Also I chose a deluxe pedicure and left with no lotion on my feet no oil and did not receive my paraffin wax pedicure, so I paid and didn't receive half of my service the gentleman also did not know how to perform a correct pedicure and I repeated myself multiple times on how I wanted my toenails done and became frustrated because it was not being corrected. I hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me.

Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. Went back to Lady Nail (3 blocks from home) for a manicure - nail shaping, cuticle trimming - NO polish as I'm treating my nails at home; self trimming your cuticle is just difficult. Anyway, the place only had one other customer, and the woman that worked on me had been playing on her phone. She barely touched any shaping and I had to repeatedly point out bad cuticles. I actually gave up after a point. There was no 'hand massage', no nail smoothing, no lotion, no nothing. For this, I paid $22. Three days later I went somewhere else where they took their time and did a great job on the cuticles, shaping, nail smoothing, lotion, AND did a good looking gel manicure in cherry red. Cost? $25. Do not go to Lady Nail, there are far better places around.

She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. It also seems that Miss Karen is the only person that can do more complex work so there can be a bottleneck involving her. 4.85/5

I left totally disgusted pissed off and never got what I told him 10 times to do the owner. Wanted to sit there and argue with me, I told him to shut his mouth paint my nails so I could hurry up and get the hell out of there, they still charge me full price. He was still picking at me when I asked him to shut his mouth. He still kept picking at me and still kept picking at me and told me I was blind and I didn't see my nails right. this is the worst worst nail salon I've ever been to. I'm a nail technician myself, but I like to go out every once in a while and get mine done and it was the most worst experience I've got uneven nails, I've got ripples of gel on my fingernails. My toenails are not even, and he told me I was blind and wanted to sit there and argue with me this place won't be in business long and this was the first time. I'm going to Yelp next, if I were you I highly highly highly recommend that you don't step a foot into this place, they don't know what they're doing. You won't get what you want they charge you out the butt and then they argue with you, horrible place!!!! They don't even deserve one star I will never be back.
