I'm 5'2" so my pants always need to be hemmed. I found Tiffany's via a Google search. I was really impressed with the quality of stitching. My mom used to be a seamstress so I'm particular with the types of stitching. I'm a huge fan of overlock stitching, double stitched seams and double top stitches done properly. Google these stitchings! These details matter when it comes to ironing or how clothes will lay while worn. The pricing is fair for the quality. I plan on coming back for other alterations. Try to pay cash if possible. There's 1-2 parking spots in the back but it's a one way exit/entrance and it's a tight squeeze. Try to park on the street if possible.

This was my first time ever getting something tailored and I get really nervous doing something new, but the ladies here were really nice and made everything easy for me. I had ordered a cosplay that was too small on my arms but fit everywhere else and I tried to alter it myself, but I ended up just messing it up really bad. Luckily I remembered seeing a good review about this place on Instagram from one of my favorite artists and they did not disappoint. I told them what I needed and tried on the pre-altered cosplay and they were able to know exactly how much space I needed in the arms without even measuring (they are fr pros). I was able to pick it up within a week and when I tried it on it was perfect! You cant even tell it was altered and I'm ready to slay at Anime Expo

If I missed the closing time on Saturday, is there anyway I can contact anyone to pick it up Saturday or Sunday? I need the out fit I dry cleaned for a very important event Sunday.

If you missed the pick up time give us a call sometimes our tailor stays longer to work, if she’s around she can give you the clothes. Unfortunately we are closed on Sundays.

I found their services when I was searching for a place I could trust to alter my wedding reception gown (without breaking the bank). After asking around for quotes, I decided to give Elite a call. The woman who runs the shop was incredibly helpful: after I showed her the gown, she offered me a super reasonable quote and scheduled an appointment for the following week so I could meet the alteration lady and get my measurements taken. I was a little nervous about how casual the whole process felt, especially with such an expensive dress on the line (the store very much has a local business vibe and I got a handwritten receipt), but oh my GOSH, did they deliver. The tailor absolutely nailed it and the dress fit perfectly--plus both women in the shop were so genuinely excited and it was truly a heartwarming experience. Since then, we haven't had alteration needs but definitely go back to them with our dry cleaning. If you're looking for great value and even better service, this is your stop! Oh, and the woman who runs the storefront always offers you a candy of your choice on your way out, which is the sweet thing ever :)

Wow this place was bad…read more Wow this place was bad. Oh, I'm sorry. Did I just repeat myself there for a second? Pardone moi. O.K., folks. This is why I like Yelp. It's good to have an online community you can go to to warn others about something really awful. I went in with a backpack (big for traveling, not for school) that I wanted cleaned because I used it to...travel... and it was disgusting at that point. I know that that's not the average thing people take to the cleaner but still...the woman with whom I had my interaction...wow. She looked at me as though I had descended from planet Wack-o when I told her what I wanted done. Just...looked at me. A blank stare. Like I had Dr. Spock ears, eyes that spewed green pus and a third breast from which I was prematurely lactating. So after speaking in declarative statements (example: I'd like to get my backpack I recently took abroad dry cleaned, please) I moved on to inquiries; they consisted of the following: Um, hello? (I'm standing behind the counter looking at her. She's standing on the opposite side just staring blankly at me and not talking.) Excuse me? (I'm waving at this point.) Do you speak English? (She nodded in the affirmative at this point.) Um...can I please get my backpack cleaned? Silence. Hello? She interjects by asking me why. I told her (again) because it was dirty. She said it didn't look dirty. I then proceeded to show her where I spilled Turkish coffee all over it on the inside. She told me to wipe it with seltzer water. I asked her if they provided the service of cleaning bags. She said they did. I asked her if they could clean mine again. She just looked at me. Stared at me. Like I was asking her to dangle the keys to her brand new Benz in front of a bunch of car-jackers and say, "Nah nee nah nee boo boo!! Betcha can't steal this!!" I couldn't understand!! What in the heck was wrong with this woman? She just continued to stare at me until she said she didn't WANT to clean it. Not she couldn't. She didn't want to. I just looked at her in a state of complete dismay. I'm glad my mother taught me control my temper. I came THIS CLOSE to just losing it right there. All I did was walk out. I've never had such a strange experience. I don't even know what to say. That was one of the most peculiar experiences I've ever had. I just had to sit in my car for a second and process it all before I went home. Wow this place was bad.

The tailoring was done exactly as expected, which is consistent with the quality I've come to rely on after being a customer here for many years. The storefront employee was contrite, offered a sincere apology, and provided a full refund for the order. While the refund itself was not the primary issue for me, the principle behind it -- acknowledging the inconvenience and taking responsibility -- meant the most. I truly appreciate the professionalism shown during this follow-up interaction. Based on how this was handled, I am willing to look past what I hope was a one-time issue and continue using their service moving forward. End of update ________________________________________________________________________ I have been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for many years and have consistently trusted the quality of service--until my most recent experience. Last week, I brought in two pairs of denim. One pair was to be cleaned and used as a tailoring reference for a new pair. I prepaid for the services and was given a written promise date of 2/14 for pickup. When I arrived on the promised date, I was informed that my items were not ready. The employee at the front counter, who appears to be new, simply stated, "Sorry, we don't have your items today. You'll have to come back Monday." There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of making a trip on the scheduled date, nor any effort to offer a reasonable accommodation. When I expressed concern, the situation became more disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for missing the promised date, the employee turned the issue around and said, "You've been coming here for years--when have we ever made a mistake for you?" It felt as though he was using my long-standing loyalty as a way to dismiss the current mistake, rather than valuing it. Being a long-term customer should not be used against someone to minimize a legitimate concern. If anything, it should warrant greater care and professionalism. When I reiterated that I was relying on the written promise date provided to me, he escalated the interaction by raising his voice, speaking over me, and ultimately suggesting that I take my business to another dry cleaner in the future. Mistakes can happen in any business. However, how those mistakes are handled is what defines customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected very poor service, particularly from the new storefront employee. It was surprising and disappointing, especially given my many years as a customer. I will return on Monday to retrieve my items and hope the matter concludes more positively. Depending on that outcome, I may revisit my review. However, the way this situation was handled was not appropriate and not the level of service loyal customers should expect.

She then dismissively handed the dress back.ti be honest she seemed TOO LAZY to even TRY However, I took the SAME dress to another tailor, who was able to complete the alteration in just 3 days without any issues. What the hell is she talking about "it's impossible" to fix this dress Also I wanted to share a story about a pair of Abercrombie and Fitch jeans I bought almost two years ago. Unfortunately, I can no longer return them, and they don't make smaller sizes in this specific style. When I had tried them on, they were quite large, to the point where she felt it was ridiculous and that I would need to go down three pant sizes. She attempted to fix them, and they looked decent, but I believe the tailor I took my OTHER DRESS she claimed was IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX could have made them look even better. Regardless, these jeans were just sitting in my closet, so I decided to try and do something with them instead of letting them gather dust. that being said I will never return to pristine cleaners ever again The lady is usually in a badass mood ANYWAY
