Highly recommend! This is my 3rd time here and I've been pleased every time. I especially like Lucy and Tony - both are super detailed, thorough, and kind. I got a gel mani which included an arm/hand massage and hot towel treatment - wasn't expecting that. LOVED the royal pedicure. I appreciated that nothing felt rushed; they both took their time and it made my time here that more enjoyable. I brought my own beverage in but they have a variety to choose from as well. The owner is here and walks around making sure everything is okay. And bonus, the place is really pretty!
so I wanted to get my nails done and I gave villa another chance, I wanted a light pink not red. I wrote down the number I wanted and it didn't match. I got dip with tips and in total it cost me $46. Please make sure y'all have the correct color before putting it on nails. My apologies for not speaking up but I'm not a confrontational person.
Not impressed. This was an unusual experience given that I've been coming here for several years and usually leave happy. Most of the nail technicians are great, and notably attentive. Today I ended up with the short end of the stick - went in for a classic pedicure, nothing fancy, and was directed to a tech I'd never met. I figured she was new, but that anyone could manage a regular pedicure. She filed both great toes unevenly (see photos) and even managed to cut into the side of my left great toe - and this was after I asked her only to push back the cuticles, not cut them. I'm concerned now that I'm going to end up on unnecessary antibiotics. When I brought up my concern with the tech, she argued, saying she needed to cut my cuticles. I had asked her to avoid this specifically to avoid ending up with an infection. Then she asked if I wanted them cut *more*. If you don't understand someone's concern, at least read the room, see that they're unhappy, and then ask for assistance. After that, the whole experience really just fell flat. I could have done a better job myself with a pumice stone and massaging my own legs - if I could reach my feet comfortably at this point in my pregnancy. I can feel calluses right now. Not at all worth the money spent. This was supposed to be a relaxing hour of treating my pregnant self to a nice pedicure, and it was anything but that. I might return to this salon in the future only because I've had good experiences there until now, but lesson learned - be careful, and only go with techs you know.
Nice service all the ladies are polite but I wish they were better communicators. I showed her a picture twice and she nodded her head yes and at the end it was nothing like I wanted and she says the pic is real nails. If she had said that in beginning I would have picked something else. Picture one is what I got picture two is what I showed her. I didn't want something so formal looking.
What I asked for vs what I got, horrible this is the second time they mess my nails up. I was in a rush for a flight otherwise I wouldn't have left with them on. I had asked the lady if they were capable of doing that and she said it was very easy. Clearly not, do not go there. Also made me bleed and took 2 hours to get done.
Should've known better. Went here and got a pedicure done by Tina. She said I had an ingrown nail which she proceeded to remove without my consent. As soon as I looked down she was already in deep with the tools. Next day after my pedicure, my toe was oozing puss. Today not so much, as I did sea salt soaks twice yesterday and cleaned my mail this morning. But the side of my toenail now hurts and is swollen. Will never be going back again. Not sure if tools were clean or she just went too hard on my skin and nail that she caused the infection.
When it comes to my nails, I am very particular and observant. I literally watch every detail to make sure I'm getting what I want. After 2 months of trying to find a new nail tech as great as my regular lady (on maternity leave), I finally found a new tech as great as her. I came across a review about Andy and I was sold! Just left my appointment with Andy and I am beyond satisfied! His eye for detail, displayed his care for his work. I could thank him enough for saving my nails! I DEFINITELY will be returning!!!

I love the atmosphere. It's beautiful inside and they have drinks as well! Happy I picked this place!
I got a fill for my overlay w 3 nails repaired French polish. $25 for the fill $16 to paint toes $8 for toe report, they charged me for shaping my toes and they were already nubs my screen to pay after up to $50 but then she prints out a receipt for $74.... No manny or peddle just went in for polish change and repair and ended up paying $74 even after they tried to force gel on me I got regular polish!
Amazing salon! Under new ownership as of two months ago. Heidi will take the best care of you, she is the absolute best. They were able to accommodate all the needs of our large group and were so wonderful. I will definitely make this my go to place. They were so sweet with my young daughter and have a great package for little kids.
I have had a run of bad experiences lately trying to find a nail salon since I moved. I absolutley love this place its soooo pretty and prices are very reasonable. They were so nice and my nail tech knocked it out of the park. He worked so hard hand placing my powder. I seriously cant tell you how happy I am. Go here it will make you happy toooo. The pedicure was so nice and she was so good I ha met enjoyed a pedicure in a while .
Linda took off my old gel and put on these pretty, sparkly dipped nails today. I just love them, and I am VERY particular when it comes to my nails, especially the shape. I didn't have to file them myself before she put the finishing touches on because they looked so amazing. She was very quick and efficient, but I didn't feel rushed at all. I haven't been here since my last review, but it seems there may have been some staff changes? However, the pricing appears to have remained the same. Plus, they have a Happy Hour Special: Mon-Wed. 9am-4pm, 10% off $30+. I'll have to come back for my pedicure, no tine today. Gotta get Summer ready, ya know!

