This salon and Tom came highly recommended from a close friend.I been frequent for almost a year, but it's now to find another nail tech.My most recent set was done on 4/15, I had to get 3 nails on my right hand filled on 4/26 because they were lifting.As of today, one of of the repaired nails is lifting and one on the left hand is lifting.If you're looking for longevity, please exhaust other options. I will note that Tom repaired all nails for no additional cost, but carving time out to go to the nail salon after an initial appt is such an inconvenience.

Okay, I wasn't going to write a review. I had decided against it. However, this morning one of my nails chipped so here I am. This is the only NexGen manicure I've had that's chipped - and after only one week at that. Alright, I scheduled an appointment since I wanted to go on a Friday (which I know are typically busy). I still waited for a half an hour. I accepted that and soaked my nails. Then the man started on my nails filed them so that my thumbs weren't straight? Like one side was very visibly higher than the other, like a seesaw with one half touching the ground. Then when I asked him to fix it he argued with me? I ended up just fixing it myself when I got home. I was there a week ago, my nails are already chipping and the top, shiny layer is almost gone. Update: they invited me to come back and fixed the nails for free, which was much appreciated!
My experience at Amazing nails was nothing short of its namesake. I didn't catch the name of my manicurist, but he was kind and very efficient. He even went as far as to open my water bottle for me since my hands were wet. They had a great selection of colors, and I was in and out in less than an hour. They respond quickly to messages and the prices are so reasonable. I know my choice is a little boring, but we can't do anything too wild at my job. However, they had a huge selection of colors and designs that would fit anyone's fancy. Great place. I'll be back. Update: Dat is awesome!
Best place to get your manicures done , I come here every time I want to get something fancy on my nails . I do think the ambiance could improve , but I don't mind it . Also their pedicures are kind of pricey compared to the quality of products they use and time they actually spend rubbing you. Definitely recommend going for your nails but not if you want a nice relaxing pedicure

They are one of the few salons that I've been to that has taken multiple precautions for not only their safety, but also their clients. Both times I've been, have been scheduled by appt (they're appt only). Both times, they were never late on starting my service. Both times I happen to get the same technician (not that I'm complaining) but the first time was sort of a disappointment for me, as my nails were lifting and they literally popped off within a weeks time. However, I just came back for the second time because the technician who worked on me provided great service and was very courteous. So I figured why not give them a second chance? I am the type of person who gets inspired via Pinterest or Instagram, and most of the inspirations are very difficult and detailed oriented. Both times he has managed to get my nails looking exactly like the photo I bring in! (Minus the mishap from the first appt) he does everything precisely! I wish I would've caught his name, but he usually sits in the second chair! Nonetheless, when I am there, everyone who's working, does a really great job because I can see the clients nails and they take their time. If you're looking for great service and people who know what they're doing, this is the place! 10/10 would definitely recommend! I only deducted one star because my nails didn't last long the first visit. But I have hopes for this new set because he did as I asked and also made them thicker, because I am really hard on my nails!
I decided to get my nails done before my trip and this was one of the few places that stayed opened till 6 on Sunday. I came in at 4 and was greeted right away. I told the manger/owner lady what I wanted and she got me situated very quickly. I had 2 people work on me at the same time and I was in and out in about an hour. I don't know who the people that did my nails were but the lady that did my pedi was great and gentle. The guy that shaped my nails did a good job. He shaped them into the coffin shape I like. The one issue I had was the lady that did the nexgen dip noticed my some of my nails had obvious bump but she was already done and probably didn't want to redo them. Not too much of an issue just wished she double checked and made sure some of the shapes were the same. The shop overall isn't very nice like other locations that are opening up but I needed to find a close place. Owner was very friendly from what I could see. I noticed a customer was a bit upset about the color she chose and owner offered her a massage to apologize. Overall, service was great. Nails didn't come out perfect but could've been worse for last min nails. I also asked for marble nail design but they said they couldn't do it? Not sure.
Good price. They didn't have many colors to choose from. I picked out a light purple but when she started doing my nails the color was blue instead. She said sometimes they are like that. I ended up choosing a pink dip then it ended up being see through when she put it on and she wasn't sure why. I had to pay extra to apply a gel polish on top because the dip color was unintentionally see through. My nails were also very bulky. Probably won't go back.
Would give it a zero star if I could he was rushing so fast was filing so hard on my nails he made me bleed and they looked horrible so I said i didn't like them so i asked if he could put another layer of paint on and they said the color was to light for my nails that's why it looks like this... piked a darker shade he added it on top of the other dip my nails are very thick and he was filling again and made me bleed even more and I had to tell him ouch. Would never go back and my nails hurt when you touch them. Scared when I get the dip taken off what is going to be left of my nails. Didn't clean them up around them so there is white all around my nails
It's in a vacant business complex but they're easy to find. The place is big inside & clean. I came early around 12. I got taken care of quickly. I wanted ombre nails but Nexgen doesnt offer that. So I opted for #113 Nexgen. Henry took care of me. He soaked my nails (from a previous Nexgen I did elsewhere). I dont like that they soak them in a bowl. I wish they used cotton saturated in acetone & foil each of my nails individually. But it worked I guess. Didnt like how my hands came out dry. I showed one of the ladies a color I wanted & she was kind enough to show me 4 different options closest to what I wanted from a picture. We got started. Henry is phenomenal. He pays very diligent attention to detail to the core! It took over an hour (cause he's a perfectionist) but there is NO FLAW! During my hour there I observed a lot.. a lady walked in with an appointment around 1:12 & was told her technician wouldnt be in and if she would mind someone else doing her nails. The lady was upset and said she would wait 30mins cause she set an appointment (I know how she feels. A lot of businesses lost my loyalty due to lack of customer service w/ appointment). Luckily her guy showed up within about 10mins (think he was owner). Also another lady walked in saying her nails were coming off only after 2 days (she got fixed). Owner, was nice and speaks English well. He also saw my purse on floor, grabbed a chair and placed it on there for me without question. He also told me about their 2 week warranty which is great! Everyone on this review talks about Joyce. But Henry is great too! Also it only cost me $40 w/ add on tips to make nail longer :)

