This is a fun little place with good vibes and happy employees! Everyone was so friendly and loved talking about their products, it was refreshing to have some conversation with people who care so much! We shared a tasting flight and ended up loving their Apple Jack! Good Apple Jack is hard to find so to find a local maker doing it was even better. I also love how they are offering so many classes, love seeing the engagement!

Stopped by to get out of the heat on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. There was a barrel making class going on which was interesting to listen to and a great idea for a party. We each had a flight, mine bourbon centric and my wife's a little sweeter. Both were very good. The bourbon had a good flavour with a little bite on the back. The cask strength was nice a smooth. Rum was delish. Moonshines and limoncello good as well. Great way to spend an hour!!!

I think we had blueberry, rum, bourbon, and apple.

That place has been advertised on social media so we thought we'd give it a try. They have a lot of nice tables and they're pretty good-looking place to sit down and have a drink. We had a choice of four drinks. Here comes to good.: good price points. The bad.: they tried to give us good service, but I had to wait to pay. The blueberry cobbler smell like medicine, and the rum, smelled like kerosene. I had an old-fashioned and it was OK. I don't think I'll be back.

High Mark Distillery has captured my heart from the very first sip! I started coming to the cocktail making classes and fell in love with the whole idea! Making your own bourbon, classes that highlight the best spirits with the best stories! Felicia is am amazing master distiller . One of 12 females in the world! The hospitality and warmth that I felt from day one has never faded. Trevor and Cole are amazing distillers who are happy to educate anytime to anyone who's curious. I had the privilege of becoming an employee here in November and can't imagine anther l anywhere else that has such support and friendly atmosphere to work in.

Great local place for some high quality whisky! We liked it so much we came back and did our ouwn custom barrell fill! TOTALLY worth it! It is q kind of tasting party, you get to bring up to 10 people, learning about whisky, create your own whisky and barrels it. Around $250 for a 2 liter one, worth the party costs. $1000 for a 5 gallon one, vou get to come back and bottle it in about a year (25 full bottles or so) or go big and get a full sized barrel. I would highly recommend!

Phenomenal tasting experience!! All the samples were delicious and if you buy a cocktail after you save $4 on the flight cocktail combo!!! Service was top notch, didn't hover but not far away either. Very informative. Highly recommend even if stop by just for a cocktail. The moonshine margarita was delicious!!! The old fashion was too notch!!

We didn't order any food. They have charcuterie boards I believe it is only if you are botteling your own bourbon or whiskey. We stopped in to get our Cutco knives sharpened as they were having an event there. I had a sparkling lemon drop and it was very refreshing. My husband had an old fashioned, it was a bit different then what he was use to as they used their amaretto instead of bitters. Cute little spot. Trevor was very knowledgeable about each of the products. Our daughter came in and had a tasting, I didn't get a pic, so we were able to taste a few of their other products. The Hawaiian coffee (Kopeika) and maple pecan whiskey were my favorites. I also tasted their gin and did buy a bottle of that, it was very flavorful.

We made such tasty cocktails! Check out their website for their Saturday and Thursday cocktail making class. I feel like such a pro afterwards! I have gone several times now and I love each experience I have while being there! All of the staff are amazing and super helpful. Next mission is to get a group of friends to do the build your own barrel!

If you haven't been to High Mark Distillery, you're missing out! Lisa is a fabulous owner and host. She led our mixology class and was entertaining. I loved learning all the fun facts about bourbon, vodka, and moonshine. Lisa also was able to make a wonderful mocktail option! I had the best experience and can't wait to bring more friends the next time.

We used the Nevada craft beverage passport which got us free tastings. The moonshine was absolutely amazing so we followed up with cocktails. We definitely recommend the lemon drop cocktail. This place is not your standard whiskey/bourbon tasting room and distillery, but they do have it if that's what you're in to. Would definitely recommend coming here and trying the fresh orchard fruits tasting flight.

    Hawaii Coffee liqueur/ rum.

I stopped at this place a couple weeks ago because a friend recommended the coffee liqueur from there. I walked in and was greeted by a guy. He proceeded to tell me about their products and they were all made in house. I asked about the coffee liqueur and gave me a sample taste. I'm not lying when I say that was the best coffee liqueur I've ever tasted. It blows Kahlua out of the water. Kahlua doesn't even come close to how good this stuff tastes. I immediately knew I was going to buy a bottle of that. The cool thing is that as I'm savoring the sample taste of the coffee liqueur, he continues to talk more of liqueur like how much proof it is compared to other liqueurs, what it pairs good with, all kinds of good information. It appeared that the guy takes pride in his products and is very knowledgeable. He gave me other samples of their other products. I tried the lemoncello and the amaretto. They were also very good. The customer service there was excellent. The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. The products there were great. I would definitely come back again. I hope they never go out of business because that coffee liqueur is the best. You gotta try it. Seriously.

    Welcome cocktail-Blueberry Bliss.

Visited High Mark Distillery for private tastings and learning with the Head Master Distiller-Felicia. Felicia is so knowledgeable and will answer ANY and ALL questions you have. She teaches as you taste and enjoy. She is an engaging storyteller as well. Felicia shares her journey from Colorado to Alaska to Nevada. There is a story behind each spirit. If you want a change from a brewery or winery visit, I highly recommend a visit to High Mark Distillery. Everything we tasted was fantastic! I can now check the box for trying moonshine!

I like to support the locals. Quality/Quantity - Having guests visit soon, so wanted to check out this place. The employee said tastings were $20 each, but on your website it says you offer a free tasting...? Please clarify. Sample product menu - Single barrel bourbon, vodka, moonshine, etc. See picture. Grains are also NV grain. Atmosphere - Good size place, looks cool and fun; see pictures. Plenty of parking, but I did visit at noon. Open 6 days a week from noon to 7pm. The Barrel & Investor club seems cool also. $100K minimum to be a part of the investor club. Service - Good, except for the tasting confusion. Price - Free or $20 tasting???? Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2010 and since 2018 in Reno.

The tour covered the area on 4th Street between Evans and Morrill Streets. We met at the corner of Morrill and 4th Streets, immediately east of the wells overpass. This area has a very distinct and colorful history that I was not aware of. 4th Street went from being a dirt road to becoming a key industrial and commercial road, to a highway. As the road connected east and west cities, it attracted many big businesses that thrived on 4th Street in years gone by. There were even railroad tracks that came right into the area. In that small four block area of 4th Street there were slaughter houses, a commercial brewery and other industries that had attracted the railroad to that area. In fact, the Depot brewery and restaurant, was indeed a train depot and there are remnants of the vault that once was part of the train depot. The door to the vault for some strange reason is in the men's room. My feeling is that it should be on display so all who come in can see it. It is a very impressive piece of history. . We had four staff members from the Reno Historical Society that took us on the walk and explained the businesses that thrived along the 4th Street Corridor and lectured on the architecture of some of the buildings that are still there that are over a hundred fifty years old, the significance of businesses having access to the train, and the evolution and development of 4th Street from a simple dirt road to a major road linking cities east and west until Interstate 80 was built. Along the way we made three stops at 3 craft breweries the first Brewery was the pigeon Head Brewery. the second was the lead Dog Brewery, and the third and final stop was the Depot Restaurant and Brewery. I am a huge fan of the craft beers and each one of the breweries definitely had something to my taste and liking even. it was interesting to go tour the breweries and sample their beers and have an appreciation of the brewmasters' special ingredients and talents as they practice their craft and make us all happy, happy. A very special way to spend part of your Sunday, thanks to the Historic Reno Preservation Society. Check out their website for future tours. Probst!