I've visited this salon a few times for a pedicure and have had reasonable results. The most recent visit however was quite different. I went in on a Sunday and the place wasn't visibly overwhelmed or busy, but I had to wait for at least 20 minutes in a chair until someone even acknowledged me, then another 10 for a different person to come and start the process. The technician spoke limited English which was fine, but as she proceeded to perform the pedicure I noticed several moments of discomfort. Her nails were pretty long and well manicured, but felt very sharp through the gloves she was wearing. Also, she spent an unnecessarily long time pumicing a spot on my toe that wasn't calloused and rubbed it raw. When I said something is hurting, she told me I must just be very sensitive. Whatever. Now, as a few days have passed, I noticed my nail on my second toe is red and inflamed. Either she caused it to begin becoming ingrown, or it's infected. Great! Please see the photo for reference. This is my go to salon! Gel Mani pedis are my usual and I always have great service and kind staff. Today Tina and Tony gave me exactly what I was looking for and a nice massage as well. This is my favorite nail salon ever. My sister and I have been coming here for over 5 years. They have always taken wonderful care of us, including our mom who had ALS, was in a power chair and couldn't move. The girls here adored our mom and took amazing care to accommodate her! Today I got my wedding nails done by *Kelly* who is a perfectionist and the sweetest soul. Didn't she do amazing work?!?! The few times I've ventured away from these amazing people I've regretted it. Here is my honest review. I saw high reviews and needed a last minute mani/pedi and the only time I could go was during my one hour lunch break at work. I show up immediately get seated for my pedi, amazing work. But for my acrylic full set... terrible. Very messy work, pictures will explain. 1. Terrible drill work, she burned all of my nail beds (all 10!!) she rushed and ended up cutting my pinky. 2. The gel finish (which I didn't originally want but was pressured to get it) was terrible, very messy and incomplete. 3. My nails are now throbbing and in pain I feel like there is much weight on my nail beds. I'm giving two stars for the overall service. 5 stars for the girl that did my toes 0 for the lady who did my full set. 4. I ended up leaving two hours later (AKA I was an hour late to work and they offered to fix it after I refused to pay for the service which I did I only paid half) read more

I am VERY particular about my nails and it is next to impossible to find someone that actually understands what I want and executes them perfectly... until I found Andy! He is such a talented nail tech and I always leave admiring how beautifully he does my nails. He used to work at a nail salon much closer to where I live but I now happily drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way just to go see him. Highly recommend him! DONT GO HERE!! I'll start off by saying that the interior of this place is beautiful. When i walked in, a man working there asked me what i wanted without looking at me.... i told him just a pedicure for me and my mom wanted a gel nail and pedicure. I had a great experience, everyone was so so sweet until i left. i noticed my nails were filed unevenly and i began to notice the side of my toe looking bright red. it hurts to walk on and i'm pretty sure i contracted an infection of some sort. Sadly, a pretty nail salon doesn't always mean it's a good place to go. You'll be better off at Sol Nails across the street. They always do GREAT work and i've never ever had this happen. This place is overpriced and not worth it. Don't come here and risk having what happened to me happen to you UPDATE - turns out it was an infection. i'm on two different meds and the owner now won't answer me. I hope you learn from my mistake read more

I love love love this place. That's rare coming from me. I came in at first Bc of their promotion but I'm sold. They ppl are very nice there. Their color selection is insane! Maybe too many colors to be honest. They have complimentary drinks. Great atmosphere. Nice little hidden gem by the house. Love it First experience was good. Second I came back for a pedi, and it was far from what I expected. Went in for five minutes and nobody greeted or anything. They just look at you and went back to their thing. It was not busy. It was just that the receptionist and workers all hid in the back except those with clients. The guy that did mine.. cut me bleeding. Never once apologized and the polish was so sloppy and amateur to where I have to ask him to redo. He didn't even want to redo all. He left paint on my skin. There were still skin left hanging. He was so careless. He never offered me a "complimentary" drink either. I regret tipping him for sure. I would give second experience negative rating if I could but I only took off a star because I love my first experience. read more

It was super easy to call in and make an appt for a weekend slot. I came in a little early for nextgen and they showed me their huge variety of colors to choose from while i waited. Once i sat down at the table, they offered me a drink (wine, margaritas and non-alcoholic options!) and got to working. Zac was my technician and he was very good :) he was precise and did a great job considering my nails are very short because I'm a nail-biter. A habit I'm trying to kick and i consider these tips like tiny shields LOL. A week later and I'm still getting tons of compliments on the color and finish. I got matte black coffin nails with a gold glittery accent on my ring finger. Initially I wanted a solid gold but since they didn't have, the glitter one was a good alternative. Their grand opening discount was a great steal and definitely left me wanting to come back as a repeat customer! read more

I got a text saying "Villa Nail Salon- BOGO free full price item...(see attached)" so I go in, because of that. The man at the front tells me no, it was an accident and he can give me a whopping 15% off. Whatever. I get my dip nails and a pedicure. While I'm sitting there another 2 girls check out and show them the deal and he tried to tell them the same as me but one keeps arguing so he gives in and honors it!! So when I go check out and point out the fact that he gave it to them he says "no, I talked to you first, you only get 15%". Are you serious!!! Because I don't want to make a scene I have to pay an extra $25. AND!!! My nails are think and lumpy and my French line on my toes is too thick. Too many nail salons around to put up with this. I'll never be back. read more

Walked in on a Thursday evening a little after 6pm. They immediately welcomed me & asked me what services I was seeking. I'd explained to them the prior place I normally go to (for over a year) jacked up my nails that started cracking & breaking after just one week. They said no problem & reassured me they'd take care of it to ensure I return to them in the future. Boy did they deliver, the owner matched me up with Linda. She was great, very attentive & patient for my needs. She removed my nails & replaced them with a new set (NexGen w/a few tips) in under 40minutes. I couldn't be happier with my experience, they place is beautiful inside too plus really close to my house & priced as all places nearby. I'll definitely be back looking forward to my next appointment. Here's the results read more
