Then came the harder issue for me, the perming solution began burning. Kaitlyn was prompt with helping me at that point. Speeding through to the after and roughly 3 hours after; I'm finding grief that has been left on my eyes, there are areas of tint that were not removed, and my eyes are still sensitive. First impressions can be the most important aspect of any customer service area, but it blew most trust out of the water with Kaitlyn. With this being my first eyelash lift and tint, I thought I as a customer would have been more important that whatever conversation was with her friend. Additionally, I asked about aftercare; she never brought it up.
