He offered me a couple of tastings, which helped me find the perfect craft beer for the afternoon. With drinks in hand, we grabbed a table outside and spent some time soaking up the sunshine, listening to the music, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Sometimes the best discoveries are the unplanned ones! I'm so glad we stumbled upon Pigeon Head Brewery. The welcoming staff, great beer, and fun vibe made for a wonderful experience. It was not an overwhelming stout, probably due to the sweetness, but you can definitely taste the chocolate and slightly coffee and caramel flavors.
