heating bill and cooling bill will be going down exponentially. I also am very impressed with the Sound Reduction when the windows are closed. read more

My first dealings with Jon were very good. The windows were installed on time and the cleanup was thorough. However I received NO satisfaction for my follow up requests. It got to the point where I just gave up after the fourth request. I couldn't even get a copy of the warranty I requested. Follow up service is critical especially if a window won't open or a screen won't lock. Taking a customer's money then not addressing any post installation issues is simply poor business. read more

I am extremely pleased with the overall customer service and quality of windows. Jon and his crew were top notch from beginning of the project to the end. Jon's estimate was very fair and his communication with me throughout the project was great. I wholeheartedly recommend! read more

We recommended Joyce and her company to neighbors recently. The price, we were told was considerably under what they had been quoted by another window and door company. The quote was for doors. Our neighbor was so happy with the work and price they had new windows put in as well. Sure made us look good. read more

Working with Jon ahead of our arrival in Laguna Woods was a breeze! He was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was able to submit the necessary Laguna Woods permits prior to our arrival in SoCal, the day after escrow closed! This made for an easy, quick installation and we couldn't be happier with our new windows and slider, much improvement over the 1964 original windows/slider that were replaced! A tiny hole was found in one screen, just after his installers left, and he has already filed a claim with Milgard and will replace the screen prior to our upcoming return. Highly recommended! read more

Worked with Jon two times at our home. Once to replace the exterior windows & a year later to replace interior doors. Jon was great in helping choose the right material. The installers were professional & did good work. I would definitely call again & refer to people I know. Great company. read more

I had my windows replaced by Saddleback a few months ago. Right now it's 42 degrees outside and 63 degrees inside. My place was very drafty because of the loose windows. Whenever the wind blew hard, my drapes would move - without the windows being opened! Now I'm warm and snug in my home due to the new windows. I should have done it a long time ago. Thanks, Jon! Your crew did an excellent job, and they got it done in one day. So happy! read more

Also doing business as Saddleback Windows and Doors. I live in an association so getting approval took a few months, many emails, phone calls, and so on as anyone living in an association can tell you. One of the issues was obtaining this company's state contractors license information (#825566). I finally found it under his actual name, not the fake name he goes by. This should have been a clue I was to have more issues. The contract he originally gave me had no window measurements on it but it did give the pricing on each window, another clue I was going to have issues. When I finally received association approval I contacted him and we set a date for him to come about two weeks later. When he showed up it was just him at the door. I asked where the crew was. He said he was just coming to take measurements. What?! He'd already done that on a previous visit! "Oh, I need to take exact measurements now so I can order the windows." He then texted me that he would FAX me the paperwork to sign and I would send him a check. Keeping in mind that the association only gave me thirty days to complete the task. The fax never came so I texted him again to ask for an update. His response was that he never got a check and didn't know the size of the front window so "I'll take a pass on your job." He's the one that measured my windows! He's the one that was supposed to FAX me the contract! Needless to say I'm not happy with this owner's response and all the time and effort he put me through with my association and then pulls this. Such a bad experience I've decided to hold off putting in new windows for at least another year. Having just received this information from him I'm understandably not his biggest fan. Oh, and my neighbor wanted him to give an estimate on his house as well. Not any more. read more

Rob G. review is totally bogus. Saddleback Window Replacements has been doing business under business license #825566 since 10/06/2003. RE: https://www2.cslb.ca.gov/onlineservices/CheckLicenseII/ContractorBondingHistory.aspx?LicNum=825566&BondType=CB I'll add more once their job is done. read more

Had these guys install windows and doors a year ago. The work was fine. HOWEVER they absolutely BUTCHERED one of the plants in my yard while they were installing one of my windows. I was heartbroken! A year later my plant still has gaping holes where entire branches were broken off - a daily reminder why these folks cannot be trusted. read more

Affordable, fast installation, clean polite crew. Definitely will be referring Saddleback Window and have them do anymore work we need.

This company did my entire window replacement at my primary home as well as my rental units. They did such a great job that my next door neighbor had his entire house done too. I have done 3 major jobs with this company and I have had great experiences with all of them. I have obtain multiple estimates from 3 major widow replacement companies and by far Jon;s estimate was very reasonable. I have worked with them since 2009 and recently I called Jon to change out a big custom sliding door in my rental house in Oceanside. He went to the house, did the measure, order the door and all this took place when I was on vacation in Florida. Jon is very honest, professional and very courteous. read more