Before I start my review, I will inform you that my parents own a nail salon (and I worked for them). I am also Vietnamese, so I can understand everything that the workers were saying. I didn't tell them I was Viet and spoke the language because they never asked. I can tell right away if the nail tech is experienced and if they're going to do a good job just by the way they drill, cut, and file your nails before putting on the acrylic/powder/etc. I was really hoping I would get placed with Tom, whom is mentioned in the reviews frequently. However, he was busy and a female prob in her late 20s/early 30s did my nails and she did a really good job. When cutting and filing my nails, she made sure every single nail was the same length as the other. She also worked really fast which is awesome! You can only work fast and still pay attention to detail if you're good and experienced. The prices here are reasonable. However, my nail tech did not offer me the tiered design rates that the male nail tech next to her did. I told her I wanted rhinestones on my ring fingers and earlier she couldn't give me a price. She ended up charging me $5 per finger, and I ended up getting 3 fingers with rhinestones so it was an extra $15 on top of my $45 gel coffin shaped set. The male tech next to her told his customer that he can charge either $5, $10, or $15 for rhinestones and on all or which ever fingers she wants. I wish I had this option because I probably could have had all my fingers with rhinestones for $15. And for those of you who are wondering, no the workers do not talk about their customers. The only thing they mentioned was when someone didn't leave a tip which I think is fair and something every service workers discusses with their coworkers. Getting your nails done is a specialty service and you should leave a tip if you think your tech did a good job. I've been coming here since 2017 even after they changed management. I consistently used a specific nail tech then she left for school. I decided to stick with them because it's so close to my home but I can't anymore. This is the second time I've had a terrible paint job on my toes. It's seems like only Tom can do it correctly. I haven't used all the nail techs so I'm not speaking on everyone but 2 so far have done a terrible job. Then someone replies to me saying "why didn't I ask for Tom from the beginning" as if I know everyone is going to provide bad service. BY THE WAY TOM WAS CLEARY WITH ANOTHER CLIENT! read more

It was my first time going to Amazing Nails yesterday and I am a huge skeptic when it comes to nail shops but I must admit Amazing Nails definitely surpassed my expectations and I definitely will be returning! I wish I would have got the older gentleman's name who did my nails but I told him I for sure will be coming back for him since he took his time on my nails and it made sure that I was pleased with my nails the entire time! And I definitely must say if he didn't like the design he had no problem starting over to make it perfect and I can definitely appreciate that!! So FYI ladies if you have a picture of nails you have been dying to try out but don't think anyone can do it... I strongly suggest going here and they will make it work for you!! read more

Tom did an amazing job! My nails look amazing and he didn't over charge me for getting ombre coffin shaped nails. I got a full set long ombre nails and a polish change for $55. Ombre nails alone are usually $50. I strongly suggest coming here! read more
Decided to come here on a Sunday as it was one of the few place that opened until 6pm and had good reviews. My friend was telling me about NexGen (the powder nails) and I was wanting to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to and Joyce did a great job with my nails! I told her that I had been growing my nails out and wanted to do coffin nails. She was very sweet, fast, and efficient and my nails look amazing! I also like how my nails aren't thick either. Definitely will be back and will request Joyce! PS they have a great selection of NexGen colors and they even have metallic! read more

