Kevin was my nail tech at the time, and I truly loved every single set he did for me--his work was always beautiful and consistent. After I moved away, I took a break from the salon, but when I returned in August 2025, I knew I wanted to come back to Rose Couture, especially since I was getting married in December 2025. I ended up going on my entire wedding nail journey with Victoria, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Every set she has done for me has been absolutely immaculate--from the shaping to the details, everything was flawless. She really understood my vision and made sure my nails were perfect for such a special time in my life. She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? I asked for my credit to be refunded, because class pass charges a late cancellation fee. If I were to cancel on my end, the owner did nothing to try to help me accommodate for her late cancellation on me. I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. I'm a firm believer that some businesses should go out of business, especially if they're poorly managed...

Lily has done my last few sets, which is why I specifically booked a 1:00 PM appointment with her. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, she left mid-appointment to do another client's lashes, and I was told (not asked) that another tech would finish my nails. I was handed off to a new tech I didn't know, and the appointment ended up taking over 2 hours, which felt excessive for a simple fill & deluxe pedicure performed simultaneously. I was also charged $55 for the fill plus $10 for two broken nails, even though 1 nail was just cracked, not fully broken off - bringing my total to more than the cost of a full set ($60). WOW!! When I asked about it, Lily did reduce the fee to $5, which I appreciated. But the situation left me feeling uncomfortable -- especially when their salon website clearly states that pricing is transparent and satisfaction is guaranteed. That said, I live nearby and still want to support this business. I just hope for better communication going forward -- especially when it comes to changes in service and pricing. I think this salon has great potential, and I'd love to keep coming back under more professional circumstances.
