We got there a little early to pick our spot at the bar. We were greeted by Shannon the owner. She is a lovely lady and later met her husband Phil. They have owned Slieve's for about three years. They have a spacious building and super clean! The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no food on the premises to purchase, but you can bring your own food or ordered inn. It was fun to sample Girl Scout cookies and taste beer. We started with 6 tastings but they threw in a couple extra. The event was well organized and the Girl Scouts were there to sell their cookies. I was a Girl Scout 50 years ago. I think a box of cookies was $1.00 - $1.25. I paid $7. Times have certainty changed.
