My husband first took our couch covers to them and asked how quickly they can get them back to us and if there would be an additional charge for a rush. The prices were fair and we were not charged extra, we paid $300 for 2 back rest covers, 2 seat covers, 4 pillow covers, and 1 large slip cover. This place is a life saver! First, I should start by saying they are under new management and have drastically improved! I took a huge bag of clothes in need of dry cleaning but I told them I needed one of the suits and shirt for an event during labor day weekend. They had my suite ready for pick up on Friday and even had 2 more of my white shirts ready as well! The staff is really friendly and the prices are competitive. So happy this is under new management! It's not often you feel truly taken care of these days, but Andreh really made me feel welcome - and most importantly the results of Victory Cleaner's work was amazing. 11/10, would recommend if you're looking for a reliable dry cleaner in the area. I had a leather jacket that needed cleaning from probable paint stains. I waited until the last minute to send it in, but they really came through. We just moved to the neighborhood and found this a block away. I should have known better when I walked in and the place smelled of stale cigarettes (and when the prices were higher than I've experienced before). We asked her to repair some tears in my boyfriend's pants. She explained one thing, and delivered another. When we picked them up, it was a total hack job, and now the pants are unwearable. After he returned home and showed them to me, I went to the store and VERY NICELY told her that we were disappointed in the work and that it was very different than what she described. Without even a second of hesitation she started getting FURIOUS with me that I would say anything negative about her work. She said she's never had a complaint and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. She even started walking away and blew me off. This place was highly unprofessional and the work she provided was not good. Andre has the best personality and very easy going person to deal with. I took in my coat that had a huge stain and needed alterations on the sleeves and he said not to worry it's taken care of , just come back tomorrow morning and it should be ready around 10:00 am , to be honest with you I thought that was going to be to good to be true . I came back around 10:30 am and got my coat and it looked spectacular to the point I thought it was a brand new coat , the stain was like if it never existed and the the sleeves were perfect ! Andre did such a great job that I absolutely love this place and drive all the way from Encino , Ca. To Glendale for all my dry cleaning and alterations , he is the BEST !!!!! Super friendly staff (owner and her son-in-law). Their priority is customer satisfaction so they'll bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. Since they've been in business for over 25 years they know what they're doing. Prices are excellent too. Milt & Edie's charged me $44.00 for 5 dry cleaned shirts and 2 laundered. These guys at Victory charged me $17 for 7 dry cleaned shirts. I come here about once a week for my work shirts and I'm always happy. read more

Marietta does a phenomenal job on all of her alterations, my husband and I have been coming to her for about six years and have never had a problem with her alterations and dry cleaning. She altered all of my husbands suiting pants and all of them came out perfect. I also dry clean all of my silk and leather pieces and she always does a great job! She also does greet my husband and I by name and always has a smile on her face. I would never think of going to anyone else. I've been coming here for some time now. In the past they saved me when my puppy chewed on my favorite night out shoes, they were amazing the final result was flawless. My recent experience with this place was terrible! I brought an NBA hooded team sweatshirt in to be dry cleaned and a button-up shirt in to be washed. My sweatshirt had a couple of stains on one of the sleeves and another stain on the left one, at the very front. Thankfully, that stain is on the bottom side, so it's not very noticeable, but I still wanted it removed, of course. I pointed out all of the stains to the lady when I brought them and she put the little tape/stickers that dry cleaners put on the spots that you point out, so she absolutely saw them and said they'd do their "best" to get them out. She said it would be $7.50 to dry clean the sweatshirt. I said it should only be $5, since that's what they've already charged me there. Even just about 5-6 weeks earlier when I brought this same sweatshirt in to be dry cleaned as well as a very similar hooded NFL team sweatshirt. In fact, they may've even been only $4-4.50 each. It certainly wasn't $7.50! She said "Sweatshirts with hoods are $7.50." I told her that you guys just charged me $5 to dry clean this same sweatshirt about 6 weeks earlier. She said "Ok. No problem. I'll correct it and change it to $5." When I picked it up a few days later, she said $9.50 for the 2 items. $7.50 for the sweatshirt and $2 for the button-up shirt. I told her that she'd promised to change it to $5 and she said "Sorry, but it's $7.50. We've raised the prices. Prices are going up everywhere," which I didn't believe because dry cleaners don't raise them like that overnight. I told her that's totally wrong. Not to mention, there are other dry cleaners in the area that only charge $4-$5 for this same item. She told me that I'm welcome to go to another dry cleaners then. She had a MAJOR attitude! This isn't even the worst part though. I should've looked to see if they got the stains out, but I was in a hurry that day and they'd done a pretty good job in the past on getting even tough grease stains out from food, so I assumed that they probably got them out. Big mistake on my part! About an hour later when I was out running errands, I popped my trunk, lifted the cellophane that was over the shirts, up, looked at the sweatshirt and saw that they didn't even get any of the stains out! It looked exactly like it did when I brought it in! I was pissed! I called the dry cleaners and told the lady that none of the stains came out! She said "No problem. Bring it back in and we'll take $3.50 off." She really should've offered to refund the entire $7.50, since they didn't get anything out, but I didn't want to argue with her, so I said "fine." I told her I couldn't bring it in that day to show her the stains, since I was on the other side of the Valley, but I would go by there the next day and she said "no problem." I didn't even take the sweatshirt, or my other shirt out of the cellophane, let alone wear the sweatshirt, until I brought it back to this place to show them, because I just had a feeling that they would try to claim the stain wasn't there when I picked it up and sure enough, that's what she did! When I brought it in the next day to show her, she was there with a guy who's also been there over the last couple of years. I think it's her husband and the other owner, but not 100% sure. I showed them the stains and she said "Yes, we couldn't get these 2 stains out," pointing to one of the sleeves, but then looked at the other sleeve and said "But this wasn't there. This looks like a water stain that you got on it after you picked it up." I was absolutely livid that she would say that and make that up. I told her that I hadn't even taken it out of the plastic cellophane, let alone wear it and she knew very well it was there, because she even marked it when I brought it in! Not to mention, water doesn't even usually stain. Once it dries, it disappears! At least from my experience! I was absolutely shocked and furious at the same time! The guy said "It's ok. We'll give you back $3.50 of your money and we don't want your business anymore," as if I'd ever want to do business with these people after this horrendous experience. He also should've refunded the entire $7.50, but I didn't even want to bother or argue with them anymore and I was so upset by the whole experience, that I couldn't even think straight. It's really a shame because this place has usually done pretty good work and their prices were pretty reasonable until they changed them overnight, but after this experience, I absolutely would never go back here! There used to be a really cool guy who ran this place named Andre. I think that was his name. I really wish Andre was still the owner, or at least if he's still the owner, or one of the owners, I wish he was still there most of the time, because he was always very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with, unlike these 2! It's a shame that these 2 run it now instead of him. Good riddance! read more

I love this place I've tried many places before and out of the 3 I can tell this is my last place and I would not go anywhere else. I had a Persian Rug that had stains and I give up on that rug because two places I took they couldn't remove the stain. andy the owner promised me he will take care of it and I said let's see since the other 2 places they said the same thing but my god he really did the work and stains are gone the price was good and now he is doing all my dry cleaning.