Update! I have been back twice since not coming for a really long time. My birthday nails were amazing. My original easter set broke off in two days. They offer complimentary drinks as well. My only complaint is the nail tech had a hard time understanding me and cut corners on things i've never seen done before. (wouldn't use remover on paint mess ups. I suppose he was just having a bad day because I went back today and he totally killed it on my fixed up easter set! This is my regular salon now so i'm haply he was able to fix the situation. read more

I was really excited about this place because I saw pictures of extravagant and trendy nails in their reviews and on their site. I felt confident that I could go show them a picture I found on Pinterest and they would recreate it. I technically wasn't wrong. The guy that did my nails rushed.... he rushed so much. He hurt me multiple times with the file and he knew it too because my hand on instinct would pull away. We didn't talk at all. I tried tried to converse with him and it was most likely the language barrier but he should ignored me. I felt like if you hear me talking to you then you should at least look up. He rushed and therefore there are SEVERAL mistakes with my nails. The nail surface is slightly lumpy. The nail bed looks awful. There's errors in the dipwork. Little dots of other colors, scratches, and bumps. He didn't file my nail edge properly so they are all slightly misshapen. Like he did the job but he didn't do his best. He did enough for me to pay him and that's it. I went home and had to cut and soak the dried dip powder away from my cuticles. He also took a picture of my nails... how are you proud of this work? Far away it looks fine but up close it looks like a poor job. I want to try this place again and hopefully get someone different because from their reviews and website they do amazing work. This is right down the street from me and I wanted it to be my new nail place): I'm bummed I received a message from Amazing Nails asking if I could come back in so they could fix my nails. I agreed and Tom fixed my nails up quickly and they look great. Will definitely come back again and make sure to make my appointment with Tom as he earned my business. read more

First visit it was great I love my nails and feet. Atmosphere was nice had a coke and smile. Ruby made me a believer again in power dip nails I was going to go back to acrylic due to past bad experience at other shops. I have. This is now my new nail salon. Parking was great, other customers new and existing also were happy. A new customer showed what she wanted on her phone and was a referral from someone else. I didn't get the name of guy that did my feet I hope he's there in 2 weeks when I go bk I will update my review. read more

Paid $100 for nails and toe polish. The older lady that did my toes does NOT know how to polish. I had to ask her multiple times to cover the entire nail bed. They are in a RUSH and do not have a steady hand and does not take their time. This is the second time I've had my nails polished here and both times both ladies did a terrible job. Gel polish can last on your toes up to a month. The gel peeled off my big toe in ONE day!!!! I had to go back to get it redone. When I went back she was really rough on my foot and was almost throwing my legs and feet around aggressively! Their mail techs are "okay". They also do not understand English well at all. This is frustrating. A drive twice to the salon and misquoted on prices. Mail tech was coughing like he had Covid and had to excuse himself multiple times read more
Very happy with how my nails turned out! I opted for the deluxe pedicure which was perfect ($35) the massage and hot stones were great and they offer you complimentary wine. Everyone was busy doing nails so my pedicure was finished and then i was moved over to a table to start my nails. Sometimes if they are able to they will work on both at the same time. The guy who was completing my nails seemed very tired or something he kept stopping and yawning the entire time. I asked if he was okay if it was a long day and he just got up and went to the back for a few minutes. He stopped working on my nails and got up on at least 3 separate occasions. One of those times was to assist some chick next to me with what color jewels would look best.... like really?! Lol mind you she has her nail artist in front of her doing her nails but yet my service is being delayed. Maybe i am over reacting but either way the end result was fabulous and i have gotten so many compliments. I got a chrome nail - coffin shaped. read more

I went here last night. It was almost to closing time. It was peaceful. And the person I had, massaged my legs so well. I was falling asleep because it felt so good. And they have various nail polishes. My toe nails came out so neat. There was no smudges. It's 22 dollars for a regular pedicure, pretty good for a first timer. read more

It hasn't even been a week my white toes are turning brown and the top coat on my purple nail is peeling despite wearing gloves when I wash dishes and when I do my hair. Poor quality when it comes to the gel polish. I work with a beauty magazine and they will no longer be listed within I went in again today to get my nails fixed. Not only did he attempt to charge me for fixing them it's been 6 hours and my gel polish is already lifting. How do you completely mess up not once but twice same person and everything. That's the first time I EVER went and got my nails done and they didn't do anything I asked... First of all, I don't like long nails so I get an overlay on my hands and a pedicure. I work in a warehouse and my natural nails are really thin. I asked if I could get them a little thicker on the tips because they crack and break when my nails grow. HE WOULDNT DO IT!!! read more
