The menu

We were our way to a dude ranch in Warrensburg and decided to visit family on the way. Pulled of the thruway and bam, this little diner was there. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Locals were eating there so you know it's a good place. Lois was taking care of us and she was awesome, gave me a few choices of the most popular breakfast dishes. I had the garbage omelette, ham, onions, tomatoes, peppers and cheese. I looked through the menu and noticed the "boom sauce" and orders a side of that (if you like spicy then try it. Just the right amount of heat) the kids had blueberry waffles and chocolate chip pancakes, dad in law had the Mexican omelette (had an entire Mexican spiced burger chopped into it) portions were huge and the price was great! If you need a good diner then come here. Big menu and all homemade food

I got the stake and eggs and my wife got the white chocolate chip raspberry pancakes.I can assure you the food tasted as good as it looked

The tables are clean and the service is great.the server is amazing and could not be more helpful with a great attitude.the food is insanely good, just look at the pic.me and my wife love coming here before work to get a breakfast date every now and then and its the perfect place to get fast delicious breakfast.Dinner is just as good as my family eat here all the time. Of course its not perfect every time but its always delicious, clean, and friendly and in a covid restaurant world that's saying a lot hahaha.

I grew up coming here, both to eat the ridiculously cheap food and to visit with friends and neighborhood faces. I'm not home very often anymore, but whenever I come home with a friend, I make sure to bring them by the Village. It has a surprisingly large selection of diner food and is a wonderfully cheap, friendly, small town eatery that's sure to capture your heart!

Strawberry & pecan waffles!

They have the best strawberry & pecan waffles! We were given four separate halves because there was one waffle maker and the two of us ordered waffles. They wanted us to be able to eat at the same time so they separated the waffles for us. Extremely affordable with endless breakfast and lunch options served all day long! A tasty & quick stop while driving through NY!

Nice and small. Cheap. Pretty much what you'd expect from a small town diner. The waitress was very nice and the food was good.

Interior decked out for the season.

Breakfast yes, they do good food. But everything else noooooo! It's just awful, cold mashed potatoes and over fried foods.

We stopped in and were welcomed with open arms and fed amazing fresh breakfast. Can't wait to stop in again. It's out-of-the-way but worth the ride on the big hogs. See you soon!

Brittany's is a small town diner inside the village of Ephratah's only "store". The menu offers sandwiches, burgers, subs, mealtloaf dinners, lasagna and all types of breakfast food. Anytime I have sat down at Brittany's- I can see her busting ass in the kitchen slinging the hash and smiling as she catches the eye of diners and greets them. Brittany's dad, Kevin is usually here as well helping out anyway he can and keeping things going... Another friendly face. I just love this small town joint! Waitresses are always helpful and friendly. Both 1/2 lb. and 1/4 lb. burgers are on the menu which is an option I really appreciate. If you order one.. expect it to be served as ordered and with your choice of crinkle fries or curly. Gravy is extra.. but worth it. Homemade gravy should never be passed up. The breakfasts are solid, blueberry or chocolate chip platter size pancakes served with REAL maple syrup! The corned beef hash egg scramble smothered with cheese is my favorite and when accompanied with garlic home fries... Pure Nirvana my friends!!!! BTW breakfast is served all day! If you ever find yourself hungry and near Ephratah NY I encourage you to stop by Brittany's, you'll be glad you did!

I ate here with a friend a few weeks ago for lunch. The food and service were very good, I loved the decor - everything looks fresh and clean-just like the pictures displayed on the Yelp page. There were a couple of fun pictures of chickens. There is an outside eating area and drive thru. The prices seemed more than fair. My friend had a large beef club and I had a tuna melt. Instead of fries I had the macaroni salad. It was very tasty - definitely homemade. Also, there are cheesecakes for dessert. The outside picture doesn't do this place justice.

The place has newer owners who have put a…read moresignificant amount of money in upgrades to the exterior but sadly seem to have no sense of how to select quality food or handle customer service. The food is terrible - the turkey dinner was cold cuts and the saltiest turkey I'd ever tasted. I had one bite. The mashed potatoes/gravy were decent but they took no time to cut out the bad spots in the potato. I found two black chunks in the small part I ate. The mac salad was oddly greasy (like they added oil to the mayo) and has a weird taste, and the coleslaw was boughten and tasted like preservatives. My husband said nobody was in the place and staff was not friendly. The previous staff was so friendly and the place was always full. They offered no specials and the food was overpriced. The staff person volunteered that it had been "quiet" for a couple of weeks and my husband shared that people can't afford their prices." The staff person then offered that "they provide big portions!" That logic doesn't get people in the door! Sad to see a business fail but this one is on its way out fast.

If you're looking for a basic, classic diner experience in, or near Cobleskill, you can't get much…read moremore spot-on than the Cobleskill Diner. We were visiting a relative in town and my wife, son and I took him for a late lunch at the diner. (Which we treated as breakfast, served all day. We were seated at a booth near the entrance...the upholstery needed a little help, and overall the place could use a little sprucing up. There's advertising on everything...the placemats, the coffee mugs, the glasses. At first, I thought it was a retro decor style choice until I realized all of these were featuring current local business ads. The coffee was okay. I've had worse but there was some flavor in it so it was a step above the "browned water" you can get at other places. The food was good enough for a classic diner experience. Not elevated in any way, but classic dishes served, well, classically. The breakfast potatoes were good and I was happy they were able to do egg whites without any question or up-charge in my breakfast. Portion sizes were okay. My teenage son needed to ask for an additional piece of French toast with his meal as he was still hungry after finishing the initial serving (with eggs and potatoes) We can chalk that up to a teenage appetite. I think the sweet-spot of the Cobleskill diner is the prices. They're low. You can get the same meal at diners in other places for twice the price. This makes it feel like a place that supports the local community. Our server was nice and took good care of us.
