I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. They tried to call the police…read moreon me and was acting like I wasn't gonna pay when what I got was what I was not about to pay for. The older short lady with long ponytail normally does my eyebrows and she previously cut my hair after getting wax in my hair not thinking it was my hair. I ended up calling back and tried to let them know but that's when I found out her and her daughter worked there, and she swore up and down she wasn't cutting my hair. After time went on I went previously and walked in again (I have a fractured elbow and couldn't extend my arm fully) and said I needed a full set acrylic mani pedi then after that the older lady kept coming by me looking at me and I was getting my toes done. And I don't know what's wrong with these techs and they get to yanking your skin off at the cuticle. After I get out the chair I go to the older lady's station, and I had an old set on already and she was speaking across the room talking to her daughter about what I wanted. She had an attitude when I told her I wanted a new set, she told me how much it was and I told her it was fine. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relief and have a little getaway time for yourself. I sat there and let her do my nails and I noticed that she kept trying to correct my arm as if I was bothering her while she was working. The way she twisted and pulled my hand closer to her to where it went up my neck. So I grunted cause I didn't think I would just have to blurt that out, I felt her energy become irritated towards me very strongly as I was continuing my nails she was talking to her daughter and being sneaky as she purposefully would put a dent in my polish and would want to start over. Eventually after the older lady completed 1 hand, she sent me off to her daughter's chair. And as soon as I sat in her daughter's chair, I told her daughter she can either finish my other hand or you can take this off. The daughter said: what you mean? Me: she already had an attitude when I told her what I wanted as far as me wanting a new set, so you can take it off, or she can finish my other hand. That's all I'm going to pay for I'm not even trying to make this a difficult thing, I just came here to get my nails done Daughter: well you still got a soak off Me: thats fine I just don't understand why she would do one hand and send me off to somebody else and now my hands look like 2 different peoples work? Older lady: I think she would do it better Me: so why did you start on my nails if you think she can do my nails better than you? Daughter: you can go back to her chair and she will finish your nails Me: (I get up and go back to the other chair) I'm not playing musical chairs when I get my nails done The older lady ended standing over me & asking me when I got back in her chair "can you pay for the nails now?" And I told her no because I don't want to pay for something I might not like. I was only 2 other people in there and the older lady kept trying to pull on me and ended up messing up another nail and when she finished the pink base coat, she applied the gel and ended up wanting me to pay for her just finishing my base. So I asked her if she was going to finish my nails and the daughter butted in the conversation and told me no and she is finished. So I told them and said please finish my nails, and the mother ended up saying they are about to close as the other people were still there. I asked her why did you start on my nails if you couldn't do them in time or in general? So after going back and forth the same lady who did my toes ended up locking the front door to lock me in just in case I wasn't going to pay. After this I'm literally shaking because my adrenaline is pumping after already having to feel uncomfortable at a nail shop and I came to spend my hard working money on something I want to feel worthy with. After I ended up walking to the counter these people wanted to charge me $120 for something that was unfinished. I told her I wasn't paying that much for something I didn't even get. So she ended up charging me $100. My thing is, it wasn't even about spending the money I was just because that the time I chose to take for myself and because other's energy is messed up, they ruin your peace when you try coming to it.

While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. The pedicure chairs are amazing, it worked the kinks in my shoulders out. Now my negative. I don't think technicians should be having loud conversations with customers on politics.
